Appliance Control Display
The appliance control display
is located in the cabinet
below the upper drawer.
Alarms Controls
DOOR OPEN illuminates and alert
sounds if the door is open 5+ minutes
until you close the door.
POWER OUTAGE illuminates and alert
sounds after a power outage ends until
you reset it by pressing any button.
HIGH TEMP illuminates and alert
sounds if the temperature increases
above a safe temperature range until
you reset it.

Press and hold for 3 seconds to enable/disable the appliance control
display. While locked, no changes can be made until unlocked.
Press to reveal other function icons.
Press +to raise the temperature and —to lower the temperature on the
appliance control.
TEMP °F/°C allows you to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).
CHILL BOOST helps ensure your recently purchased fresh food will
stay cool at a faster rate to preserve freshness.
AIR FILTER illuminates when it’s time to change the filter, generally
every 6 months.
WATER FILTER illuminates when it’s time to change the filter, generally
every 6 months.
WATER DISP illuminates when you want internal water dispenser ON.
When WATER DISP is o, you can’t dispense water.

SET UP YOUR REFRIGERATOR
Prior to using the refrigerator, make sure it is located on a floor that is level and strong enough to
support it fully loaded. Check out INSTALLATION in your Use & Care Manual.
BEFORE OPERATING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Clean the inside of your appliance before using it. See the CARE AND CLEANING section in your
Use & Care Manual. To ensure safe food storage, allow the appliance to operate with the door
closed for at least 8 hours before loading it with food.

Install your new PureAir Ultra II™ Air Filter to keep fresh air flowing (1 included)
1. Grab and pull the cover in your refrigerator until it releases from the fixed air filter housing.
2. Snap the new filter into the filter cover. The open face (carbon media) of the filter should
face outward.
3. Reattach the air filter cover to the air filter housing, aligning the cover to the housing and
firmly snapping it in place.
4. Press and hold REPLACE AIR FILTER on the appliance control display to reset it.

• Your new PurePour™ water filter is located on the left side under your appliance control display.
• Before dispensing water for the first time, be sure to prime the water supply system:
1. Press and hold a drinking glass against the water dispenser paddle until water comes out
(it may take up to 1½minutes).
2. Run water through dispenser for approximately 3 minutes or 1½gallons, before use, and discard.
Change your water filter every 6 months to ensure the highest possible water quality.

FAQs
How do I use the water dispenser?
Your water dispenser is mounted on the left-hand side of your interior refrigerator wall. To use the water dispenser
simply push the water nozzle so it’s fully extended. Place your cup against the paddle and press to dispense water.
When you’re finished, lock the water dispenser in place by pushing the nozzle back in place.
Why does my refrigerator seem to run continuously?
Your refrigerator is equipped with an energy-ecient variable speed compressor. It actually saves energy running more frequently
while maintaining even temperatures.
The temperature is warmer or colder than preferred. What can I do?
Simply adjust the temperature by 1 or 2 degrees and allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize. Check to ensure food
items are not blocking the multi-port air exhaust ducts as this will impact temperature performance.
