MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION CARRIAGE C2-FS3xx
Find below a sequence of pictures demonstrating you the precise points, where the lubricating
grease needs to be applied on the carriage 2.
Check this lubrication every 6 months, and maintain the machine according instructions.
If such is not been done, the slide (FS3.2239) of the carriage C2 might be damaged
irreversibly.

No lubricating grease on
the roll.

Attention:
When the black knob “Fig 21/23” is already at the maximum capacity, don’t force or rotate
it further in clockwise direction, you will risk a damage on the thread of the knob “Fig 21”
Recognition of the carriage black roll break, technical limits:
The black roller cannot be rotated anymore clockwise, film gets narrow ”small” with the
result of an higher risk on film breakage.
At this point stop applying force on the knob!!
