Notice and Warning

using foldable backrest.

folding the seat.

To avoid turning over, please don’t press the footrest
when you want to stand up from the wheelchair

Please lock the rear wheels with the wheel locks and
turn the footrest up when you up and down.
Because of modifying of quality or changing of design, the operation and illustration
described in this manual will be a little different from the practicality, please take the
practicality as standard.

Maintaining Method
1. Please put the wheelchair away in some dryness and draught place, avoid causticity
chemic substance such as oil, acid, alkali and so on.
2. Keep the wheelchair body clean, you can use nature scour to clean the wheelchair.
Dry it in time and put some lubricating oil on the bearing place after cleaning.
3. The wheelchair should avoid insolation and rain. It‘s strict prohibit to shower with this
wheelchair. If the wheelchair gets any water please dry it in time and put some lubricating
oil on the bearing position.
4. This is a portable daily wheelchair, it’s forbidden to play basketball, running or other
physical movements with this wheelchair.
5. You should often check the air pressure of the charging tyre and the abrasion degree
of the tyre lines. Change if necessary.
6.The spoke of the driving wheels should be adjusted once a year.
7. You should add two or three drops of high grade motor oil to the driving wheels and the
front wheels every month.
8. You should often clean up the sundries in wheel bearing position. (i.e. hair and thrum and so on)
9. To keep safe, you should often check the sensitive of the brake and notice if the
backrest is disrepair or not.
Repair Regulations
1. If you use the wheelchair correctly according to this manual, you will receive one year
repair period from Foshan Medical Equipment Manufactory.
2.When you purchase the wheelchair the repair period begins.
3. There are some documents you should offer when you need repair, i.e. the repair
manual which has the stamp of the seller and must be completely filled in.
4. If you found some fault with the wheelchair during the repair period, please contact the
service agent immediately. Show this handbook when you need repair. According to the
first item, the company will repair the damaged component for free or change.
5. The damaged components changed for free during the repair period belong to our company.
6. Modifying structurally isn’t by techno-person from Foshan Medical Equipment
Manufactory or didn’t use our company’s components to modify, the repair period will
cancel. The company receives no liability for all loss.
7. Lists below are out of repairing:
a. No repair handbook.
b．The serial number of the wheelchair which needs to be repaired is not the same
with the record in the handbook or the record was altered.
c．The inside and outside tyre of the wheelchair and the front wheels isn’t in the repair
range. d．Losses and damage due to operation doesn’t accord with this manual.
e．Suffer from force majeure or contingency. (includes fire, flood, earthquake, traffic
accident and so on)
f．The hitch of wheelchairs dues to natural abrasion, outside force destroy or personal
care is not good.

②The bearing position rust because of water or no lubricating oil.

③The surface of armrest crazes.（This subassembly repair for free during three
months）④The spoke of the driving wheel slack or break.
⑤The metal turns colors.
⑥The moveable components gritting with others damage their coatings and change their
color.
⑦The coatings’ disrepair because of collision.
⑧The frame distorts, even break or other components disrepair because of tumble
or collision.
⑨Noise due to urgent start, urgent stop, urgent turn or shaking
acutely. ⑩The protected board burst because of extrusion.
8．If the repair period is exceeded or you circs accord with item NO.7 we won’t repair
you wheelchair for free.
