1. How to exchange the Slide Block
1. take the Spring Pin Ø 4 from both the Slide Airms.
Take off the Spring Pin 4
from both Slide Arm.
Remove the Stopper from
the end of Slide Arms on
both side.
2. Remove the standard Slide Blocks. (each Slide Block has own direction for L and R)
L or R sign is shown.
3. Put on the Slide Block for Shoe Attachment as shown in following. (each Slide Block has
own direction for L and R)
L or R sign is shown.
In case of the Shoe Attachment with
extension (refer to page 7-9) for wider
wheelchair, the Slide Arm Extensions are
needed to be attached as shown.

2. How to put on the Shoe Attachment
(for normal width wheelchair)
1. Tools
Spanner 13mm (open-end type is better) 2 pcs.
Spanner 17mm (open-end type is better) 1 pc. (Adjustable wrenches 24mm over is also OK)
Hexagon Socket Screw Keys 6mm 1pc (standard accessary)
Get loose the red screw to withdraw and
use Hexagon Socket Screw.
2. Bolt for normal width (L & R)
the Normal Bolt
Remove the Cap.
Get the Normal Bolt
tighten with spanner
17mm.

3. Put on the Shoe Attachment as shown in following.
Take off the square cap.
Push the Shoe Attachment until this point
comes to end.
4. Bolt with Double Nuts
Follow the procedure 4.1.- 4.4.
4.1. Get tighten the Bolt by Hexagon Socket
Screw 6mm.
4.2. Get tighten the lower nut clockwise by
spanner 13mm
4.3. Get tighten upper nut clockwise by span-
ner 13mm.
4.4. Holding the upper nut by spanner, turn the
lower nut counterclockwise to fix both upper
and lower nuts.
5. Bolt with plane washer and Nord-Lock washer.
Put plane washer and Nord-Lock washer to
make the surface showing bigger wedge pitch
on the Nord-Lock meet to the Bolt.
Get the Bolt tighten by the Hexagon Socket Screw 6mm.

Installation of the Shoe Attachments is completed. (for normal width wheelchair)
3. How to put on the Shoe Attachment
(for wider width wheelchair)
*additional 40mm x both side = totally 80mm wider
1. Tools
Spanner 13mm (Open-end type is better) 2pcs.
Spanner 17mm (Open-end type is better) 1pc.
Spanner 24mm (Open-end type is better) 1pc.
*Adjustable wrenches 24mm over is also OK in stead of above spanners
Hexagon Socket Screw Keys 6mm 1pc. (standard accessary)
Get the red screw and get off
the Hexagon socket Screw Key.
2. How to put the Extension Pipe and the Long Bolt
the Extension Pipe the Long Bolt
Remove the Cap
Put the Extension
Pipe on the Support
Pipe.
Get the Long Bolt
tighten by spanner
17mm.

3. How to put the Extension Bolt on.
the Extension Bolt
& the Spring Washer 16mm
Get the Extension Bolt
by spanner 24mm.
Slide in the Shoe Attachment until
it touches the Extention Pipe.
4. Bolt with Double Nuts
Follow the procedure 4.1. - 4.4.
4.1 Get tighten the Bolt by Hexagon Socket
Screw 6mm.
4.2 Get tighten the lower nut clockwise by
spanner 13mm.
4.3 Get tighten upper nut clockwise by spanner
13mm.
4.4 Holding the upper nut by spanner, turn the
lower nut counterclockwise to fix both upper
and lower nuts.

5. Bolt with plane washer and Nord-Lock washer.
Put plane washer and Nord-Lock
washer to make the surface show-
ing bigger wedge pitch on the
Nord-Lock meet to the Bolt.
Get the Bolt tighten by the Hexa-
gon Socket Screw 6mm.
Installation of the Shoe Attachments is completed.
(for wider width wheelchair)

4. Adjestment of Stopper
The Adjustable Stopper can be suitable depends on the size of wheel of wheelchair.
in case of 12“ wheel of wheelchair
the Adjustable
Stopper Get bolts by atta-
ched Hexagon So-
cket Screw 6mm.
in case of 16“ wheel of wheelchair in case of 20“ wheel of wheelchair
in case of 22“ wheel of wheelchair
5. How to set wheelchair on the Shoe Attachment
1. Confirm that SA-3
is on flat surface.
2. Tilt the Handle of SA-3 up as shown in the
picture and then, confirm whether the Handle
keeps its position without any support.
