1. Unpacking
Make sure that the switch type, contact arrangement, and pushbutton color are exactly
what you ordered, and that the plastic components, such as pushbuttons and contact blocks,
are not destroyed.
1．荷ほどき
形式，接点構成，押しボタンの色などがご要求のものと一致しているかどうか，押し
ボタン，ケースなどのプラスチック部品の破損がないかどうかを確かめてください。
2.2 取付パネル厚さと調整用パッキン
適用可能なパネル厚寸法は，1〜6 mm です。パッキン
は，標準として1.6 mm を4枚付属（一体成形）しており
ますが，取付パネル厚さによって表を目安に枚数を
加減してください。また，ロックリング，文字板を使
用する場合は，厚み分を加えて目安としてください。

The applicable panel thickness must be 1 to 6 mm .
Normally, four sheets of 1.6 mm packing are attached
(forming a unit).However, add or remove excess packing
according to the panel thickness by referring to the table
left.When using the key washer and/or legend plate,
add packing for their thicknes.

11．保護構造について
この製品のパネル前面（操作部）からの防塵，水および油に対する保護構造はIP65防油形です。

(1) 定格電圧を超えて使用する場合は，電流を定格電流値以下になるよう抵抗値を選定し，抵抗
をLEDランプに直列に取付けてください。（抵抗器の容量は，十分余裕をとってください。）
(2) 電圧の範囲は，6Ｖ品は±5％，12Ｖおよび24Ｖ品は±10％の範囲です。
なお，常時＋5％または＋10％で使用する場合は上記（1）項と同様に，外部抵抗を取付けて
ください。
12. Using the LED lamp exceeding ratings
(1) If the LED lamp is used with the exceeded rated voltage, select the resistor so that the operating
current value is below the LED's rated current and insert the resistor in series with the LED lamp.
(Capacity of the resistor must be decided much larger than calculating value.Refer to below example.)
(2) The voltage fluctuation range is as follows;6V LED : ±5%, 12V or 24V LED : ±10%
If the LED lamp is used always with more than 105% or 110% of rated voltage insert the external
resistor in the same way as in the above (1).
Example :When connecting the 24V LED lamp (PIKARIKUN) to the
48V circuit, calculate the external resistance as follows;
Thus, connec a 2.2kΩ1W resistor.

2.3.1 Mounting the switch on the panel
Insert the switch unit in the panel hole at the back of
the panel and secure it with a locking nut using the
tightening wrench (AHX001) at the panel front.
Remark 1 :Tightening torque is 1.5 to 2.5 N·m
2. Mounting
2.1 Mounting hole
Refer to the left figure.
※ Unless a key washer or legend plate is used, location hole 4.8mm × 33mm is unnecessary.
2．取付け
2.1 取付け穴
※ロックリングまたは文字板を用いない場合は，幅4.8の穴あけは不要です。

2.3.2 V0R,V0L,V2R,V2L,V5R,V5L 形の
取付け順序
(1) 右図の通り，グローブの凹部へ締付レンチ(AR9A002）
または本体に付属のレンチ(AR9A005）の先端をかみ
合わせ，緩めてから（左回り）ボタンをはずします。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) 右図（図3）の通り，回転筒の凸部にボタンの凹溝
を合わせて挿入しグロ−ブを挿入してから，締付
レンチ(AR9A002またはAR9A005）で締め付けて
（右回り）ください。
(4) 締付トルク0.5〜1.0N・m
(5) グロ−ブは，適正締付トルクにて締付けを完了さ
せても，ボタンとグロ−ブの間はガタが生じてお
ります。これは，グロ−ブの防油性を保つためで
すので正常品です。適正トルク以上で締付けを行
なわないでください。グロ−ブ破損の原因となり
ます。

2.3.2 Mounting the V0R, V0L, V2R, V2L, V5R
and V5L type switches
(1)Insert the tightening wrench AR9A002 or AR9A005
(attached with product) into the slot of the center button
as shown in the figure left, and turn the wrench
counter-clockwise to loosen the button to remove it.
(2) Mount the switch unit as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Insert the protrusion of the plunger into the groove
of the button, insert the center button in the button,
and turn the tightening wrench (AR9A002 or AR9A005)
clockwise to fasten it into place.(Fig.3)
(4) Tightening torque 0.5 to 1.0 N·m
(5) A certain amount of play will remain around the button
and center button even after you have tightened the
center button to the specified torque.This is normal
the play is provided to allow the center button to
maintain its oil-proof feature. Never attempt to further
tighten the center button further as it may be damaged.

2.3 パネルへの固定手順
2.3.1 パネルへの取付け
右図の通り，パネル裏面よりスイッチ本体をパネル
カットへ挿入し，パネル前面から締付レンチ
（AHX001）により締付ナットで固定してください。
備考1）適正締付トルクは，1.5〜2.5N・mです。

10.6 密集取付けにおける連続点灯について（照光押しボタンスイッチ）
発熱により周囲温度が規定以上になる場合がありますので，ご注意ください。取付けパネルが金属製でない場合
や，密閉された盤で使用する際，換気を行ったりランプの発熱が少ないものを使用するなどの注意が必要です。
10.6 Close mounting of illuminated type switches
If the lamps are lit continuously the operating temperature may be higher than that specified, and care
must be taken.If the lamps are not mounted on a metal panel or used in a closed panel, ventilate the area
or use lamps that generate less heat.
14．短絡保護について (IEC60947-5-1 準拠)
接点の保護協調を必要とする場合は，当社の栓形ヒューズ15Ａ（形式：BLA015)以下 のものを選定してく
ださい。
14. Short-circuit protection (conforming to IEC 60947-5-1)
If coordinative protection is required for the contacts, use Fuji plug-in type fuse of 15 ampere rating (type
BLA015) or smaller.
10.7 保管および使用場所
(1) カタログ表示の使用周囲温度，湿度範囲内で保管および使用してください。また，定格範囲外での
使用は誤動作，破損，低寿命の原因になります。
(2) 直射日光が当たらないようにしてください。
(3) 屋外では使用しないでください。
(4) SO 2 ，H 2 Sなどの腐食性ガスが少ない雰囲気中で使用してください。接触不良などの原因になります。
(5) ボタンとフレームの隙間へ，粉塵や切り粉などが堆積する場所，また，引っ張り，横からの衝撃な
どが加わる場所での使用は，正常な操作ができなくなるおそれがありますのでご注意ください。
このような場所でのご使用には，防塵キャップや防水キャップなどを使用するなどの注意が必要です。
(6) AR30形は，全シリーズ防油形（Q7L以外）となっておりますが，これらは一般的に使用される切削
油，冷却油については評価しております。なお，特殊な油に関しては使用できない場合があります
ので，詳細はお問い合わせください。
10.8 操作について
(1) ボタンの叩き操作は，破損する場合がありますので行なわないでください。また，操作は必ず手で行なっ
てください。大形押しボタンやオルタネイト品は，ボタンを引っ張らないでください。（Q7L,Q2R以外）
(2) リングセレクト形は，ボタンを押した状態で回転操作をすると機構部を破損する場合がありますの
でこのような操作は行わないでください。
(3) セレクタスイッチの捻回は，軽く回せば操作できます。あまり大きな力（1N・m以上）で操作しない
ようご注意ください。コントロールタイプでは，一部オーバーラップする接点がありますので，ご
使用回路で保護回路を設けるなどの処置を行ってください。
(4) 非常停止（照光）押しボタンスイッチ（プッシュロック形）は，ロックを解除するにはボタンを右廻り，
矢印の方向に廻してください。（解除のためにボタンを引っ張らないでください。）
解除操作をしている途中でボタンを逆に廻さないでください。製品が破損するおそれがあります。
10.9 接点部保護カバー付品への配線
配線時，ドライバが接点部保護カバーと接触しながらの締め付けとなりますので，配線作業終了後，接
点部保護カバーの組合せを再度確認してください。
【ドライバと接点部保護カバーの接触を避けるため，呼び番号:1番のドライバ（軸径:φ5）の使用を推
奨いたします。】
10.10 LED 製品について
青色LED，緑色LED製品は，静電気に対して敏感な製品であり，その取扱いには十分な注意が必要です
ので本製品の取扱いの際には，万全なる静電気対策，サージ対策をお願いします。静電気対策として次
のことを推奨致します。
(1) LED交換などの取扱いに際しては，リストバンドまたは，静電気防止手袋を使用する。
(2) 製品の配線に際しては，アース付きの電動ドライバを使用する。
10.7 Storage and place to use
(1) Storage or keep the switch in the appropriate ambient temperature and humidity described in the
catalogue.Don’t use the switch in a condition which exceeds its rated value.
It may cause a malfunction or make its life time short.
(2) Keep the unit away from direct sunlight.
(3) Avoid using outdoors.
(4) Use the switch in the atmosphere in which no SO2or H2S gas exists.The gas may cause a contact
failure of the switch.
(5) Note that when used in places where dust, chips or other particles may pile up in the clearance
between the button and the frame, or if used where the products may be pulled or impacted, the
products may not operate normally.When using the device in an unfavorable environment, protect it
by using a dust cap, water-tight cap or any other appropriate measures.
(6) For the AR30 series (except type Q7L), the operator is provided with oil-tight construction (IP65).
All the switches have been evaluated for cutting oil and cooling oil that are generally used.It may not
be able to use special oil for some switches.For details, contact Fuji Electric FA.
10.8 Operating
(1) If you hit the pushbutton, it may be destroyed.
Do not hit the pushbutton.Be sure to use your finger when operating the switches.Do not pull on the
mushroom head pushbutton or alternate type pushbutton (other than AR30Q7L, Q2R).
(2)
For ring selector type switches, do not perform rotation with the button depressed, as this may damage
the ring mechanism.
(3) The selector switches can be turned by a light force. Do not turn them with an unreasonably large force (≦1N·m).
When a control type switch is used, parts of some contacts may overlap, so take appropriate error
preventing actions, such as mounting a protection circuit in the circuit currently being used.
(4) To reset an Emergency Stop (illuminated) Pushbutton Switches and a push-lock type switch, turn the
switch button clockwise, in the direction indicated by the arrow mark.Do not pull the switch button to reset.
Do not turn the switch button anticlockwise during reset is finished.
Failure to do so may result in breakdown of the product.
10.9 Wiring a Switch with protective cover of contact
While you tighten the terminal screws with a screwdriver, the screwdriver shaft may contact the protective cover.
After completing the wiring work, check that the cover is correctly matched to the switch unit.To minimize the
contact between the driver shaft and the cover a #1 screwdriver (shaft diameter :5 mm ) is recommended.
10.10 Products with LEDs
The blue and green LEDs in products are very sensitive to static electricity, and such products must be
handled carefully. When handling this product, take all possible measures against static electricity and
power surges.The following measures against static electricity are recommended.
(1) When handling LEDs, use an anti-static wrist-band or gloves.
(2) When wiring this product, use a grounded electrically-powered screwdriver.

2.3.3 ＷＲ形の取付け順序
(1) 右図の通り，指示チップの溝へ小形マイナスドライバの先端を差し込み，矢印
方向へ回転させ指示チップを浮き上がらせてから，ツマミを引き抜いてください。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) 指示チップが浮いた状態のツマミを回転筒の元の位置に挿入し，指示チップを
押し込んでください。
2.3.3 Mounting the WR type switch
(1) Insert the tip of a small flat-head screwdriver into the slot under the position
indicator.Turn the screwdriver a little to lever the position indicator from the
knob as shown in the figure.Then, pull out the knob.
(2) Mount the switch unit to secure it in the same way as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Insert the knob with the raised position indicator at the original knob position in
the plunger.Then, push the position indicator into the original position.
2.3.4 M0R,M4R,M5R,B0R,Q7L形の取付け順序
(1) ボタンを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) ボタンを直接手でねじ込み取り付けます。
なお，ボタンのねじ込みは完全に行ってください。
締付トルクは，0.3〜0.5N・mを目安に行ってください。
2.3.4 Mounting the M0R, M4R, M5R, B0R and Q7L type switches
(1) Loosen the button manually to remove it.
(2) Mount the switch unit to secure it in the same way as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Mount the button by screwing it firmly with your fingers.
The tightening torque should be within a range of 0.3 to 0.5 N·m.
13．記名板への彫刻について
(1) 彫刻は，記名板の表面に施してください。
(2) 記名板サイズ
材質：アクリル樹脂製（乳白色）
彫刻加工深さ：0.5mm以下
塗料： メラミン系，フタル酸系，アクリル系などのアルコール
主成分のものを使用してください。
13. Engraving on the legend plate
(1) Give engraving to the surface of the legend plate.
(2) Legend plate size
Material : Acrylic resin (white)
Engraving depth : 0.5mm or less
Coating : Use coating containing mainly alcohol, such as
melamine resin, phthalic resin, and acrylic resin.

2.3.5 M3R,B1R,B2R,B3R形の取付け順序
※締付ナットの外周はねじ切りがされていますので手を切らな
いよう，ご注意ください。
(1) ガードリングを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(2) ボタン，締付ナットを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(3) パネル裏面よりスイッチ本体をパネルカットへ挿入しパネル
前面から締付ナットで固定してください。
(4) ボタンを直接手でねじ込み取り付けます。なお，ボタンの
ねじ込みは完全に行ってください。
(5) ガードリングを直接手でねじ込み取り付けます。

2.3.5 Mounting procedure of the M3R, B1R, B2R and
B3R type switches
※Handle the tightening nut with care, as it has a screw thread
which can cause injury.
(1) Loosen the guard ring manually to remove it.
(2) Loosen the button and tightening nut manually to remove them.
(3) Insert the switch unit in the panel hole at the back of the panel,
and secure it with the tightening nut at the front of the panel.
(4) Mount the button by screwing it firmly with your fingers.
(5) Mount the guard ring by screwing it firmly with your fingers.

2.3.6 N0R,V1R,Q2R,V3R形の取付け順序
(1) ボタン側面のねじを緩めてはずします。この際，ねじを紛失しないようご
注意ください。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) ボタンをねじで締付け取り付けます。この際，ねじの頭が側面よりはみ出
さないよう，締付けは完全に行ってください。
(4) 締付トルク N0R, V1R 0.5〜1.0N・m

2.3.6 Mounting procedure of the N0R, V1R, Q2R, V3R type switches
(1) Loosen the screw to remove it from the button, and place it to one side so
as not to lose it.
(2) Mount the switch to secure it as described in 2.3.1 above.
(3) Mount the button by tightening the screw.Tighten the screw securely so
that the screw head is flush with the side.
(4) Tightening torque N0R, V1R 0.5 to 1.0 N·m

2.3.8 角形タイプを使用する場合
適用機種
・照光押しボタンスイッチ： AR22F0M,F5M,E0M,E5M,F0P,F5P,E0P,E5P,M4P
・押しボタンスイッチ： AR22F0S,F5S,E0S,E5S,F0Y,F5Y,E0Y,E5Y,M4Y
・セレクタスイッチ:AR22PY,WY,RY,JY,PCY,WCY,RCY,JCY,PP
AR22の角，角丸形タイプとアダプタ，リングパッキン，締付ナットとの組み合わせで使用します。
下図の通りAR22の角形タイプにアダプタとリングパッキンをセットし，パネル前面からパネルカット
へ 挿入し，パネル裏面から締付レンチ(AR9A701)に
より 締付ナットで固定してください。
（なお，本体に付属している締付ナットは，不要と
なります。）
（備考1）角形用アダプタ(AR9Y003)
（備考2）適正締付トルクは，1〜1.5N・mです。
（備考3）適用可能なパネル厚寸法は2.5〜5 mm ,
パネルカットは，2.1項に従って行って
ください。

4．配線
(1) 端子ねじは，Ｍ3.5のプラスマイナスねじです。単線，より線，圧着端子を使用して配線できます。
(2) 圧着端子を2枚重ねて配線できます。ただし，横方向から先開形を使用する場合は，小形のもの，
幅寸法＝6.4mm以下，平板部幅寸法＝11.1mm以下(例,F2-3.5S東栄端子（株）相当品)をご使用
ください。
(3) 端子用ワッシャは，セルフアップです。
(4) 締付トルクは，0.8〜1.0N・mで締め付けてください。

4. Wiring
(1) M3.5 terminal screws are used.
Solid wire, Stranded wire, and crimp terminals can be used for wiring.
(2) Double crimp terminals can be connected. If you use open type crimp terminals, as wiring from side
direction, which are allowed only small type.(for 6.4mm breadth and 11.1mm plain part breadth or less)
For example :Type : F2-3.5S (TOEITERMINAL Co.,LTD made)
(3) The self-lifting terminal washer is used.
(4) Tighten the terminal screw with the tightening torque 0.8 to 1.0 N·m.
(5) Exercise care so that no mechanical force is applied to the contact block wiring or after it has been
completed. Operation problems may result later.

8． ツマミ，ランプおよび接点・トランス・ランプタ−ミナル の交換
8.1 ツマミの交換
適用機種
・セレクタスイッチ： AR30PR,PCR,WR,WCR
・照光セレクタスイッチ： AR30PL
8.1.1 取外し
・ツマミを外す場合，2.3.3（1）と同様に外してください。
・照光ツマミを外す場合，ツマミ外周の溝部を小形マイナス
ドライバなどでこじると取り外せます。
8.1.2 取付け
・ツマミ取付けは，2.3.3（3）と同様に取付けてください。
・照光ツマミ取付けは，ツマミ内側凸部と回転筒外周部の溝部を合わせて押し込むと組立てできます。
また，ツマミ・照光ツマミとも45°間隔で任意の位置へ設定するこができます。
8.2 ランプの交換
・パネル前面からの取付け，取外し方法
ランプ抜差具(AHX790)の先端にランプの頭部を押し込み，
ランプ抜差具を回しながら，ランプの取付けまたは取外し
を行ってください。
8.3 接点・トランス・ランプターミナルの交換
8.3.1 取外し
右図の通りマイナスドライバで取付脚を少し開き，開いた方
の脚から取ると簡単に外れます。
なお，より容易に行うための組替工具(AHX321)も用意して
おります。

8.1 Replacing the knob

8.1.1 Removing
・Remove the knob as described in section 2.3.3 (1) above.
・Remove the illuminated knob by inserting a small flat-head
screwdriver into the knob circumference groove and twisting
it gently.
8.1.2 Mounting
・Mount the knob as described in section 2.3.3 (3) above.
・
Assemble the illuminated knob by aligning the protrusion inside the knob with the rotating cylinder circumference
groove and pushing it.The knob and illuminated knob can be set to any position at intervals of 45˚.
8.2 Replacing the lamp
・Removing and installing the lamp from the panel front.
Push the lamp head into the lamp remover (AHX790), and
turn the lamp remover to remove or install the lamp.
8.3 Replacing the contact・transformer・lamp
terminal
8.3.1 Removing
Open the mounting foot slightly with a flat-head screwdriver as
shown in the figure left.The each unit can be easily removed
from the foot.
The replacing tool (AHX321) can be used to remove the each
unit more easily.

8.3.2 取付け
●右図の通り取付脚に対して真っ直ぐに押し込み，確実に組み合っていることを
確認してください。
また，2個並列に取付ける場合は，互いの溝を組み合わせユニットが開かない
ようにご注意ください。不完全な状態で使用しますと，外れたり動作異常の
原因となります。取付脚には無理な力が加わらないよう，取扱いにご注意ください。
●接点の追加について
カタログ指定の段積みをこえて接点の追加を行うと，動作しない可能性があり
ます。
8.3.2 Mounting
●Push the each unit straight to the foot as shown in the figure left.Make sure
that the each unit is attached to the foot securely.When attaching the two unit
in parallel, make their grooves fit each other so that the unit does not open.
If the each unit is used with the switch unit fitting incompletely, the unit may
come off or an operation error may occur.Take care not to apply excess force
to the mounting side.
●About an addendum of contact
If you install contacts exceeding the allowable number of stages, your device
may not operate properly.

9．防水キャップ・防じんキャップ取付けについて
適用機種
・防水キャップ：AHX052
・防じんキャップ：AHX032,033,034,AHX113,AHX157
防水キャップまたは防じんキャップを併用して，パネルへ取付けて操作した場
合，防水キャップまたは防じんキャップが沈みボタンが元の位置に戻らなくなる
可能性があります。
右図の様にリングパッキンのパネル面の当たる部分を約5mmカットし，空気の抜
け口を作ってください。また，パッキン枚数は標準時より一枚減らしてくださ
い。なお，締付リングの締付トルクは1.5〜2.5N・mです。
9. Water-proof and dust-proof cap
Applicable parts
・Water-proof cap: AHX052
・Dust-proof caps: AHX032, 033, 034, AHX113, AHX157
When attached to the panel in combination with a water-proof or dust-proof cap,
the water-proof cap or dust-proof cap may sink downward and prevent the depressed
button from returning to its original position. As shown in the left figure, cut an
approximately 5mm air outlet in the portion of the ring packing touching the panel
surface.Also, reduce the number of packing rings by one below the standard number.
The clamp ring tightening torque is 1.5 to 2.5 N·m.

10．使用上のご注意
10.1 使用電圧と白熱電球の定格電圧について
電球は，電球の定格電圧以下であれば使用可能ですが，白熱電
球の寿命を5,000〜10,000時間（交流回路）必要とする場合に
は，標準使用電圧の範囲内で使用してください。また，白熱電
球を直流回路で使用しますと，寿命が著しく低下しますので，
LED電球を使用することをお薦めします。

10.1 Operating voltage and rated voltage of the incandescent lamp
10.2 LED ランプの誤点灯について
LEDランプは，微小電流で点灯しますので，サージ吸収回路や無接点回路による漏れ電流あるいは，
ケーブル間の漂遊静電容量などにより，誤点灯する可能性があります。この場合は，LEDランプと並列
に抵抗器を取付けるなどの対策が必要です。なお，抵抗値は発生する電流・電圧により異なり，その都
度選定が必要となりますのでお問い合わせください。
10.2 LED lamp lighting error
The LED lamp can illuminates with even a very low level current that may result as a leak current of a
surge suppressor circuit or a contactless switching circuit, or as a leak current that flows through stray
capacitances between cables.This type of unnecessary lighting may be suppressed by connecting a
resistor in parallel to the LED lamp.The required resistance of the parallel resistor differs depending on
the current and voltage to be dealt with.For details, please contact your Fuji Electric FA agent.

10.3 DC 電源専用 LED ランプ使用について
DC電源専用のLEDランプに大きいリップルがかかる場合，寿命低下の原因となりますのでリップルの
ピーク値は，定格使用電圧の1.1倍以下に抑えていただき，リップル率はピーク値の20％以下に抑えて
ください。
10.3 LED Lamp on DC Power Only
If large ripple voltages are applied to a DC-power LED lamp, its life expectancy will be badly shortened.
The peaks of the ripples must not be greater than 1.1 times of the rated operating voltage.The ripple
factor must be less than 20% of the peak value.
The lamp can be operated normally if the operating voltage does
not exceed its rated voltage.If you expect the incandescent lamp
service life (AC circuit) of 5,000 to 10,000 hours are needed, use
the lamp within the operating voltage range. If the incandescent
lamp is used with the DC circuit, its service life will be substantially
reduced. It is recommended to use a LED lamp with the DC circuit.

2.3.7 GSR形の取付け順序
(1) ボタンの凹部へ締付レンチ(AR9A001)の先端をかけ合わせ，ボタンを
緩めてはずします。
(2) ガードリングを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(3) パネル裏面より，スイッチ本体をパネルカットへ挿入し，パネル前面から

2.3.7 Mounting procedure of the GSR type switch
(1) Insert the tightening wrench (AR9A001) into of the button and turn the
wrench groove counter-clockwise to loosen it, then remove it.
(2) Loosen the guard ring manually to remove it.
(3) Insert the switch unit in the panel hole at the back of the panel and secure
it with the guard ring at the front of the panel.
(4) Mount the button by screwing it firmly with tightening wrench (AR9A001).
Mount the AR22 square and square round type buttons together with the adapter, ring packing, and
locking nut.Insert the adapter and ring packing into the
AR22 square, square round type button, insert the button
in the panel hole, and secure them by turning the
ti ghtening wrench (AR9A701) at the back of the panel.
(The locking nut attached to the switch unit of AR22 is disused.)

8． ツマミ，ランプおよび接点・トランス・ランプタ−ミナル の交換
8.1 ツマミの交換
適用機種
・セレクタスイッチ： AR30PR,PCR,WR,WCR
・照光セレクタスイッチ： AR30PL
8.1.1 取外し
・ツマミを外す場合，2.3.3（1）と同様に外してください。
・照光ツマミを外す場合，ツマミ外周の溝部を小形マイナス
ドライバなどでこじると取り外せます。
8.1.2 取付け
・ツマミ取付けは，2.3.3（3）と同様に取付けてください。
・照光ツマミ取付けは，ツマミ内側凸部と回転筒外周部の溝部を合わせて押し込むと組立てできます。
また，ツマミ・照光ツマミとも45°間隔で任意の位置へ設定するこができます。
8.2 ランプの交換
・パネル前面からの取付け，取外し方法
ランプ抜差具(AHX790)の先端にランプの頭部を押し込み，
ランプ抜差具を回しながら，ランプの取付けまたは取外し
を行ってください。
8.3 接点・トランス・ランプターミナルの交換
8.3.1 取外し
右図の通りマイナスドライバで取付脚を少し開き，開いた方
の脚から取ると簡単に外れます。
なお，より容易に行うための組替工具(AHX321)も用意して
おります。
8. Replacing the knob, lamp and contact・transformer・lamp terminal
8.1 Replacing the knob
Applicable parts
・Selector switches :AR30PR, PCR, WR, WCR
・Illuminated selector switch :AR30PL
8.1.1 Removing
・Remove the knob as described in section 2.3.3 (1) above.
・Remove the illuminated knob by inserting a small flat-head
screwdriver into the knob circumference groove and twisting
it gently.
8.1.2 Mounting
・Mount the knob as described in section 2.3.3 (3) above.
・
Assemble the illuminated knob by aligning the protrusion inside the knob with the rotating cylinder circumference
groove and pushing it.The knob and illuminated knob can be set to any position at intervals of 45˚.
8.2 Replacing the lamp
・Removing and installing the lamp from the panel front.
Push the lamp head into the lamp remover (AHX790), and
turn the lamp remover to remove or install the lamp.
8.3 Replacing the contact・transformer・lamp
terminal
8.3.1 Removing
Open the mounting foot slightly with a flat-head screwdriver as
shown in the figure left.The each unit can be easily removed
from the foot.
The replacing tool (AHX321) can be used to remove the each
unit more easily.

8.3.2 取付け
●右図の通り取付脚に対して真っ直ぐに押し込み，確実に組み合っていることを
確認してください。
また，2個並列に取付ける場合は，互いの溝を組み合わせユニットが開かない
ようにご注意ください。不完全な状態で使用しますと，外れたり動作異常の
原因となります。取付脚には無理な力が加わらないよう，取扱いにご注意ください。
●接点の追加について
カタログ指定の段積みをこえて接点の追加を行うと，動作しない可能性があり
ます。
8.3.2 Mounting
●Push the each unit straight to the foot as shown in the figure left.Make sure
that the each unit is attached to the foot securely.When attaching the two unit
in parallel, make their grooves fit each other so that the unit does not open.
If the each unit is used with the switch unit fitting incompletely, the unit may
come off or an operation error may occur.Take care not to apply excess force
to the mounting side.
●About an addendum of contact
If you install contacts exceeding the allowable number of stages, your device
may not operate properly.

9．防水キャップ・防じんキャップ取付けについて
適用機種
・防水キャップ：AHX052
・防じんキャップ：AHX032,033,034,AHX113,AHX157
防水キャップまたは防じんキャップを併用して，パネルへ取付けて操作した場
合，防水キャップまたは防じんキャップが沈みボタンが元の位置に戻らなくなる
可能性があります。
右図の様にリングパッキンのパネル面の当たる部分を約5mmカットし，空気の抜
け口を作ってください。また，パッキン枚数は標準時より一枚減らしてくださ
い。なお，締付リングの締付トルクは1.5〜2.5N・mです。
9. Water-proof and dust-proof cap
Applicable parts
・Water-proof cap: AHX052
・Dust-proof caps: AHX032, 033, 034, AHX113, AHX157
When attached to the panel in combination with a water-proof or dust-proof cap,
the water-proof cap or dust-proof cap may sink downward and prevent the depressed
button from returning to its original position. As shown in the left figure, cut an
approximately 5mm air outlet in the portion of the ring packing touching the panel
surface.Also, reduce the number of packing rings by one below the standard number.
The clamp ring tightening torque is 1.5 to 2.5 N·m.
※保護構造について
防水キャップまたは防じんキャップにより，パネル面へのシール性を有してお
り，保護構造はIP65を確保しております。

10．使用上のご注意
10.1 使用電圧と白熱電球の定格電圧について
電球は，電球の定格電圧以下であれば使用可能ですが，白熱電
球の寿命を5,000〜10,000時間（交流回路）必要とする場合に
は，標準使用電圧の範囲内で使用してください。また，白熱電
球を直流回路で使用しますと，寿命が著しく低下しますので，
LED電球を使用することをお薦めします。

10.1 Operating voltage and rated voltage of the incandescent lamp
10.2 LED ランプの誤点灯について
LEDランプは，微小電流で点灯しますので，サージ吸収回路や無接点回路による漏れ電流あるいは，
ケーブル間の漂遊静電容量などにより，誤点灯する可能性があります。この場合は，LEDランプと並列
に抵抗器を取付けるなどの対策が必要です。なお，抵抗値は発生する電流・電圧により異なり，その都
度選定が必要となりますのでお問い合わせください。
10.2 LED lamp lighting error
The LED lamp can illuminates with even a very low level current that may result as a leak current of a
surge suppressor circuit or a contactless switching circuit, or as a leak current that flows through stray
capacitances between cables.This type of unnecessary lighting may be suppressed by connecting a
resistor in parallel to the LED lamp.The required resistance of the parallel resistor differs depending on
the current and voltage to be dealt with.For details, please contact your Fuji Electric FA agent.

10.3 DC 電源専用 LED ランプ使用について
DC電源専用のLEDランプに大きいリップルがかかる場合，寿命低下の原因となりますのでリップルの
ピーク値は，定格使用電圧の1.1倍以下に抑えていただき，リップル率はピーク値の20％以下に抑えて
ください。
10.3 LED Lamp on DC Power Only
If large ripple voltages are applied to a DC-power LED lamp, its life expectancy will be badly shortened.
The peaks of the ripples must not be greater than 1.1 times of the rated operating voltage.The ripple
factor must be less than 20% of the peak value.
The lamp can be operated normally if the operating voltage does
not exceed its rated voltage.If you expect the incandescent lamp
service life (AC circuit) of 5,000 to 10,000 hours are needed, use
the lamp within the operating voltage range. If the incandescent
lamp is used with the DC circuit, its service life will be substantially
reduced. It is recommended to use a LED lamp with the DC circuit.

2.3.7 GSR形の取付け順序
(1) ボタンの凹部へ締付レンチ(AR9A001)の先端をかけ合わせ，ボタンを
緩めてはずします。
(2) ガードリングを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(3) パネル裏面より，スイッチ本体をパネルカットへ挿入し，パネル前面から
ガードリングで固定してください。
(4) ボタンを締付レンチ(AR9A001)でねじ込み，取付けます。
2.3.7 Mounting procedure of the GSR type switch
(1) Insert the tightening wrench (AR9A001) into of the button and turn the
wrench groove counter-clockwise to loosen it, then remove it.
(2) Loosen the guard ring manually to remove it.
(3) Insert the switch unit in the panel hole at the back of the panel and secure
it with the guard ring at the front of the panel.
(4) Mount the button by screwing it firmly with tightening wrench (AR9A001).
Mount the AR22 square and square round type buttons together with the adapter, ring packing, and
locking nut.Insert the adapter and ring packing into the
AR22 square, square round type button, insert the button
in the panel hole, and secure them by turning the
ti ghtening wrench (AR9A701) at the back of the panel.
(The locking nut attached to the switch unit of AR22 is disused.)
(Remark 1) Adapter for square type (AR9Y003)
(Remark 2) Tightening torque : 1 to 1.5 N·m
(Remark 3) Panel thickness : 2.5 to 5mm.Panel cutting
should be done according to the instructions

2.3.9 S1R〜S6R形の取付け順序
(1) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(2) ローゼットを本体へ組合せます。
(3) ローゼットを矢印方向から押さえて指示チップを
溝に差し込みます。
(4) 指示チップを完全に押し込んでください。
(5) 外し方は，2.3.3と同様に指示チップを小形マイナス
ドライバで外してから，ローゼットを外します。
2.3.9 Mounting procedure of the S1R to S6R type switch
(1) Secure the main unit in the same manner as described in
section 2.3.1.
(2) Set the rosette onto the main unit.
(3) Push the rosette in the direction of the arrow in the figure
left, then set the indicator chip into the slot.
(4) Insert the indicator chip completely into the slot.
(5) To remove the rosette, first take off the indicator chip in the
same manner as described in section 2.3.3 using the small
flat-head screwdriver, then remove the rosette.

6．ボタン・シール台の交換方法
適用機種
・押しボタンスイッチ:AR30FAR,FBR,EAR,EBR
● 図の通りボタン凹部（全周）を小形マイナスドライバなどで
軽くこじると取外せます。取付けは，押棒上の十字凹溝に
シール台側の十字凸部を合わせてからボタンを圧入して取付
けてください。
6. Replacing the pushbutton and the seal cap
Applicable parts
・Pushbutton switches : AR30FAR, FBR, EAR, EBR
●To remove the push button, insert the tip of a small flat-head
screwdriver into the groove around the pushbutton and twist it
gently in direction of the arrow as shown in the figure below.
Make sure that the guide on the plunger and the seal cap are in
alignment, and push the color button until a snap fit in position results.
10.4 接続について
トランスの容量は，付属ランプ１個用に設定されていますので，他の負荷を接続することはできません。
10.5 ランプターミナルへの配線
単線を横方向（側面）よりランプターミナルへ配線する場合は，単線を角ワッシャーの中へ確実に入れて
ください。外れると接触不良などの原因になります。
10.4 Connection
The transformer capacity is set for only one lamp.The other load cannot be connected to the transformer.
10.5 Wiring to the lamp terminal
When wiring a single wire to the lamp terminal from the side (horizontally), be sure to insert the single
wire in the square washer securely. If the single wire comes off, it may cause a contact failure.

1. Unpacking
Make sure that the switch type, contact arrangement, and pushbutton color are exactly
what you ordered, and that the plastic components, such as pushbuttons and contact blocks,
are not destroyed.

ボタン，ケースなどのプラスチック部品の破損がないかどうかを確かめてください。
2.2 取付パネル厚さと調整用パッキン
適用可能なパネル厚寸法は，1〜6 mm です。パッキン
は，標準として1.6 mm を4枚付属（一体成形）しており
ますが，取付パネル厚さによって表を目安に枚数を
加減してください。また，ロックリング，文字板を使
用する場合は，厚み分を加えて目安としてください。

The applicable panel thickness must be 1 to 6 mm .
Normally, four sheets of 1.6 mm packing are attached
(forming a unit).However, add or remove excess packing
according to the panel thickness by referring to the table
left.When using the key washer and/or legend plate,
add packing for their thicknes.

11．保護構造について
この製品のパネル前面（操作部）からの防塵，水および油に対する保護構造はIP65防油形です。

なお，常時＋5％または＋10％で使用する場合は上記（1）項と同様に，外部抵抗を取付けて
ください。
12. Using the LED lamp exceeding ratings
(1) If the LED lamp is used with the exceeded rated voltage, select the resistor so that the operating
current value is below the LED's rated current and insert the resistor in series with the LED lamp.
(Capacity of the resistor must be decided much larger than calculating value.Refer to below example.)
(2) The voltage fluctuation range is as follows;6V LED : ±5%, 12V or 24V LED : ±10%
If the LED lamp is used always with more than 105% or 110% of rated voltage insert the external
resistor in the same way as in the above (1).
Example :When connecting the 24V LED lamp (PIKARIKUN) to the
48V circuit, calculate the external resistance as follows;
Thus, connec a 2.2kΩ1W resistor.

2.3.1 Mounting the switch on the panel
Insert the switch unit in the panel hole at the back of
the panel and secure it with a locking nut using the
tightening wrench (AHX001) at the panel front.
Remark 1 :Tightening torque is 1.5 to 2.5 N·m
2. Mounting
2.1 Mounting hole

※ Unless a key washer or legend plate is used, location hole 4.8mm × 33mm is unnecessary.

2.3.2 V0R,V0L,V2R,V2L,V5R,V5L 形の
取付け順序
(1) 右図の通り，グローブの凹部へ締付レンチ(AR9A002）
または本体に付属のレンチ(AR9A005）の先端をかみ
合わせ，緩めてから（左回り）ボタンをはずします。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) 右図（図3）の通り，回転筒の凸部にボタンの凹溝
を合わせて挿入しグロ−ブを挿入してから，締付
レンチ(AR9A002またはAR9A005）で締め付けて
（右回り）ください。
(4) 締付トルク0.5〜1.0N・m
(5) グロ−ブは，適正締付トルクにて締付けを完了さ
せても，ボタンとグロ−ブの間はガタが生じてお
ります。これは，グロ−ブの防油性を保つためで
すので正常品です。適正トルク以上で締付けを行
なわないでください。グロ−ブ破損の原因となり
ます。

2.3.2 Mounting the V0R, V0L, V2R, V2L, V5R
and V5L type switches
(1)Insert the tightening wrench AR9A002 or AR9A005
(attached with product) into the slot of the center button
as shown in the figure left, and turn the wrench
counter-clockwise to loosen the button to remove it.
(2) Mount the switch unit as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Insert the protrusion of the plunger into the groove
of the button, insert the center button in the button,
and turn the tightening wrench (AR9A002 or AR9A005)
clockwise to fasten it into place.(Fig.3)
(4) Tightening torque 0.5 to 1.0 N·m
(5) A certain amount of play will remain around the button
and center button even after you have tightened the
center button to the specified torque.This is normal
the play is provided to allow the center button to
maintain its oil-proof feature. Never attempt to further
tighten the center button further as it may be damaged.

10.6 密集取付けにおける連続点灯について（照光押しボタンスイッチ）
発熱により周囲温度が規定以上になる場合がありますので，ご注意ください。取付けパネルが金属製でない場合
や，密閉された盤で使用する際，換気を行ったりランプの発熱が少ないものを使用するなどの注意が必要です。
10.6 Close mounting of illuminated type switches
If the lamps are lit continuously the operating temperature may be higher than that specified, and care
must be taken.If the lamps are not mounted on a metal panel or used in a closed panel, ventilate the area
or use lamps that generate less heat.
14．短絡保護について (IEC60947-5-1 準拠)
接点の保護協調を必要とする場合は，当社の栓形ヒューズ15Ａ（形式：BLA015)以下 のものを選定してく
ださい。

If coordinative protection is required for the contacts, use Fuji plug-in type fuse of 15 ampere rating (type
BLA015) or smaller.
10.7 保管および使用場所
(1) カタログ表示の使用周囲温度，湿度範囲内で保管および使用してください。また，定格範囲外での
使用は誤動作，破損，低寿命の原因になります。
(2) 直射日光が当たらないようにしてください。
(3) 屋外では使用しないでください。
(4) SO 2 ，H 2 Sなどの腐食性ガスが少ない雰囲気中で使用してください。接触不良などの原因になります。
(5) ボタンとフレームの隙間へ，粉塵や切り粉などが堆積する場所，また，引っ張り，横からの衝撃な
どが加わる場所での使用は，正常な操作ができなくなるおそれがありますのでご注意ください。
このような場所でのご使用には，防塵キャップや防水キャップなどを使用するなどの注意が必要です。
(6) AR30形は，全シリーズ防油形（Q7L以外）となっておりますが，これらは一般的に使用される切削
油，冷却油については評価しております。なお，特殊な油に関しては使用できない場合があります
ので，詳細はお問い合わせください。
10.8 操作について
(1) ボタンの叩き操作は，破損する場合がありますので行なわないでください。また，操作は必ず手で行なっ
てください。大形押しボタンやオルタネイト品は，ボタンを引っ張らないでください。（Q7L,Q2R以外）
(2) リングセレクト形は，ボタンを押した状態で回転操作をすると機構部を破損する場合がありますの
でこのような操作は行わないでください。
(3) セレクタスイッチの捻回は，軽く回せば操作できます。あまり大きな力（1N・m以上）で操作しない
ようご注意ください。コントロールタイプでは，一部オーバーラップする接点がありますので，ご
使用回路で保護回路を設けるなどの処置を行ってください。
(4) 非常停止（照光）押しボタンスイッチ（プッシュロック形）は，ロックを解除するにはボタンを右廻り，
矢印の方向に廻してください。（解除のためにボタンを引っ張らないでください。）
解除操作をしている途中でボタンを逆に廻さないでください。製品が破損するおそれがあります。
10.9 接点部保護カバー付品への配線
配線時，ドライバが接点部保護カバーと接触しながらの締め付けとなりますので，配線作業終了後，接
点部保護カバーの組合せを再度確認してください。
【ドライバと接点部保護カバーの接触を避けるため，呼び番号:1番のドライバ（軸径:φ5）の使用を推
奨いたします。】
10.10 LED 製品について
青色LED，緑色LED製品は，静電気に対して敏感な製品であり，その取扱いには十分な注意が必要です
ので本製品の取扱いの際には，万全なる静電気対策，サージ対策をお願いします。静電気対策として次
のことを推奨致します。
(1) LED交換などの取扱いに際しては，リストバンドまたは，静電気防止手袋を使用する。
(2) 製品の配線に際しては，アース付きの電動ドライバを使用する。
10.7 Storage and place to use
(1) Storage or keep the switch in the appropriate ambient temperature and humidity described in the
catalogue.Don’t use the switch in a condition which exceeds its rated value.
It may cause a malfunction or make its life time short.
(2) Keep the unit away from direct sunlight.
(3) Avoid using outdoors.
(4) Use the switch in the atmosphere in which no SO2or H2S gas exists.The gas may cause a contact
failure of the switch.
(5) Note that when used in places where dust, chips or other particles may pile up in the clearance
between the button and the frame, or if used where the products may be pulled or impacted, the
products may not operate normally.When using the device in an unfavorable environment, protect it
by using a dust cap, water-tight cap or any other appropriate measures.
(6) For the AR30 series (except type Q7L), the operator is provided with oil-tight construction (IP65).
All the switches have been evaluated for cutting oil and cooling oil that are generally used.It may not
be able to use special oil for some switches.For details, contact Fuji Electric FA.
10.8 Operating
(1) If you hit the pushbutton, it may be destroyed.
Do not hit the pushbutton.Be sure to use your finger when operating the switches.Do not pull on the
mushroom head pushbutton or alternate type pushbutton (other than AR30Q7L, Q2R).
(2)
For ring selector type switches, do not perform rotation with the button depressed, as this may damage
the ring mechanism.
(3) The selector switches can be turned by a light force. Do not turn them with an unreasonably large force (≦1N·m).
When a control type switch is used, parts of some contacts may overlap, so take appropriate error
preventing actions, such as mounting a protection circuit in the circuit currently being used.
(4) To reset an Emergency Stop (illuminated) Pushbutton Switches and a push-lock type switch, turn the
switch button clockwise, in the direction indicated by the arrow mark.Do not pull the switch button to reset.
Do not turn the switch button anticlockwise during reset is finished.
Failure to do so may result in breakdown of the product.
10.9 Wiring a Switch with protective cover of contact
While you tighten the terminal screws with a screwdriver, the screwdriver shaft may contact the protective cover.
After completing the wiring work, check that the cover is correctly matched to the switch unit.To minimize the
contact between the driver shaft and the cover a #1 screwdriver (shaft diameter :5 mm ) is recommended.
10.10 Products with LEDs
The blue and green LEDs in products are very sensitive to static electricity, and such products must be
handled carefully. When handling this product, take all possible measures against static electricity and
power surges.The following measures against static electricity are recommended.
(1) When handling LEDs, use an anti-static wrist-band or gloves.
(2) When wiring this product, use a grounded electrically-powered screwdriver.

2.3.3 ＷＲ形の取付け順序
(1) 右図の通り，指示チップの溝へ小形マイナスドライバの先端を差し込み，矢印
方向へ回転させ指示チップを浮き上がらせてから，ツマミを引き抜いてください。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) 指示チップが浮いた状態のツマミを回転筒の元の位置に挿入し，指示チップを
押し込んでください。
2.3.3 Mounting the WR type switch
(1) Insert the tip of a small flat-head screwdriver into the slot under the position
indicator.Turn the screwdriver a little to lever the position indicator from the
knob as shown in the figure.Then, pull out the knob.
(2) Mount the switch unit to secure it in the same way as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Insert the knob with the raised position indicator at the original knob position in
the plunger.Then, push the position indicator into the original position.
2.3.4 M0R,M4R,M5R,B0R,Q7L形の取付け順序
(1) ボタンを直接手で緩めてはずします。
(2) 本体取付けは，2.3.1と同様に固定してください。
(3) ボタンを直接手でねじ込み取り付けます。
なお，ボタンのねじ込みは完全に行ってください。
締付トルクは，0.3〜0.5N・mを目安に行ってください。
2.3.4 Mounting the M0R, M4R, M5R, B0R and Q7L type switches
(1) Loosen the button manually to remove it.
(2) Mount the switch unit to secure it in the same way as described in section 2.3.1 above.
(3) Mount the button by screwing it firmly with your fingers.
The tightening torque should be within a range of 0.3 to 0.5 N·m.
13．記名板への彫刻について
(1) 彫刻は，記名板の表面に施してください。
(2) 記名板サイズ
材質：アクリル樹脂製（乳白色）
彫刻加工深さ：0.5mm以下
塗料： メラミン系，フタル酸系，アクリル系などのアルコール
主成分のものを使用してください。
13. Engraving on the legend plate
(1) Give engraving to the surface of the legend plate.
(2) Legend plate size
Material : Acrylic resin (white)
Engraving depth : 0.5mm or less
Coating : Use coating containing mainly alcohol, such as
melamine resin, phthalic resin, and acrylic resin.
