"All three baths provided with an overheating shut down
circuit.
Each bath is agitated bya magneticpump.
IR sensor in first bathdetectspaperfeed.
Feed rollers and agitation will automatically stop when the
processor isnot used for morethan 45 minutes, thenruns
intermittently for3 seconds atan interval of15 seconds. The
standby function will release and return to normaloperation

INSTALLATION
Install the CP-31 ona table or desktop.Allow adequate height for gravity drains to operate
properly.Avoid placing itonthe floor.
Level the CP-31 on yourworksurface.
Do not move the CP-31once itis filled with solution.Place the CP-31 ontheright side of
the enlarger to facilitate opening ofthe cover shield.
Set 1/2 gallon containers onthe floor andputthe respective overflow hoseeachintoeach
containers.

the solution.

the upper limit and gives outa warning thattemperature istoo high. Turnpower switch OFF
ifthe lamplights,remove the uppercover and wait until the temperaturedrops. A
nickel-cadmiumbattery is used to power theLCD display. The memory will notbe losteven
if power is switched off.(Pleaserefer tothe paragraph onthe solutiontemperature setting.)

PREOPERATION CHECK AND CLEANING OF BATH
Before operation,check the unit's
operation by using hot water.This
work includes the cleaning ofthe
bath.

Unpacking:
Take outthe mainbody and
accessories from the case, install
as described in page 4 and check
to seeifall parts are complete.

Remove partsfrommainbody.
Remove the parts inthe order of
the uppercover,inletrack, No. 1,2
cross-over guide andtheNo. 1,2,3
racks. Remove the cross-over
guide by pulling upthe leftside as
shown bythe arrowmark in Fig. 2.

Put hot water inand performlevel
adjustment. Puthot water in which
is 1C deg- 2 C deg higherthan the
processing temperature uptothe
levelline of eachbath and adjust
the mainbody with the level
adjustingscrewuntil itis level. Do
not usehot water of morethan 50
Cdeg.
