Whether your organization is expanding its use of
image capture or implementing its first scanning
station, the Fujitsu fi-4640S provides the right blend
of features, performance, and affordability.
The fi-4640S captures fine details with a maximum
output resolution of 800 dpi. It also employs sophisti-
cated dithering and diffusion algorithms for superior
halftone rendering. Standard, on-board image pro-
cessing produces consistent, outstanding image quality
— ScanRight IPC technology is an available option,
as well.
Featuring infrared document double-feed detection
to ensure reliable batch scanning, the fi-4640S can
support paper sizes from 2.1" by 2.9" to 11.7" by 17",
as well as different thicknesses ranging from onion
skin to card stock. Automatic length detection con-
serves file space by eliminating excess white space
when scanning batches of mixed-length documents.
Additionally, the fi-4640S possesses the ability to
scan documents up to 68" long.
On-site service helps maximize uptime
The fi-4640S scanner includes a 90-day, on-site,
Limited Warranty. A free, nine-month depot service
upgrade to the Limited Warranty is also available
