PANNELLO COMANDI
1) Tasti.
2) Spie luminose (led).
Seleziona il ciclo vuoto per conservazione.
Una volta avviato il ciclo, se il tasto viene riselezionato, la macchina passa direttamente
alla saldatura della busta.
Se premuto per 5 secondi, attiva il ciclo di deumidicazione dell’olio della pompa.
È un ciclo di manutenzione, da ripetere periodicamente, della durata di 20 minuti.
Seleziona il ciclo vuoto per cottura.
Una volta avviato il ciclo, se il tasto viene riselezionato, la macchina passa direttamente
alla saldatura della busta.
Interrompe il ciclo in corso.
Seleziona il ciclo per vuoto in contenitori ad uso domestico.
Premuto per 5 secondi, attiva il ciclo per vuoto in contenitori di tipo professionale.
Dopo tre minuti di inutilizzo, la macchina entra nello stato di basso consumo. Per ri-
chiamarla dallo stato di basso consumo, premere un qualsiasi tasto.

FUNZIONAMENTO
ACCENSIONE
• Dopo tre minuti di inutilizzo, la macchina entra nello stato di basso consumo. Per richiamarla dallo
stato di basso consumo, premere un qualsiasi tasto.
CICLO VUOTO PER CONSERVAZIONE
Una volta preparata la confezione all’interno della camera a vuoto come descritto nel capitolo “PRE-
PARAZIONE”, chiudete il coperchio esercitando una leggera pressione in corrispondenza della
parte anteriore e selezionate contemporaneamente il tasto .
Viene avviato il ciclo di vuoto conservazione.
All’avvio del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve).

Il ciclo procede automaticamente nell’ordine seguente:
La fase di evacuazione viene segnalata dalla spia luminosa del tasto lampeggiante.
La fase di saldatura viene segnalata dalla spia luminosa del tasto accesa.
Durante la successiva fase di scarico tutte le spie luminose tornano alla situazione di accensione
iniziale.
• Quando la camera a vuoto risulta decompressa, è possibile aprire il coperchio ed estrarre la busta
sigillata (al termine della fase di scarico).
• Nel caso del ciclo Vuoto per conservazione, il prodotto si presenterà strettamente avvolto e com-
presso dalla busta.
• Al termine del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve), che indica che la macchina
è pronta per un nuovo ciclo.
Premendo il tasto durante la fase di evacuazione dell’aria, l’apparecchio passa
anticipatamente alla fase di saldatura.
Il ciclo può essere interrotto anticipatamente premendo il tasto . In questo caso,
l’apparecchio non effettua la saldatura e la camera viene decompressa.
Per uscire dallo stato di basso consumo, premere un qualsiasi tasto.

CICLO VUOTO PER COTTURA
Una volta preparata la confezione all’interno della camera a vuoto come descritto nel capitolo “PRE-
PARAZIONE”, chiudere il coperchio esercitando una leggera pressione in corrispondenza della parte
anteriore e selezionare contemporaneamente il tasto .
Viene avviato il ciclo di vuoto per cottura.
All’avvio del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve).
Il ciclo procede automaticamente nell’ ordine seguente:
La fase di evacuazione viene segnalata dalla spia luminosa del tasto lampeggiante.
La fase di saldatura viene segnalata dalla spia luminosa del tasto acceso.
Durante la successiva fase di scarico tutte le spie luminose tornano alla situazione di accensione
iniziale. Durante questo tempo, la macchina non accetta comandi
• Quando la camera a vuoto risulta decompressa, è possibile aprire il coperchio ed estrarre la busta
sigillata.
• Come nel caso del ciclo Vuoto per conservazione, nel ciclo vuoto per cottura il prodotto si presen-
terà strettamente avvolto e compresso dalla busta.
• Al termine del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve), che indica che la macchina
è pronta per un nuovo ciclo.
Premendo il tasto
durante la fase di evacuazione dell’aria, l’apparecchio passa
anticipatamente alla fase di saldatura.

Il ciclo può essere interrotto anticipatamente premendo il tasto . In questo caso,
l’apparecchio non effettua la saldatura e la camera viene decompressa.
Per uscire dallo stato di basso consumo, premere un qualsiasi tasto.
CICLO VUOTO PER VASI - BREVE
Richiedete i contenitori sottovuoto più idonei al vostro rivenditore di ducia.
Una volta inserito il contenitore all’interno della camera a vuoto come descritto nel capitolo “PREPA-
RAZIONE”, chiudere il coperchio esercitando una leggera pressione in corrispondenza della parte
anteriore e selezionare contemporaneamente il tasto .
All’avvio del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve).
Il ciclo procede automaticamente nell’ordine seguente:
La fase di evacuazione viene segnalata dalla spia luminosa del tasto lampeggiante.
• Durante la successiva fase di scarico tutte le spie luminose tornano alla situazione di accensione
iniziale.
• Al termine del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve), che indica che la mac-
china è pronta per un nuovo ciclo. La vasca risulta decompressa permettendo l’estrazione del

Chiudere prontamente la valvola di aspirazione del contenitore, in modo tale da evitare che l’aria
rientri nel contenitore.
Il vuoto ottenuto con questo ciclo è pari circa all’80% del vuoto raggiungibile con FVCD
270 ed è indicato per contenitori di plastica ad uso non professionale.
CICLO VUOTO PER VASI - LUNGO
Richiedete i contenitori sottovuoto più idonei al vostro rivenditore di ducia.
Una volta inserito il contenitore all’interno della camera a vuoto come descritto nel capitolo “PREPA-
RAZIONE”, chiudere il coperchio esercitando una leggera pressione in corrispondenza della parte an-
teriore e selezionare contemporaneamente il tasto , tenendolo premuto per cinque secondi.
All’avvio del ciclo viene emesso un segnale acustico (Beep breve).

realizzati in plastica di forte spessore, in vetro oppure in acciaio.

CICLO VUOTO PER VASI CON CONTENITORE ALL’ESTERNO DELLA CAMERA
Richiedete i contenitori sottovuoto ed il dispositivo di aspirazione più idonei al vostro rivenditore di
ducia.
Nel caso operiate con contenitori che eccedono la capienza della camera a vuoto, il dispositivo di
aspirazione ottenibile su richiesta.
Attivate il ciclo vasi adatto al tipo di contenitore (breve per contenitori in plastica, lungo per conteni-
tori professionali ad alta resistenza) e premete il dispositivo di aspirazione da un lato sulla presa di
aspirazione dell’apparecchio (angolo alto a destra della camera a vuoto), dall’altro sul contenitore.
INTERRUZIONE CICLO IN CORSO
Premendo il tasto un segnale acustico avverte che il ciclo viene immediatamente interrotto.
La saldatura delle buste non viene effettuata e la vasca viene decompressa.
Le spie luminose, dopo la fase di scarico, tornano alla situazione di accensione iniziale.

CONTROL PANEL

Selects the vacuum cycle for preservation.
If the key is selected again once the cycle has started, the machine passes directly to se-
aling the bag.
If pressed for 5 seconds, it activates the dehumidifying cycle of the pump oil.
This maintenance cycle, which must be performed regularly, lasts 20 minutes.
Selects the vacuum cycle for cooking.
If the key is selected again once the cycle has started, the machine passes directly to se-
aling the bag.
It interrupts the cycle in progress.
It selects the cycle for vacuum in containers for household use.
Pressed for 5 seconds, it activates the cycle for vacuum in containers of professional type.
After three minutes of inactivity, the machine enters the energy-saving state. To exit
the energy-saving state, press any key.

VACUUM CYCLE FOR PRESERVATION
Once the pack has been prepared inside the vacuum chamber as described in the “Prepa-
ration” chapter, close the lid exerting a slight pressure on the front and at the same time select the
key . The preservation vacuum cycle is started.
An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted on cycle start.

The cycle proceeds automatically in the following order:
The evacuation phase is signalled by the keyashing.
The sealing phase is signalled by the
luminous indicator key on.
During the successive unload phase, all of the luminous indicators go back to initial switch-on situation.
• Whenthevacuumchamberisdecompressed,itispossibletoopenthelidandextractthesealed
bag (at the end of the unload phase).
• Inthecaseofthepreservationvacuumcycle,theproductistightlywrappedandcompressedby
the bag.

By pressing the key during the air evacuation phase, the appliance passes to
the sealing phase in advance.
The cycle can be interrupted in advance by pressing the key. In this case, the
appliance does not carry out sealing and the chamber is decompressed.

VACUUM CYCLE FOR COOKING
Once the pack has been prepared inside the vacuum chamber as described in the “Preparation”
chapter, close the lid exerting a slight pressure on the front and at the same time select the
key. The cooking vacuum cycle is started.
An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted on cycle start.
The cycle proceeds automatically in the following order:
The evacuation phase is signalled by the luminous indicator of the keyashing.
The sealing phase is signalled by the luminous indicator key on.
During the successive unload phase, all of the luminous indicators go back to initial switch-on situation.
• Whenthevacuumchamberisdecompressed,itispossibletoopenthelidandextractthesealedbag.
• As in the case of the preservation vacuum cycle, in the cooking vacuum cycle the product is tightly
wrapped and compressed by the bag.
• An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted at the end of the cycle, indicating that the machine is
ready for a new cycle.
By pressing the key during the air evacuation phase, the appliance passes to
the sealing phase in advance.

appliance does not carry out sealing and the chamber is decompressed.

Request the most suitable vacuum containers from your regular dealer.
Once the container is inserted inside the vacuum chamber as described in the “Preparation” chapter,
close the lid exerting a slight pressure on the front and at the same time select the key.
An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted on cycle start.
The cycle proceeds automatically in the following order:
The evacuation phase is signalled by the luminous indicator keyashing.
• Duringthesuccessiveunloadphase,alloftheluminousindicatorsgobacktoinitialswitch-on
situation.
• An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted at the end of the cycle, indicating that the machine
is ready for a new cycle. The chamber is decompressed, allowing the container to be extracted.

5 seconds
Close the container suction valve immediately so that air cannot enter the container.
The vacuum obtained with this cycle is equal to 80% of the vacuum that can be rea-
ched with FVCD 270 and is indicated for use with non-professional plastic containers.
VACUUM CYCLE FOR JARS - LONG
Request the most suitable vacuum containers from your regular dealer.
Once the container is inserted inside the vacuum chamber as described in the “Preparation” chap-
ter, close the lid exerting a slight pressure on the front and at the same time select the key,
holding it down for 5 seconds.
An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted on cycle start.

reached with FVCD 270 and is consequently only indicated for very strong contai-
ners realised in thick plastic, in glass or in steel.

INTERRUPTION OF THE CYCLE IN PROGRESS
By pressing the key, an acoustic signal warns that the cycle is interrupted immediately.
The bag is not sealed and the tank is decompressed.
After the unload phase the luminous indicators go back to the initial switch-on phase.
NO-LOAD CYCLE FOR TRAYS WITH CONTAINER OUTSIDE OF THE CHAMBER
Request the most suitable vacuum containers and suction device from your regular dealer.
If you work with containers that exceed the capacity of the vacuum chamber, the suction device is
obtainable upon request.
Activate the tray cycle suitable for the type of container (short for plastic containers, long for high
resistance professional containers) and press the suction device from the suction inlet side (at the
top right of the vacuum chamber), and from the container side.

TABLEAU DE COMMANDES

Sélectionne le cycle vide pour conservation.
Après avoir démarré le cycle, si la touche est à nouveau sélectionnée, la machine passe
directement au soudage du sachet.
Si cette touche est appuyée pendant 5 secondes, elle actionne le cycle de déshumidication
de l’huile de la pompe. Il s’agit d’un cycle d’entretien ayant une durée de 20 minutes, qui
doit être répété périodiquement.
Sélectionne le cycle vide pour cuisson.
Après avoir démarré le cycle, si la touche est à nouveau sélectionnée, la machine passe
directement au soudage du sachet.
Interrompt le cycle en cours.
Sélectionne le cycle pour vide en récipients à usage domestique.
Appuyée pendant 5 secondes, elle active le cycle pour vide en récipients de type profes-
sionnel.
Après trois minutes d’inutilisation, la machine entre dans un état de faible consomma-
tion. Pour annuler l’état de faible consommation, appuyer sur une touche quelconque.

CYCLE VIDE POUR CONSERVATION
Après avoir préparé l’emballage à l’intérieur de la chambre à vide comme décrit dans le chapitre
“Préparation”, fermer le couvercle en exerçant une légère pression à proximité de la partie antérieu-
re et sélectionner simultanément la Touche . Le cycle de vide conservation démarre.
Au démarrage du cycle est émis un signal sonore (Bip court).
