Personal safety precautions
1.1 Electrical
Single phase or three-phase power supplies are used in the system, this is
potentially dangerous to humans. Care is to be taken when working on the
system.
a. Check whether the terminals are in good contact with each other regularly.
b. If the damaged electrical components are found, the components shall be
isolated prior to repair or replacement.
c. Check that the case is well sealed so as to prevent water ingress.
d. Only qualified electrical technicians are allowed to perform inspection and repair
work.
1.2 Mechanics
a. Please do not put tools, screws and other devices on the device, so as not to
cause electric shock risk.
b. Make sure the equipment is adequately fixed and supported. After opening the
motor, check carefully to ensure the stable operation of the equipment
1.3 Start stop
Check the power supply of the system before turning on , Shut down the main
power supply after shutdown , Other operations must be carried out in order to
ensure safety of staff.
1.4 Passageway
Adequate access and lighting shall be provided around the system for the safety
of operation and maintenance.
1.5 Safety equipment
Gloves and goggles must be worn when the operator is performing cleaning
operations.
1.6 Safety check list
a. Attach all emergency calls and emergency handling measures to a clear position.
b. Ensure all operators are familiar with safety related to the equipment.
c. Be familiar with the closing position of all power supplies.
d. Ensure smooth and adequate lighting around the equipment.
e. Keep the equipment clean.
f. Provide adequate ventilation when needed.
g. Correct protective equipment must be worn.

Operations Manual
Operation Notes
1. To achieve the purpose of mobile devices, Do not pull the suction arm forcibly.
2. Please turn it off when you move the device, Make sure the power cord and the
compressed air line are of sufficient length.
3. Before the circuit and gas path are completely disconnected, It is strictly
prohibited to change filter core, repair machine and open machine shell.
4. Disconnecting circuit method: Unplug the power plug , Try starting the machine,
If the device cannot be started, the device is in a power off state.
5. Closed gas path method: Unplug the windpipe , Or turn the oil-water separator
counter-clockwise, Until the barometer pointer is on "O" scale.
6. If necessary, repair the blower, Please open the casing after two minutes of
shutdown Due to the action of inertia, The high speed rotating fan impeller stops
completely and takes time.
7. The distance between the air outlet of the machine and other barriers shall be
greater than 50 cm.
8. When cleaning or replacing the filter core or maintaining the machine, Wear
protective equipment ( Dust masks, goggles, overalls, gloves )

Operations Manual
General Situation
The X-Tract series of movable welding fume purifier is an economical and efficient
product for cleaning and dedusting. The basic structure of the equipment consists of the
box, fan, filter element, suction arm, electrical control and other parts, The product is
simple and practical, stable in performance and convenient for use and maintenance.
The suction arm can be rotated at 360 degrees, which is flexible and convenient, easy to
approach the dust spot, and effectively ensures the cleanliness of the air. It is especially
suitable for cleaning and dedusting in the welding workshop.
1. Organized discharge vent
2. Ventilation net
3. Activated carbon cotton
4. Observatory/differential gauge
5. Matters needing attention
6. Flange seat of suction arm
7. Sealed rubber ring
8. Laryngeal hoop
9. Vacuum hood
10. Vacuum hood handle
11. Laryngeal hoop
12. Inspiratory arm
13. Filter cover handle
14. Filter cover
15. Power Indicator Lamp
16. Equipment switch
17. Nameplate
18. Cardan wheel

Operations Manual
Installation
Working Principle
The welding dust first passes through the protective net of the dust suction port, to
intercept sparks and other large particles suspended, and then dust gas into the box,
filtered by the filter core. The purified gas is further purified and removed by activated
carbon cotton, Finally, the purified gas is discharged through the draft fan and can be
discharged directly into the room or out of the room. With the host working continuously,
dust on the filter core surface increases continuously. With the continuous operation of
the main engine, the dust on the surface of the filter element increases continuously,
remove the filter element for manual ash removal to restore the filter ability.
