1. Intended use
The spreader is to be used exclusively for spreading granules.
If your spreader does not distribute the granules evenly, make sure that the
front of the gearbox points to the front of the spreader. The impeller must
turn clockwise. Reversing the gear will cause the impeller to rotate
counterclockwise. Clean the paddlewheel after each use, residues on the
bucket wheel cause uneven distribution.
Your spreader is designed to give the best spreading results when pushed at
5 km/h (fast walking). Slower or faster speeds will change your spreading
pattern. Moist grit or granulate changes the flow velocity and the spreader's
spreading pattern. Clean your spreader thoroughly after each use. Gears are
already lubricated at the factory
2. Preparation and security
• Wear face protection or safety goggles during use
 Wear appropriate clothing. Only wear closed shoes with non-slip soles.
Use of the granulate spreader with sandals or barefoot is prohibited
• Wear close-fitting clothing. Avoid too loose clothing
• Wear non-slip gloves during use
 If necessary, wear a dust mask, starting from the material to be scattered
• Long hair should be bound back
• Apply directional markings before using the granulate spreader
• Use only in daylight or good artificial light
• Read and follow all instructions of the chemical manufacturer
ATTENTION
 During work, the line of sight must be directed to the surface to be
processed; do not be distracted
• Ensure a secure stand and direction of movement. Caution on unpaved
or slippery surfaces
• Attention: Chemicals or materials that are hazardous to the environment
should be avoided
 Follow all guidelines of the chemical manufacturer

3. Customer responsibility
• Read all security guidelines
• Perform maintenance work on your granulate spreader at regular
intervals
• Follow the instructions in the Maintenance and Storage Guidelines
section of this manual

5. Maintenance and storage
• Store granulate spreader in empty condition
• Storage of chemicals according to the manufacturer's guidelines
• Visual inspection of the connecting screws, nuts
• Clean the granulate spreader with water and soap solution
• Keep dry
• Store in a safe, dark place
• Check all connections, nuts, and bolts for strength at regular intervals to
ensure proper operation of the granulate spreader
• Check the condition of the carrying strap regularly
• Keep all safety-relevant utensils ready

6. Mounting and assembly
Step 1
• Mount the bucket wheel on the axles and gear unit
• Connect with the screw M4 x20 through the bucket wheel and the axle
rod

Step 2
• Take the two-wheel suspensions and connect them to the axle as shown
• Bolt the ends of the connecting tube with the left and right suspension
with M6X40 bolts and M6 nut
• Connect connecting tube with the shaft carrier plate
• Connect attached support leg with wheel suspension and funnel with
M6X70 bolts, M6 nut, and 6 mm washer
Remark: The screws should not be tightened; just pre-assemble for
the time being!

Step 3
• Cleanly mount the inner axle bushing into the outer axle bushing
• Install the right wheel on the straight axle with the screw M5x45 and the
nut M5, with the end cap using wood or rubber hammer
• Install the left wheel on the left axle with the screw M5x45 and the nut
M5, with the end cap using wood or rubber hammer

Step 4
• Put the upper handle into the support leg and connect it with screws
M6x40 nut M6
• Now tighten all pre-assembled screws

Step 5
 Slide the end of the steel wire into the small hole of the control panel
• Loosen the two screws M5x10 and the nuts on the pressure plate
• Place the plastic part in the slot of the printing plate
• Retighten the screw M5x10 and its nut
Fasten safety splint at the end of the shaft

Step 6
When you have completed all the above steps, you can use the lever to close
the holes at the hopper's bottom and open them entirely by moving the
handle. If this is the case, you do not need to do the following steps.
If not, please do the following steps shown in the picture:

9. Customer Service
The service workshops and dealers provide original spare parts. We
recommend that you take the device to an authorized service centre for
annual maintenance and inspection of the protective devices.
Please contact the dealer where you purchased the machine for more
information about service and spare parts.
10. Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. Keep your proof
of purchase in a safe place. Excluded from the warranty are wearing parts
and damage caused by improper use, use of force, technical modifications,
wrong accessories or non-original spare parts, and repair attempts by non-
qualified personnel. Authorized dealers may only carry out repairs.
11. Disposal information
The device is in packaging to avoid transport damages. This packaging is raw
material and is therefore reusable or returned to the raw material cycle. The
tool and accessories are made of different materials, such as metal and
plastic. Take defective components to hazardous waste disposal. Please ask
at the speciality store or the municipal administration.
