Slide Rear Wheel into Rear Wheel
Bracket and line up the axle holes.
Make sure the inside of the wheel with all
of the holes for the brakes in the circular
pattern are pointed inward.

Step 1
WAGON SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Insert Long Bolt through Rear Wheel
Bracket and Rear Wheel. Slide Rear
Brake onto Long Bolt and tighten Long
Bolt. Repeat for both Rear Wheels.
Step 2
Insert Springs into
Rear Wheel Bracket
spring cups. Both sides.
Step 3
Turn Wagon upside down on clean flat
surface and connect Rear Wheel Bracket
to Rear of Wagon Frame.
Step 4
Cover all four holes with Caps.
Insert Front Wheels into Wagon Frame.
Be sure Red Spring is pointing toward
the rear and Brake Lever is pointed
inward toward center of Wagon.
Tighten set screw to secure Front
Wheel to Wagon Frame. Both sides.

Facing
Inward
Insert screwdriver through holes on
Rear Wheel Bracket and push down
to seat Springs.
Align bolt holes then insert Short Bolts
and tighten.
