Safety Precautions
●Before using this unit, please read this manual carefully for proper opera-
tion.
●If the power cord is damaged, please do not turn it on. If the device is
dropped or damaged, please check it by a professional before using it.
●Donot leave power cords hanging by tables, chairs, counters, or touching
hot parts or electric parts.
●If you need to expand the power cord, the power cord grade should be
greater than or equal to the original unit’s power cord, because a power cord
that is less than the original power cord grade of the unit will cause overheat-
ing.
●Donot connect the power cord plug when the device is not in use. Do not
unplug the power cord by pulling it; the plug should be removed by hand.
●Before storing the unit, please allow the unit to cool completely and put the
cord in place.
●Toprevent fire, do not operate the equipment near open containers with
combustible liquids (gasoline).
●The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated room without direct
sunlight, and the signs “No Smoking” and “Flammables Hazard Warning”
should be posted.
●Please do not touch the working equipment in wet areas or operate the
equipment in the rain for protection from electric shock.
●Please operate the unit as described in the manual and use the manufac-
turer’s recommended accessories.
●In the case of ultrasonic bath without cleaning fluid, it is strictly prohibited
to open the ultrasonic system, otherwise it is easy to damage the ultrasonic
equipment.

This product is the motorcycle fuel injector cleaning machine. It adopts
ultrasonic cleaning technology to clean the fuel injectors of motorcycles, and
can clean some small parts according to the size.
●It can simultaneously carry out ultrasonic cleaning of multiple fuel
injectors, and can thoroughly remove the carbon build-up on the fuel
injectors.
●Adopt powerful ultrasonic cleaning technology with effective cleaning
ability.

1) Connect the power supply to product unit.
2) Turn on the power switch of product.
3) Connect the pulse signal line to the fuel injector.
4) First put the cleaning bracket into the cleaning bath through the
positioning nut, and then put the fuel injectors into the hole of the cleaning
bracket.
5) Add an appropriate amount of cleaning fluid or special ultrasonic
cleaning fluid to the ultrasonic cleaning machine. Generally, the cleaning
fluid may immersed in the needle valve of the fuel injectors for about
20mm.
6) Press the left or right arrow keys to set the working time.

7) Press the start/pause button to start cleaning. When the set time is
out, the product will automatically stop.
8) After cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning fluid from the drain
port.
About the transport and storage of the machine
●Transport
1) When the machine is being transported, the liquid in the fuel tank
should be drained to prevent the machine from shaking and overflowing
during transport.
2) It should be carried in the condition of installed base and packing box,
thus avoiding violent vibration and impact. The machine should first be
wrapped with something like plastic tape. After the machine is put into the
packing box, a filling material such as foam or sponge should be added
between the machine and the inner wall of the packing box to prevent the
machine from shaking and scratching the outer surface.
3) The maximum tilt angle of the machine should not exceed 45°, and it is
absolutely forbidden to invert it.
●Storage
1) The equipment should be stored in a dry, watertight location before
being unpacked.
The transport and storage of the bare unit
1) Manual transport.
2) The machine should be placed in a room without direct sunlight and
well ventilated to avoid rain.
Installation Environment
1) The distance between the equipment and the surrounding walls or other
objects should be kept at a distance of more than 200mm, the machine
should be placed in a ventilated environment, and the ambient temperature
should be within -10℃~+40℃.
2) This equipment is grounded reliably. To ensure safe opera-

tion, please make sure the power socket is grounded before turning on the
power.
