
The FUNCTION BUTTON can be pushed up, down and inwards. It is the primary control for the HUD unit:
1. Press the button to change the function being displayed. Each press will show you engine temperature, battery voltage or speed.
2. The HUD is preset with alarm warnings turned ON and will sound when surpassing a preset limit. To turn the alarms off, press downward and hold the
button for 5 seconds. To turn the alarms back on, press downward and hold the button for 5 seconds.
SETTINGS & ADJUSTMENTS
Sometimes it will be necessary to adjust the settings on the HUD unit to match the readings found on your car’s dashboard. If this is needed please fol-
low these steps:
1. Press and hold the FUNCTION BUTTON until it reaches setting mode (approx. 5 seconds).
2. Press again with a short press to bring up the settings menu. See chart below to help navigate to the desired setting.
3. When complete, press and hold the FUNCTION BUTTON for 5 seconds to save your settings.

0 Speed 50-150 Increase or decrease the speed reading by pushing the FUNCTION BUT-
TON up or down. It is recommended to adjust in small increments each
time in order to ne-tune the reading. DO NOT ADJUST WHILE DRIVING.
1 Engine RPM 50-150 With the car in park, gently step on the gas pedal to view the RPM
reading and adjust by pushing the FUNCTION BUTTON up or down until
it matches the vehicle techometer.
2 RPM Alarm 10-75 The factory preset is 5,000RPM. Adjust by pushing the FUNCTION BUT-
TON up or down.
3 Speeding Alarm 30-500 The factory preset is 150km/h. Adjust by pushing the FUNCTION BUT-
TON up or down.
4 Brightness 0-2 Select the desired setting by pushing the FUNCTION BUTTON up or
down.
0 = AUTO BRIGHTNESS
1 = DARKER
2 = BRIGHTER
5 Speed unit 1-2 Select the desired setting by pushing the FUNCTION BUTTON up or
down.
1 = KM
2 = MPH
6 Water

7 Auto o 10-900 The factory preset automatically turns the HUD o 10 seconds after the
car is turned o (130 seconds for hybrid cars). Adjust by pushing the
FUNCTION BUTTON up or down.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Screen is blank - Ensure the HUD power is on and the OBD II connecting line is securely connected. Also, try re-starting the car.
2. Power is on but screen only shows battery voltage and/or turns off after 30 seconds - Please ensure your car supports OBD II by verifying it has a
certication sticker or check with the car manufacturer.
3. Projection is not clear in bright environments – Ensure all transparent lms are removed from the HUD unit and the HUD is projecting properly on the
projection reector screen. Also, try adjusting the brightness setting.
4. HUD shuts down or crashes unexpectedly – Press and hold the function button along with the power button to reset the unit. Release the button
when the screen lights up. The unit has now been reset to factory settings.
