ALWAYSPOSITION IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Unpackthe componentscarefully. Please checkall parts have been removedfromthe packaging.
Before using firsttime
CHARGING ANDOPERATION:
1. Setbuttonwhich is located on the
bottom of item to “ON” position
for charging and charge by placing
it underdirectsunlight for at least
8 hours.
2. The light will workautomatically. It
will charge underdirect sunlight
during the day time and illuminate
at night.
NOTE: In order to verify thatthe
button is correctly in the “ON ”
position, cover the solar panel with
your hand and light should turn “ON” automatically.
Findan idealPlace for the Solar Light.
Place the solar light in an area where it will receive direct sunlight for at least 8 hours perday. The numberof
hoursthe light will illuminate is directly proportionalto the hours of sunlight it receives. If the light is placed
in a shaded area, it will not be able to fully charge and its illumination time will be limited. Do not place the
light nearotheroutdoorlighting like porch or streetlights. These may foolthe sensorand keepthe light from
coming on, or cause it to turn off automatically

Care and Maintenance Recommendations
1. Clean solar panelwith a soft sponge everycouple of weeks.
2. Make sure all connectorsare still tight and no watergetting in.
3. Make sure the switch is set to “ON” position.
4. Battery1x AAA 1.2v 300Mah, Ni-MH, Rechargeable, replaceable).
BATTERIES
•Keep batteriesaway fromchildren andpets.
•Do not mix used and new batteries.
•Remove the batteriesif leftfor long periods.
•Neverdispose of batteries in a fire.
•Batterydisposal, spentorexpiredbatteries must be properly disposed of and recycled in compliance
with local regulations. For detailed information, contact yourlocal authority.
•Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety, usage, and disposal instructions.
DISPOSAL
•Coopers ofStortforduse recyclable or recycled packaging where possible.
•Please dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, packaging in accordance with your local
recycling regulations.
•Plastics, polybags –this is made from the followingrecyclable plastic.
