When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed, including
the following:

BLENDER
Take extra precaution when operating product. Always ensure
that the immersion blender shaft is thoroughly sterilized. Use a
sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing solution
manufacturers’ instructions.
Never touch the blades while the machine is plugged in.
Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from moving parts.
Unplug after use and before changing attachments.
Never blend hot oil, grease or fat.
Children or minors should not use without the supervision of an
adult.
Please refrain from using if damaged.
Refrain from getting wet.
Keep away from hot surfaces
Only use with authorized attachments.
Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
Not authorized for usage by children.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children
without supervision.
Keep out of reach of children.
This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar
environments.
If the supplier cord is damaged, please refrain from usage and
have replaced by the manufacturer or service agent.
The machine should not be operated by means of an external
timer-switch or by means of a separate system with remote
control.
Do not leave unattended while the product is plugged in.
Turn off the appliance before changing the accessories.
This product shall not be used by children.
Potential injuries can occur with mis-usage. Precaution should be

USING THE BLENDING STICK
USING THE WHISK ATTACHMENT
1. Attach the stainless steel blending stick to the motor body and
turn counterclockwise to lock it into position.
2. Plug the electric cord into a wall socket. Ensure that the unit is
plugged in and that the power socket is turned on.
3. Place the food into the beaker or into a suitable container.
4. Insert the blending stick into the mixtures before switching on the
power to avoid splatter.
CAUTION: Immersion Blender should only be immersed in liquids
the length of the attachment. Do not submerge beyond
the seam of the blending attachment. Do not immerse
the motor body into liquids or other mixtures.
5. Press the Power Button to activate the Immersion Blender. Select
the turbo button for faster blending.
6. Move the Immersion Bender using a mashing or stirring action to
blend and mix the food.
7. When blending is complete, release the Power button before
removing the Immersion Blender from the mixture.
8. Release the on or turbo button and unplug immediately after use,
before removing or changing attachments.
NOTE: It is recommended that the beakers are not filled more than
2/3 full, this is to allow the blending stick to move up and
down without the contents spilling over.
This blender is great for blending, pureeing, making baby food, dips,
drinks, smoothies, sauces, salad dressings, and milk shakes.
The whisk can be used to make whip cream, beat egg whites, mix
instant puddings, vinaigrette, mixing desserts or for making
mayonnaise.
CAUTION: Do not use the whisk for solid ingredients such as butter
and sugar as this will damage the whisk.
1. Attach the whisk to the motor body and turn counterclockwise to
lock it into position.
2. Plug the electrical cord into an wall socket. Ensure the unit is
plugged in and power socket is switched on.
3. Place your food into a suitable container.
4. Press the Power Button to start with a low speed, this will prevent
splatter.
5. Insert the whisk into the food and press the on button. For best
results use the turbo button.
6. When the desired results have been achieved, release the ON or
turbo button and turn the whisk attachment clockwise.
7. Unplug immediately after use, before removing or changing
attachments.
NOTE: For best results, use the whisk in a deep container and use
the whisk at an angle when whisking. Ensure when whisking
egg whites that you don’t whisk more than 4 large ones at a
time and ensure the whisk and bowl are clean and free from
grease otherwise the results will be inconsistent.

Cut solid foods into small pieces for easier blending or chopping.
The Immersion Blender is equipped with thermal protection from
high operating temperatures. Should the Immersion Blender
suddenly stop during use, unplug it and allow 10 minutes to
automatically reset.
To avoid splashing, insert the Hand Blender into the mixture
before pressing the Power button, and release the button before
pulling the Immersion Blender out of the mixture.
When blending in a saucepan on a cooktop, remove the pan from
the heating element to protect the Immersion Blender from
overheating.
For best blending, hold the Immersion Blender at an angle and
gently move up and down within the container. Do not put
pressure on the mixture with the Immersion Blender.
To prevent overflow, allow room in the container for the mixture to
rise when using the Immersion Blender.
Do not let the Immersion Blender sit in a hot pan on the cooktop
while not in use.
Remove hard items, such as fruit pits or bones, from the mixture
before blending or chopping to help prevent damage to the
blades.
Do not use your Immersion Blender to process coffee beans or
hard spices such as nutmegs. Processing these foods could
damage the blades of the Immersion Blender.
Do not put the pitcher or chopper bowl in the microwave oven.
The stainless steel Whisk may scratch or mark non-stick coatings;
avoid using the whisk in non-stick cookware.
To prevent splattering, use the Whisk attachment in deep
containers or pans.
PREPARING & USING YOUR IMMERSION BLENDER
1. Insert the Chopper blade into the Chopper bowl.
2. Fit the chopper blade over the pin in the bowl.
3. Add small pieces of foods to the bowl.
Note: Remove any bones from meat or fish and cut food into bit
sized pieces.
4. Fit the chopping bowl cover, turn and lock into position.
5. Insert the motor unit into the chopper cover and twist to lock into
position.
6. Hold the bowl steady and press the ON button, or for more of a
rough chop press the turbo button in short bursts to achieve a
pulse action.
Note: Hold the motor body with one hand and the Chopper bowl
with the other while processing.
7. When the desired results have been achieved, twist the motor
body to unlock and lift the motor body off the chopping bowl.
Twist the cover to unlock from the bowl and lift off. Carefully take
out the blade before pouring out the contents of the bowl. To
remove the blade, slightly turn and then pull it off.
8. Unplug immediately after use, before removing or changing
attachments.
Use the Chopper attachment to chop small amounts of food such as
meat, fish, hard cheese, onion, garlic, vegetables, herbs, crackers,
bread, and nuts.
CAUTION: It is not suitable for chopping hard foods such as coffee
beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate as these may
damage the blade.

STORAGE
1. Unplug and clean unit.
2. Never store the Immersion Blender while it is hot or
plugged in.
3. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance and do
not place any stress on the cord. Store the Immersion
Blender in a clean, dry place.
CAUTION: Never immerse the motor body, plug or cord in water or
any other liquid.
1. Wash the stainless steel blending stick, whisk, chopping bowl,
chopping blade, beakers and beaker base in warm soapy water.
These could be placed into the dishwasher for cleaning.
CAUTION: Do not touch sharp blades.
2. Some foods may discolor the plastic especially food such as
carrots. To help remove the discoloration, dip a kitchen towel
into vegetable oil and rub on the affected area.
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Contact the
customer service department for any unusual issues you may
experience.
CARE & MAINTENANCE above exclusions will be denied. All liability is limited to the
purchase price and does not include any:

Incidental and/or consequential damages associated with the
product in question.
Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty of

This warranty applies to products sold by Galanz Americas in the
U.S. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty and expressly
applies to the individual product only.
Galanz product is warrantied for one year following purchase for
defects in material and workmanship. Please save your receipt
as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty
claim. During this warranty period, we will provide the replacement
cost of this product, a replacement or the equivalent,or repair per
our discretion.
The warranty cannot be transferred through resale, including the
resale through a 3rd party unauthorized retailer and is only
bestowed upon the original consumer purchaser upon purchase
from an authorized retailer.
This warranty does not cover and excludes damage or
defects caused by:
Consumer misuse
Abuse
Neglect including the failure to clean and/or provide adequate
regular maintenance as outlined in the user manual
Commercial use
Subjecting the product to any voltage outside the specified
range
Loss of parts
The affixing of any attachments not provided with the product
Accident, or
Use in a manner not intended and outlined in the user manual.
