INSTRUCTION MANUAL

1. Product introduction
The Galaxy Bookit Booklet Maker is an entry level folder stapler that produces half folded
booklets. Its low price, combined with ease of use and small footprint make it ideal for Small
Business, Hobby clubs, School and Churches.
We hope you enjoy using your new machine and save many an hours labour.
2. Safety instruction
a) Only use the correct power supply which is suitable to the machine
b) Use standard paper and the recommended Galaxy Print Finishing Staples.
c) Pull the handle clockwise immediately when folding the book, to prevent un-necessary
wear to the gear wheel.
d) Do not put your hands under the stapler when binding book, or serious injury may occur.
e) Do not touch the roller of paper folding when the machine is working, or serious injuries
may occur.
f) Remove any lose hanging clothing such as ties.

4. Operation process
1) . Preparation before operation
a. Install the handle.
b. Install the staples into staple head.
c. Ensure all parts of the machine are flexible and able to move.
2). Operation process
a. Select the stapler position according to the paper size.
b. Fix the paper position by moving the adjustable paper plate.
c. Push handle down to apply staples to booklet.
d. Pull handle back to engage folding mechanism, pages will come up folded.
e. Remove completed booklet from machine.
f. After operating, clear the machine of all paper.
3). Maintenance
a. Clear the machine of paper after use.
