PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 5 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (included): Wrench
NOTE: You must follow all steps to properly assemble the repit. Make sure the gas valve is turned
“OFF” before assembling. Do NOT attempt to assemble without proper tools.

1. Place cushions (AA) onto threaded part of
handle (D). Insert handle (D) into holes on top of
the lid (A).
2. From underside of lid (A), place spring washer (BB)
and then at washer (CC) onto threaded part of
handle (D). Secure with M6 nut (DD), tightening
with wrench (E).
3. Place pumice stones (C) into body (B).

The screen in this repit MUST be clear and free of
obstructions at all times to ensure proper operation.
Make sure the repit is covered completely with pumice
stones lest the ame extinguish occasionally.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6. Cover body (B) with lid (A). To lock lid (A) in place,
turn clockwise. To unlock, turn counterclockwise.
4. Place 20 lb. propane gas tank (not included) on top of
the tank holder (F). Turn the preassembled wing
screw on the tank holder (F) clockwise to secure the
propane gas tank.

5. To install the propane gas tank to the
body (B), rst turn the cylinder valve on
the propane gas tank clockwise to close
the gas supply on the propane gas tank.
Then, screw the regulator coupling from
inside the body (B) onto the valve
clockwise by hand only. Make sure it
is fastened securely.
