Kaiser NFS Health Connect Roll Stand Kit (Spec.# CROC202)
The purpose of this guide is to describe procedures for mounting equipment on roll stand.
Parts Reference
The following parts and hardware are included in this installation kit (hardware not shown):
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, 5/32'' hex wrench (provided).

Roll Stand is assembled at factory as shown. Applicable mounting
instructions and references are found on pages 2 – 4.

Tilt Tension Screws
Mounting Flat Panel Display on VESA Mounting Plate
Installation Note: The Roll Stand Kit is equipped at the factory for mounting a typical 15'' or 17'' flat panel display.
1. Adjust Roll Stand Post to fully extended height to facilitate mounting of display.
2. Mount display on VESA Mounting Plate using M4 PHMS from Mounting Kit for 75 /100mm VESA® Compatible Flat
Panel Displays (separate installation guide also provided).
3. Using a 7/16'' wrench, move the Adjustable Stop (below left) to a position in the slot that will prevent the display from
being inadvertently lowered onto the Mounting Bracket. Placement of Adjustable Stop depends on height of display
housing.
Adjusting Height of Display
Loosen Knob, slide display to desired height and tighten Knob (above right).
Adjusting Tension of Vertical Display-Adjustment
Remove plastic bolt cap. Using a 1/2'' wrench, tighten or loosen tension adjustment nut (above right).
Adjusting Tilt Tension
Using the 5/32'' hex key provided, equally loosen or
tighten two (2) socket head cap screws on top of the Tilt
Clamp (right).

Mounting CPU
1. Loosen two Clamping Screws on CPU Clamp. Slide CPU into
Clamp as shown and tighten Screws until CPU is securely
mounted.
Installation Note: The CPU Clamp accepts housings from 3 to
4.5'' wide, weighing up to 25 pounds.
Mounting Keyboard and Mouse
1. Route keyboard and mouse cables through Cable Retainers under the Keyboard Tray (below left).
2. Pull-out Mouse Trays are provided on each side of Keyboard Tray for left or right-hand mouse use (below right). An
adjustable Nylon screw is located on bottom of each Mouse Tray for locking Tray in position. Note: It may be
necessary to loosen the screw on the bottom of the Mouse Tray before initial use.
3. A mouse cradle is provided for storing mouse when not in use. Typical location shown below right.

Cable Management
The listed items are provided for cable management:
1. Important: Adjust Roll Stand Post to highest vertical position before routing and securing cables. This allows
maximum vertical travel of cables after they have been secured to Roll Stand.
2. Route cables using Poly Cord Wrap, Roll Stand Clips, Nylon Cable Ties, and Gray Poly Conduit (see parts list above
and photos below). Installation Note: Typical installation using cable management supplies is shown in photos below.
