Installation
•Ensure that the right model number, corresponding with the valve body size, is applied to have
proper function.
•Remove the 1/4” plug at the botton of the valve body.
•Ensure that the O-ring is applied at the brass mounting nut, to have a proper sealing.
•Tighten the switch at the valve body using a 16mm wrench.
•Unscrew and remove the two screws of the CPI switch cover and make the electrical connection (Fig.1) .
•Carefully reposition the cover to have an adequate seal and screw the two xing screws back on
•Perform a leakage test, to ensure the proper sealing of the CPI switch at the valve body.
Adjustment
• Ensure that the valves is in the closed position.
• Ensure that theswitch is in the open position, with the contacts at the terminals “C” and “NA” in open position.
• Turn the adjustment screw at the botton of the switch unit clockwise till the switch closes, with the contacts at terminal “C” and “NA” in
closed position.
• Turn the screw to the right (+) or the left (-) to adjust the stroke of the internal switch (Fig.2).
• Operate the solenoid valve several times to ensure proper functioning of the switch.
Wiring
Follow the instructions provided by the device manufacturer.
Application
The closed position switch can be used on Automatic ( AV / AV HC) gas valves and Manual reset gas valve (EV RM DN65,
DN80, DN100) to indicate valve position.
CPI-1 for AV HC (Hight Capacity) gas valve size 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”.
CPI-2 for AV gas valve size 1”¼, 1”½, 2”.
CPI-3 for AV gas valve size DN65, DN80, DN100.
CPI-3RM for EV manual reset gas valve size DN65, DN80, DN100.
CPI-4 for AV gas valve size DN125, DN150.
CPI-4RM for EV manual reset gas valve size DN125, DN150.
CPI-5RM for EV manual reset gas valve size DN200.

Installazione
•Assicurarsi che venga applicato il numero di modello corretto, corrispondente alla
dimensione del corpo della valvola, a󰀩nché funzioni correttamente.
•Rimuovere il tappo da 1/4” nella parte inferiore del corpo valvola.
•Assicurarsi che l’O-ring sia applicato al dado di montaggio in ottone, per avere una tenuta adeguata.
•Stringere l’interruttore sul corpo valvola utilizzando una chiave da 16 mm.
•Svitare e togliere le due viti del coperchio dell’interrutore CPI ed e󰀨ettuare il collegamento elettrico (Fig.1) .
•Riposizionare con attenzione il coperchio per avere una tenuta adeguata e riavvitare le due viti di ssaggio.
•Eseguire una prova di tenuta, per garantire la corretta tenuta dell’interruttore CPI sul corpo valvola.
Regolazione
• Vericare che le valvole siano in posizione chiusa.
• Assicurarsi che l’interruttore CPI sia in posizione di aperto, con i contatti ai terminali “C” e “NA” in posizione di aperto.
• Ruotare la vite di regolazione sul fondo del gruppo interruttore in senso orario no alla chiusura dell’interruttore, con i contatti ai
morsetti “C” e “NA” in posizione chiusa.
• Ruotare la vite verso destra (+) o sinistra (-) per regolare la corsa dell’interruttore interno (Fig.2).
• Azionare più volte l’elettrovalvola per garantire il corretto funzionamento dell’interruttore.
Cablaggio
• Seguire le istruzioni fornite dal produttore del dispositivo.
Applicazione
L’interruttore di posizione CPI chiuso può essere utilizzato sia su valvole
del gas mod. AV / AV HC automatiche che su valvole del gas a riarmo manuale EV DN per indicare la posizione
della valvola.
CPI-1 per elettrovalvole mod. AV HC (Hight Capacity) da 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”.
CPI-2 per elettrovalvole mod. AV da 1”¼, 1”½, 2”.
CPI-3 per elettrovalvole mod. AV da DN65, DN80, DN100.
CPI-3RM per elettrovalvole a riarmo manuale EV DN65, DN80, DN100.
CPI-4 per elettrovalvole mod. AV DN125, DN150.
CPI-4RM per elettrovalvole a riarmo manuale mod. EV da DN125, DN150 .
CPI-5RM per elettrovalvole a riarmo manuale mod. EV da DN200.
