To conn ct your G ksm d vic with your smartphon you hav to download
th fr G ksm app, availabl for iOS and Android.
Connecting with your smartphone
Th app is compatibl with smartphon s running Android 4.3+ and iOS 7+. Th
phon will n d a Blu tooth 4.0 conn ction to sync with th G ksm d vic .

Technical requirements
Downloading the Geeksme app
Th G ksm app is availabl for download for fr on App Stor (iOS) and
Googl Play (Android). Th r for , you n d to b onlin to g t th app.
Sign up and sync
Onc you hav install d th app you hav to sign up using a valid mail addr ss
and a password that will allow you to acc ss your information. You will also hav
to writ a us rnam so th app addr ss s you.
Onc you do this, simply conn ct your G ksm watch to your smartphon via
Blu tooth. If th Blu tooth conn ction is not on, th app will r qu st you
p rmission to do it. S l ct your G ksm d vic from th Blu tooth d vic list
that app ars on scr n.
Th watch scr n will show a four-digit PIN cod that you'll hav to us to pair it
with your smartphon for s curity r asons. This allows you to b th only on
who can acc ss th data k pt in your G ksm d vic , now and in th futur .
Your watch is sync d! Ev ry tim this happ ns you'll s th Blu tooth symbol
on top ofth watch scr n.
Th G ksm app will r qu st you to fill som p rsonal information. It will b
us d to calculat som information G ksm provid s you with, such as th
burn d calori s and fat or th distanc you walk v ry day. This information can

also b us d to provid you with p rsonaliz d tips. You can chang th
information anytim and w strongly r comm nd you to k p it updat d so th
data you will g t is as accurat as possibl .
R m mb r that, v n if your information k pt in our databas s is fully privat
and confid ntial, your phon ’s s curity and th information you k p is your
r sponsibility.
Setting daily goals
Wh n filling your p rsonal information, you can also s t p rsonal goals you want
to ov rcom on a daily basis, i. . walk d st ps and distanc , burn d calori s and
fat and x rcis tim .
H r you can s th daily goals th G ksm app sugg sts by d fault, but you
can chang th m now or wh n v r you want from th main m nu so you can
gradually g t fitt r or s how far you can g t.
Your daily goal progr ss is shown as a p rc ntag and a progr ss bar in th app
and will b updat d v ry tim you sync with your smartphon , but you can also
ch ck it on your G ksm d vic . As you go through your goal, th LEDs on th
scr n will light up, on by on , until th 12 of th m ar on onc you fulfill your
goal. B sid s, a flag will show up on top of th scr n to indicat that you
achi v d it and you will f l th track r vibrating on your wrist wh n this
happ ns.

Tracking your activity

As you know, this G ksm d vic is d sign d for you to monitor your physical
activity, sl p and s xual p rformanc and us that information to track your
impact on th nvironm nt. Th first two actions ( x rcis and sl p) ar
automatically r gist r d, whil th s xual activity r cord is optional and r quir s
of th us r action any tim it's us d.
Th d vic 's m mory can stor up to 30 days worth of data. This m ans you can
skip syncing your G ksm with your smartphon for up to 30 days to sav th
information into th app m mory. It is important for you to consid r that this
information will not b automatically transf rr d but you hav to conn ct th
two l m nts any tim you want to p rform this. You can find mor information
on this in th s ction “Conn ct”, at “M nu Options” (pag. [Introducir núm ro d
Thanks to g!fitn ss, your G ksm d vic allows you to r cord information on
th st ps and distanc you walk, th calori s and fat you burn and th tim you
work out during a 24 hour p riod. Your d vic 's count r will r start at midnight
and will start r cording n w information for that day.
