Aufgrund seiner Ausbildung und

Verantwortung gliedert sich das mit

Aufgaben an der Maschine betraute

Personal in:

BEDIENER

Mit der Bedienung der Maschine

betraute Person, die in der Lage

ist, einfache Aufgaben auszuführen

wie Einschalten der Maschine,

Ausdosieren des Endprodukts,

Einfüllen und Entleeren des Produkts,

Reinigung und sonstige einfache,

elementare Wartungsarbeiten.

Der Bediener verfügt über keine spe-

zifischen technischen Kompetenzen.

FACHTECHNIKER

Nach den geltenden Normen ist

ein Fachtechniker eine Person,

die aufgrund ihrer Kompetenzen

und Erfahrung sowie aufgrund

der Kenntnis der entsprechenden

Normen, Sicherheitsvorschriften

und Betriebsbedingungen in

der Lage ist, jeden möglichen

Schaden an der Maschine zu

erkennen und zu vermeiden und

vom Sicherheitsverantwortlichen

zur Ausführung jeder Art von

Eingriffen berechtigt wurde.

GEL MATIC-TECHNIKER

Für besonders komplexe Eingriffe

in besonderen Situationen vom

Hersteller zur Verfügung gestellter

Fachtechniker.

In funzione del grado di prepa-

razione e della responsabilità, il

personale addetto alla macchina si

differenzia in:

OPERATORE

Persona addetta alla gestione della

macchina in grado di svolgere sem-

plici mansioni, quali l’accensione

della macchina, l’erogazione del

prodotto finale, le operazioni di ca-

rico e scarico del prodotto, le opera-

zioni di pulizia e altre semplici ope-

razioni di manutenzione elementare.

L’operatore è privo di competenze

tecniche specifiche.

TECNICO QUALIFICATO

La normativa vigente definisce il tec-

nico qualificato una persona che,

per competenza ed esperienza,

nonché per conoscenza delle relati-

ve norme, prescrizioni di sicurezza

e condizioni di servizio, è in grado

di riconoscere ed evitare ogni possi-

bile danno alla macchina ed è stato

autorizzato dal responsabile della

sicurezza ad eseguire tutti i tipi di

intervento.

TECNICO GEL MATIC

Tecnico qualificato messo a disposi-

zione dal produttore per interventi

particolarmente complessi, in situa-

zioni particolari.

charge of the machine can be:

OPERATOR

Person in charge of operating

the machine, able to perform

simple tasks, such as start-up of the

machine,deliveryof thefinalproduct,

operations of product loading and

unloading, cleaning operations and

other simple basic maintenance

The operator has no specific technical

QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN

The existing regulations define as

qualified technician a person who,

for his expertise and experience,

as well as knowledge of relevant

standards, safety requirements and

conditions of service, is able to

recognize and avoid any possible

damages to the machine and is

authorized to perform all types of

intervention by the Head of safety.

GEL MATIC TECHNICIAN

Qualified technician made available

by the manufacturer for particularly

complex interventions, in particular

situations.

En fonction du degré de préparation

et de responsabilité, le personnel

préposé à la machine peut être dif-

La norme en vigueur définit le tech-

nicien qualifié comme une personne

qui, par sa compétence et son expé-

rience, par sa connaissance des

normes relatives, des prescriptions

de sécurité et des conditions de ser-

vice, est en mesure de reconnaître

tout dommage possible à la machine

et donc de l’éviter, et a été autorisé

par le responsable de la sécurité à

exécuter tous les types d’interven-

tions sur la machine.

Technicien qualifié mis à dispo-

sition par le producteur pour des

interventions particulièrement com-

plexes, dans certaines situations

particulières.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Aufgrund der bei der Planung und beim

Bau dieser Maschine angewandten

Kriterienund Vorgehen entsprichtdiese den

SicherheitsGrundanforderungen gemäß

den einschlägigen EG Richtlinien und den

harmonisierten europäischen Normen

(siehe mitgelieferte Konformitätserklärung).

In allen Ländern außerhalb der

Europäischen Union ist die Maschine in

Einhaltung der örtlich geltenden Normen

zu installieren. Für weitere diesbezügliche

Fragen setzen Sie sich bitte mit den

örtlichen Behörden in Verbindung.

Der Hersteller lehnt jede Haftung für

eventuelle Schäden an Personen,

Tieren oder Gegenständen ab,

die auf eine Nichteinhaltung der

Sicherheitsvorschriften und der in den

gelieferten Unterlagen enthaltenen

Empfehlungen zurückzuführen sind.

Der installierende Fachtechniker hat

die Benutzer ausreichend über die zu

befolgenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen

zu unterrichten.

Die Maschine darf nicht von Personen

(einschließlich Kindern) mit verminderten

sensorischen und motorischen Fähigkeiten

bzw. von Personen ohne Kenntnisse und

Erfahrungen bedient werden, wenn sie

bei der Benutzung der Maschine nicht von

der Person überwacht werden, die für ihre

Sicherheit verantwortlich ist.

Die Kinder müssen überwacht werden,

um zu vermeiden, dass sie mit der

Maschine spielen.

In der Maschine sind hohe Temperaturen

erreichende Bewegungsteile sowie

unter Strom stehende elektrische Teile

vorhanden, die schwerwiegende

Schäden an Personen und

Gegenständen verursachen können.

Die Sicherheitsverantwortlichen haben

überdies darüber zu wachen, dass:

- die Wartung regelmäßig ausgeführt

wird

- die Unterlagen bezüglich Betrieb

und Wartung der Maschine immer

in der Nähe des Arbeitsplatzes

verfügbar sind.

en la matière et par les normes harmo-

Danstous lespays horsde l’UnionEuro-

péenne, la machine doit être installée

dans le respect de la réglementation

en vigueur au niveau local. Contacter

les autorités locales si vous avez

d’autres questions à ce sujet.

Le constructeur décline toute respon-

sabilité en cas d’éventuels dom-

mages aux personnes, aux animaux

ou aux choses provoqués par le

qui peuvent causer des dommages

rité doivent veiller à ce que :

- les interventions d’entretien soient

effectuées régulièrement

The machine has been designed and

built according to the standards and

foresight required to meet the main

safety requirements prescribed by

relevant EC directives and European

harmonized standards (see EC

Declaration of conformity supplied

with the machine).

In all other countries outside the

European Union, the machine must

be installed in accordance with the

regulations in force locally.

Contact local authorities in case of

further questions about it.

The manufacturer cannot be held

liable for consequent damage to

people, things or animals, resulting

from the failure to comply with safety

regulations and warnings contained in

the supplied documentation.

The trained technician responsible for

installing the machine shall instruct

the user appropriately on the safety

measures to be adopted

The machine is not intended for use

by persons (including children) with

reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities, or lack of experience

and knowledge, unless they have

been given supervision or instruction

concerning the use of the unit by a

person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to

ensure that they do not play with the

machine.

The machine has moving parts that

damage to people or property.

The safety managers must also ensure

- maintenance operations are carried

SULLA SICUREZZA

Nella progettazione e nella realizzazio-

ne di questa macchina sono stati adot-

tati i criteri e gli accorgimenti volti a sod-

disfare i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza

previsti dalle direttive CE di competen-

za e dalle norme armonizzate europee

(si veda la Dichiarazione di conformità

fornita insieme alla macchina).

In tutti gli altri paesi al di fuori dell’Unio-

ne Europea, la macchina deve essere

installata in ottemperanza alla normati-

va in vigore a livello locale. Contattate

le autorità locali se avete ulteriori do-

mande in merito.

Il costruttore non si assume alcuna re-

sponsabilità per eventuali danni a per-

sone, animali o cose derivanti dal man-

cato rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e

dalle raccomandazioni contenute nella

documentazione fornita.

Il tecnico qualificato che effettua l’in-

stallazione è tenuto a istruire adegua-

tamente l’utenza circa le misure di sicu-

rezza da rispettare.

La macchina non può essere utilizzata

da persone (compresi i bambini) con

capacità sensoriali o motorie ridotte,

ovvero persone senza conoscenza né

esperienza, se non debitamente sor-

vegliate o istruite in merito all’utilizzo

della macchina da parte della persona

responsabile della loro sicurezza.

I bambini devono essere sorvegliati, per

evitare che giochino con la macchina.

La macchina presenta parti meccani-

che in movimento che raggiungono

temperature elevate e parti elettriche

sotto tensione che possono causare

gravi danni a persone o cose.

I responsabili della sicurezza devono

inoltre vigilare affinché:

- gli interventi di manutenzione venga-

no effettuati con regolarità

- la documentazione relativa al funzio-

namento e alla manutenzione della

macchina sia sempre disponibile nei

pressi della postazione di lavoro.

TRASPORTO

E’ necessario trasportare, immagaz-

zinare e movimentare la macchina

in posizione verticale, rispettando le

indicazioni riportate sull’imballo.

Tramite il dispositivo TILTWATCH

applicato sull’imballo (1), verificare

sempre che durante il trasporto la

macchina sia stata movimentata in

posizione verticale.

Qualora il dispositivo TILTWATCH

segnali una manovra scorretta, se-

gnalare l’accaduto al trasportatore,

seguendo le istruzioni riportate sul

dispositivo in questione.

Il costruttore non risponde di danni

causati dai trasportatori. Il destina-

tario è tenuto a controllare la merce

e a rivolgere eventuali reclami al

trasportatore che ne è il solo re-

sponsabile.

DISIMBALLAGGIO

Esaminare l’area dove si intende

installare la macchina prima di to-

glierla dall’imballo, accertandosi

che tutti gli eventuali pericoli che si

possono presentare per l’unità stessa

o per l’operatore siano stati presi in

considerazione.

1) Verificare che l’imballo in carto-

ne sia integro.

2) Liberare la macchina dall’imbal-

lo, quindi sfilarlo dall’alto (sia la

scatola di cartone, sia il sacco in

cellophane) (2).

3) Facendo molta attenzione, toglie-

re la macchina dal bancale con

l’aiuto di più persone (3).

NOTA

Per le macchine verticali è

necessario prima svitare i

blocchi di fermo come indi-

cato sulla figura.

4) Verificare l’integrità della macchi-

na e, in caso di danneggiamenti

visibili, informare immediatamen-

te il venditore e chi ne ha effettua-

Falls der TILTWATCH-Indikator

eine falsche Handhabung anzeigt,

AUSPACKEN

Vor dem Auspacken den Bereich, wo

DÉBALLAGE

Avant d’enlever la machine de l’em-

ballage, examiner la zone où l’on

veut installer la machine, en vérifiant

carrier of the same following the

UNPACKING

Check the area where the machine

has to be installed, before removing

it from its packaging, making sure

1) Make sure that the cardboard

box is not damaged.

2) Free the machine and extract it

by lifting it out of its packaging

(both the cardboard box and the

cellophane bag) (2).

3) Remove the machine from its

pallet very carefully (several

NOTE

For vertical machines, first

unscrew the locking blocks,

4) Check that the machine is not

damaged. If visibly damaged,

inform the dealer and the carrier

INSTALLAZIONE

Secondo le istruzioni del costruttore,

l’installazione deve essere effettuata

da tecnici qualificati. L’installazione

usate la massima attenzione per ga-

POSIZIONAMENTO

1) Livellare la macchina sul piano di

appoggio orizzontale o sul pa-

vimento (4). Per le macchine da

pavimento, ricordarsi di bloccare

le ruote. Se per qualsiasi motivo si

deve spostare la macchina usare

estrema cautela. Per spostare in

sicurezza la macchina sono ne-

cessarie più persone. La mancata

osservanza di questa avvertenza

può provocare lesioni personali o

danni alla macchina.

2) Posizionare la macchina osser-

vando una distanza minima di

30 cm dalle pareti, affinché l’aria

possa circolare liberamente attor-

no alla stessa (5). Ciò consentirà

un adeguato flusso d’aria per il

condensatore.

Se queste distanze non vengono

rispettate si potrebbe ridurre la

capacità refrigerante della mac-

china, oppure causare danni per-

Una cattiva areazione della mac-

MISE EN PLACE

1) Niveler la machine sur le plan d’appui

horizontal ou sur le sol (4). Pour les

machines verticales, ne pas oublier

de bloquer les roues. Si, pour n’im-

coup de précautions. Pour déplacer

2) Positionner la machine en

respectant une distance minimale

des murs de 30 cm, pour que l’air

puisse circuler librement autour

de la machine (5). Cela permet-

tra un flux d’air adéquat pour le

condenseur. Si ces distances ne

sont pas respectées, cela pourrait

réduire la capacité réfrigérante

de la machine ou bien causer des

dommages permanents au com-

tallée à proximité d’appareillages

qui peuvent engendrer des jets ou

des vaporisations d’eau. N’utilisez

PAS de jets ni de vaporisations d’eau

pour rincer ou nettoyer la machine.

Le non respect des indications

3) Ne pas positionner en face de la

POSITIONING

To safely move the machine,

Failure to observe this warning may

2) Position the machine, keeping

a minimum clearance of

approximately 30 cm from all sides

to assure adequate air flow around

the machine (5). This will allow an

adequate air flow to the condenser.

If these distances are not met, the

cooling capacity of the machine

may be reduced, or permanent

damage to the compressor is

possible.

Poor ventilation of the machine

will affect the operation and

performance in terms of production

capacity (with possible permanent

damage to the compressor).

For water cooled units, this

minimum air clearance is not

needed.

This machine should NOT be

installed in an area close to

equipment that can generate jets or

sprays of water.

DO NOT use jets or sprays of water

to wash or clean the machine.

Infringement of the above directions

can generate a risk of electric

shock.

3) Do not place any reflective objects

in front of the photocell, such as

mirrors, glasses or other photocells.

BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE

La machine doit être installée et bran-

chée à l’alimentation électrique par

un personnel qualifié et conformé-

ment aux normes en vigueur en ma-

tière de sécurité sur le lieu de travail.

Le personnel autorisé doit consulter

le code en vigueur dans leur zone de

compétence, en ce qui concerne les

normes du secteur sur les procédures

de verrouillage / protection de la

ligne d’alimentation électrique.

Avant de travailler sur des outil-

lages électriques, le personnel

autorisé doit enlever tous les éven-

STROMANSCHLUSS

Die Installation und der Anschluss

der Maschine an das Stromnetz

ist durch qualifiziertes Personal

und in Einhaltung der geltenden

Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften

auszuführen.

Das berechtigte Personal sollte

die im Zuständigkeitsgebiet

geltenden Vorschriften bezüglich

der handwerklichen Normen für

die Sperrung/den Schutz der

Versorgungsleitung zu Rate ziehen.

Vor Arbeiten an elektrischen Geräten

hat das berechtigte Personal

eventuelle Metallgegenstände wie

Schmuck, Ringe und Uhren zu

entfernen.

1) Das ganze Verfahren zum Strom-

anschluss ist bei ausgeschalteter

Stromversorgung auszuführen. Die

zum Tod durch Stromschlag oder

Il filo di terra di colore giallo e ver-

de deve essere collegato ad una

buona presa di terra. Collegare il

filo blu al neutro. È assolutamente

vietato l’uso di adattatori, prese

4) Per garantire il buon funzionamen-

5) Il collaudo elettrico è da effettuare

3) Check that the power supply, to

which the machine is connected,

is protected by a magneto-

thermal differential circuit breaker

designed to absorb the machine

electrical power, as indicated on

the nameplate of the machine.

The circuit breaker should also

have a contact separation

in all poles that provide full

disconnection under overvoltage

category III conditions.

The earth wire coloured in green

and yellow must be connected to

good earth grounding.

Connect the blue wire to neutral.

Never use adaptors, multiple

sockets or extension leads (for

models with single-phase power,

it is not necessary to respect the

position of the neutral and phase

wire).

4) To guarantee machine efficiency

and long life, make sure that the

power line is the right size.

5) The electrical tests are carried

out during the ice cream freezing

stage, i.e. when both the

compressor and the motor are

running. Check that the voltage at

the terminals of the mains plug do

not vary by +/- 10% the nominal

rating of the machine (see

technical data). Do not use the

machine if the available voltage

is too low to avoid damaging its

components.

6) For three-phase units, carry

out the following electrical test

operations (8):

• turn the machine on, using

the switch placed on the front

panel

• open movable panel on the left-

hand side of the machine (BC

EASY 1 PM), on the right-hand

side of the machine (MC EASY 1

PM, MV EASY 1 PM, HC EASY

1 PM), or on the back side of the

machine (HV EASY 1 PM).

• set the machine to WASH mode

• looking at the machine from

the front, check that the gear

wheel (A), turns clockwise (BC

EASY 1 PM) or anti-clockwise

for models MC EASY 1 PM,

MV EASY 1 PM, HC EASY

1 PM, HV EASY 1 PM. If this

is not the case, disassemble

the power cable plug and

invert two supply phases (it

is not necessary to check the

direction of rotation for the

models with single-phase

power supply).

7) If the supply cord is damaged,

it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, a Gel Matic

technician or similarly qualified

technicians in order to avoid any

hazard.

3) Vérifier que la prise de courant à

5) L’essai électrique doit être effectué pen-

dant la phase de foisonnement de

la glace, c’est-à-dire quand le com-

presseur et le moteur sont en marche

simultanément, tout en vérifiant que

la tension aux bornes de la prise de

connexion de la machine au secteur

ne subisse pas de variations infé-

rieures ou supérieures à 10% de la

tension nominale de la machine, indi-

quée parmi les autres données tech-

niques. En cas de tension insuffisante,

ne pas utiliser la machine, pour éviter

d’en endommager les composants.

6) Pour les machines avec alimen-

tation triphasée, exécuter les

opérations d’essai électrique

suivantes (8):

• mettre la machine en marche, en

utilisant l’interrupteur placé sur le

panneau frontal

• ouvrir le panneau mobile sur le

côté gauche de la machine (BC

4) Zur Sicherstellung einer perfekten

Funktionstüchtigkeit und einer lan-

gen Lebensdauer der Maschine hat

man sich zu versichern, dass die

Versorgungsleitung entsprechend

bemessen ist.

5) Die elektrische Prüfung ist während

der Eisproduktionsphase, das

heißt während der gleichzeitigen

Funktion von Kompressor und

Motor vorzunehmen, wobei man

über prüft, ob die Spannung an

den Klemmen der Steckdose zum

Anschluss der Maschine an das

Stromnetz keine Veränderungen

erfährt, die 10% unter oder über

der in den technischen Daten

aufgeführten Nennspannung

der Maschine liegen. Wenn die

Spannung unzureichend ist, die

Maschine nicht in Gebrauch

nehmen, um eine Beschädigung

ihrer Bestandteile zu vermeiden.

6) Bei Maschinen mit Drehstromversor-

gung ist die elektrische Prüfung in

folgenden Schritten auszuführen (8):

• Die Maschine über den Schalter

Allacciamento permanente

L’allacciamento permanente può es-

sere utilizzato se richiesto dalle nor-

mative locali. Di seguito le istruzioni

per la conversione in allacciamento

permanente:

1. Assicurarsi che la macchina sia

scollegata elettricamente.

2. Rimuovere il pannello appropria-

to e individuare la connessione

elettrica in cui è collegato il cavo

di alimentazione.

3. Rimuovere le linguette di collega-

mento e il gancio del pressaca-

vo. Rimuovere il cavo installato in

fabbrica.

4. Far passare il cablaggio perma-

nente in entrata attraverso il foro

e un condotto per evitare qualsia-

si piegatura.

5. Installare i morsetti del cablaggio

di campo e collegare loro i cavi

di alimentazione. Collegare due

cavi di alimentazione. Fissare il

filo di terra alla linguetta di mes-

sa a terra all’interno.

6. Assicurarsi che l’unità sia corret-

tamente messa a terra prima di

applicare corrente.

lacciamento a una torre di raffredda-

Permanent wiring may be employed

3. Remove the connection tabs and

the strain relief hook. Remove

the factory- installed cord.

4. Route incoming permanent

wiring through the hole and a

conduit in order to avoid any

folding.

5. Install the field-wiring terminals

and connect to them the power

supply leads. Connect two

power supply leads. Attach

ground (earth) wire to the

grounding lug inside.

6. Be sure the unit is properly

grounded before applying

power.

WATER CONNECTION

For machines equipped with water

cooling, provide the connection to a

cooling tower or to the water network

according to the following procedure:

1) Connect the mains pipe to fitting

A (inlet) (9). The water supply

must have a pressure between 0.1

MPa and 0.8 MPa (1-8 bar) and

a flow rate adequate to dissipate

the heat of condensation. The

inlet water temperature should

not exceed 20°C (68 °F).

2) Connect the drain pipe to fitting

B(outlet) (10). The outlet water

temperature is approx. 40°C

(104°F).

Permanenter Anschluss

BEACHTEN!

WASSERANSCHLUSS

Bei Maschinen mit Wasserkühlung ist die-

se wie folgt an einen Kühlturm oder an

das Wasserleitungsnetz anzuschließen:

1) Das vom Wasserleitungsnetz kom-

mende Rohr an den Anschluss A(Ein-

gang) anschließen (9). Der Wasser-

anschluss muss einen Druck zwischen

0,1 MPa und 0,8 MPa (1-8 Bar) und

eine angemessene Wassermenge

zum Abbau der Kondensationswär-

me gewährleisten. Die Wassertem-

peratur im Eingang darf nicht über

20°C (68°F) liegen.

2) Das Abflussrohr an den Anschluss

B(Ausgang) anschließen (10). Die

Wassertemperatur im Ausgang be-

trägt zirka 40°C (104°F).

подключение к холодильной башне или

водопроводу согласно следующей про-

цедуре:

1) Соедините трубу сети с разъемом “А”

МПа и 0,8 МПа (бар 1-8) и соответ-

ствующая скорость потока жидкости,

Se l’acqua è particolarmente “dura”

zione di un impianto addolcitore, onde

evitare l’intasamento da calcare del con-

Si raccomanda l’impiego di tubi in gom-

ma telata per pressioni di almeno 1000

Kpa (10 bar), con diametro interno di

10 mm. I tubi devono essere nuovi; non

possono essere montati tubi usati.

ATTENZIONE

Si richiede l’installazione di un

dispositivo antiriflusso sul colle-

gamento dell’acqua in entrata.

Si prega di consultare le norma-

tive locali, al fine di determinare

la connessione appropriata.

NOTA

REFRIGERANTE

Nel rispetto dell’ambiente, Gel Matic

è orgogliosa di usare esclusivamen-

te refrigeranti HFC a basso impatto

ambientale. Il refrigerante HFC usato

in questa macchina è generalmente

considerato non tossico e non infiam-

mabile.

Nonostante ciò, tutti i gas sotto pres-

sione rappresentano dei pericoli po-

tenziali e devono essere maneggiati

con cura.

Se il liquido refrigerante entra in con-

tatto con la cute si possono causare

gravi danni ai tessuti.

Proteggere gli occhi e la pelle.

Se ci si ustiona, lavare immediata-

We recommend installing an easily

inspectable drain tap to check the

quantity and temperature of the waste

water.

It is necessary to fit the purification

filter supplied to the water inlet (11),

in order to prevent impurities, scaling

or other materials from compromizing

the tightness of the pressure valve or

damaging the condensing unit. This

filter should be cleaned and replaced

at regular intervals.

If the water is especially “hard” (i.e.

high calcareous content), fit a water

softener to prevent scaling of the

condenser.

We recommend using braided

rubber hoses suitable for pressures

of at least 1000 KPa (10 bar),

with an inside diameter of 10 mm.

We recommend using new pipes; do

not fit used ones.

WARNING

The installation of a non-return

valve on the connection of

incoming water is required.

Please refer to local

regulations, in order to define

the appropriate connection.

NOTE

Proceed with cleaning (pag.

REFRIGERANT

As for protection of the environment,

Gel Matic is proud to use only

environmentally friendly HFC

refrigerants.

The HFC refrigerant used in this

machine is generally considered non

toxic and non flammable.

Nevertheless, all gases under

pressure are potential hazards and

must be handled with care.

If the refrigerant comes into contact

with the skin, can cause severe

damage.

Protect your eyes and skin. In case

of burns, rinse immediately with cold

water. If the burns are severe, apply

ice packs and contact a doctor

immediately.

TECHNICAL DATA

All the technical data for this machine

are indicated on the adhesive

nameplate on the machine (12).

The data of the example shown in

the figure are to be considered for

illustrative purposes only.

On conseille l’installation d’un dispositif

d’écoulement de l’eau qui puisse être ins-

pecté, pour pouvoir contrôler la quantité

et la température de l’eau d’évacuation. Il

est nécessaire d’installer le filtre de dépu-

ration fourni avec la machine à l’entrée

de l’eau (11), afin d’éviter que les impu-

retés, les incrustations ou d’autre matériel

puissent compromettre l’étanchéité de la

vanne pressostatique ou endommager le

condenseur. Ce filtre doit être nettoyé et

remplacé périodiquement.

Si l’eau est particulièrement «dure» (avec

beaucoup de calcaire), il faut prévoir

l’installation d’un adoucisseur d’eau, afin

d’éviter l’obstruction du condenseur à

cause du calcaire.

On recommande l’emploi de tuyaux

en caoutchouc toilé pour pressions

d’au moins 1000 Kpa (10 bars), avec

diamètre interne de 10 mm. Les tuyaux

doivent être neufs; ne pas utiliser de

tuyaux d’occasion.

ATTENTION

Il faut installer un dispositif anti-reflux

sur le raccordement de l’eau en

arrivée. Veuillez consulter les régle-

mentations locales pour déterminer

la connexion appropriée

RÉFRIGÉRANT

Gel Matic est fière de respecter

l’environnement en utilisant exclusi-

vement des réfrigérants HFC ayant

un faible impact sur l’environnement.

Le réfrigérant HFC utilisé dans cette

machine est considéré en général

mable.Malgré cela, tous les gaz

Dieser Filter ist regelmäßig zu reinigen und

Bei besonders “hartem” (sehr kalkhalti-

gem) Wasser soll die Installation einer

Enthärteranlage vorgesehen werden,

um eine Verstopfung des Kondensators

durch Kalk zu vermeiden.

Es wird die Verwendung von Gummi-

schläuchen mit Gewebebeschichtung für

Drücke von mindestens 1000 kPa (10

Bar), mit Innendurchmesser von 10 mm.

Die Röhre sollen neu sein; man darf nicht

die gebrauchte Röhre benutzen.

ACHTUNG

Am Wasseranschluss im Eingang ist

die Installation einer Rückflusssperre er-

forderlich. Zur Ermittlung der richtigen

Art des Anschlusses beziehen Sie sich

bitte auf die örtlichen Normen.

KÜHLMITTEL

Im Zeichen des Umweltschutzes ist

Gel Matic stolz darauf, ausschließ-

lich umweltschonende HFC-Kühlmittel

einzusetzen. Das in dieser Maschine

zum Einsatz kommende HFC-Kühlmittel

ist gilt im allgemeinen als ungiftig und

nicht brennbar.

Trotzdem stellen alle unter Druck stehen-

den Gase eine potentielle Gefahr dar

und sind deshalb sorgfältig zu hand-

haben. Eine Berührung der Kühlflüs-

sigkeit mit der Haut kann zu schweren

Gewebeschädigungen führen. Augen

und Haut sind zu schützen. Bei einer

Verbrennung sofort mit kaltem Wasser

waschen. Bei schweren Verbrennun-

gen Eisumschläge anbringen und so-

fort einen Arzt aufsuchen.
