APP and compatibility

This smart power strip is compatible with the Tuya “Smart Life” app and is compatible

with all smart devices that work with the Tuya smart home platform. You can download the app

via below QR code, or you can download from the app store on your phone.

This Smart Wi-Fi power strip and App is compatible with devices using iOS 8.0 and

above with Wi-Fi option, or Android 5.0 and above with Wi-Fi option.

This device does not currently support 5GHz Wi-Fi bands. Please make sure that your

phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band of your router.

Operating Instructions

1. Search for, and download /

install the “Smart Life” App on

your phone or tablet.

2. Open the App, and it will ask

you to register your user

account. Select your country,

enter your email, get

Verification Code and input a

secure password to confirm.

If you already have a Smart

Life account, you can just

Adding a new Smart power socket:

1. Turn on Wi-Fi of your phone, and

then connect to the local/home

network.

2. Plug the smart power strip into the

wall socket and turn it on.

3. The LED indicator will start to

blink rapidly.

[Note: If reset is required, press

the power button on for several

seconds until the LED starts

blinking.]

4. Turn on the “Smart Life” App.

Most probably it will automatically

discover your new smart plug (1)

and suggest to add it. Press the

‘add’ button to do so. If it is not

found automatically, you can add

it manually (2). Click ‘+’ in the

upper right corner, select ‘Add

Device’ and then ‘Electrical’ and

finally select ‘Power Strip (Wi-Fi)’

to add a new Smart Wi-Fi power

strip on your App.

5. If the indicator on the smart socket is still flashing quickly, click ‘next’. Otherwise, reset

the socket first. Follow the instructions in the app.

6. Select the same connected Wi-Fi

network of your phone or tablet

and input password of the Wi-Fi,

then tap ‘Confirm’.

7. The Smart socket will

now connect to the

App. Once connected

successful, the App

will show ‘Smart

power strip added

successfully’

8. Tap ‘Done’ to finish the process. The Smart socket is now added to your device list.

Timer Schedule

In the timer schedule window, you can

schedule when each individual socket turns on or

off.

With the countdown function you can turn a socket

on for a specific time period. The schedule function

allows you to set the exact time a socket turns on

or off. The circulate function will keep turning the

socket on and off in a programmed time sequence,

e.g. 2 minutes on, 10 minutes off. The random

function will turn the socket on/off at a random

moment, close to the time you set. This will make

the switching moments appear more random and

naturally. With the inching function you can set the

time the socket stays on after you turn it on. After

this time, the socket will automatically turn off. So,

e.g. every time you press the manual switch on the

socket, it will stay on for a pre-set amount of time.

Settings

Her you can edit the settings. With the relay status you can decide if the socket

remembers the last known status when it gets plugged in. With the Child Lock function, you can

disable the manual switching function of the power button on the smart socket to prevent

unwanted switching.
