This digital wireless microphone system
operates on an 2.4GHz band, which
eliminates most radio interference problems
commonly experienced with analog wireless
gear. With 16 selectable channels, the
Gemini GDX Series Wireless Microphone
makes dealing with intermodulation
problems as easy as pressing a button.
Built-in digital audio processing gives your
voice professional clarity and depth. And
the easy-to-use one-button pairing means
never having to use dip switches or read
complicated frequency charts ever again.

TIPS FOR USE AND CARE
• Make sure the receiver and
transmitter are within line of
sight of each other.
• Take care to place the receiver
on a stable surface when in use.
• This equipment is not
waterproof. Take care to keep
it away from moisture when in
use and in storage.
• Avoid placing the unit in direct
sunlight or in a magnetic eld.
• When inserting or removing
batteries from the transmitter,
be sure to turn it off rst.
• Be sure to insert batteries into
the transmitter following the
correct polarity (marked on
the unit). When not in use, it’s
a good idea to remove the
batteries from the transmitter
and store them separately.
• Remove the AC adapter when
not in use.
• There are no user-serviceable
parts inside this product and
opening the enclosure can
expose you to electrical shock.
Opening the enclosure voids
the warranty unless done by an
authorized service center.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean
the product. For a difcult
stain, it is acceptable to use a
cloth slightly damp with water.
Never use any type of solvent
or volatile chemical to clean
this product.

OPERATION OF RECEIVER
Connect the power adapter from
mains power to DC power input.
Connect audio cable from output
jack to mixer or amplier input.
To sync the receiver to a transmitter,
make sure both are powered on.
Press the SYNC button on the
receiver until you see the pairing
symbol and hear a beep.
vNow double press the POWER
button on the transmitter (mic).
The mic indicator will ash to let
you know pairing has begun. When
the mic indicator stops ashing and the
beeping sound quits, your devices are paired.
LCD DISPLAY
• Shows the strength of transmitter
• Shows the audio input level
• Displays the currently selected channel
• Indicates a connected transmitter and sync
status
• Displays the selected frequency
CHANNEL SELECTION OPERATION
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to choose
the channel you want to use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Under normal conditions, you should have no
trouble operating your Gemini GDX Digital
Wireless Microphone. However, should you
have any difculty, please follow the tips
below.
No Audio:
• Verify that receiver has power, and
microphone has an acceptable battery level.
• Make sure audio between the receiver and
your mixer/recorder/etc. is connected.
• Make sure gain and volume for the receiver
are both turned up.
• Re-pair the microphone to the receiver.
Poor Audio Quality or Interference:
• Switch to another of the 16 available
channels.
• Verify there is a clear line of sight between
the microphone and receiver.
• Make sure you are within operational range
of receiver.
• Check to make sure antennas are properly
deployed.
• Turn off/remove power from any induction
heating or microwave devices in the vicinity.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL RECEPTOR
Conecte el adaptador de alimentación
de la toma de corriente a la entrada de
alimentación de CC.
Conecte el cable de audio desde
el conector de salida al mezclador
o la entrada del amplicador.
Para sincronizar el receptor con un
transmisor, asegúrese de que ambos
estén encendidos. Presione el botón
SYNC en el receptor hasta que vea el
símbolo de sincronización y escuche
un pitido.
Ahora presione dos veces el
botón POWER en el transmisor
(micrófono). El indicador

OPERACIÓN DE SELECCIÓN

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
En condiciones normales, no debería
tener problemas para operar su micrófono
inalámbrico digital Gemini GDX. Sin embargo,
si tiene alguna dicultad, siga los consejos a
continuación.
Sin audio:
• Verique que el receptor tenga energía y
que el micrófono tenga un nivel de batería
aceptable.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION
ET DE SOINS
• Assurez-vous que le récepteur
et l’émetteur sont dans la ligne
de mire l’un de l’autre.
• Veillez à placer le récepteur
sur une surface stable en
cours d’utilisation.
• Cet équipement n’est pas
étanche. Prenez soin de le
garder à l’abri de l’humidité
lorsqu’il est utilisé et
entreposé.
• Évitez de placer l’appareil à
la lumière directe du soleil ou
dans un champ magnétique.
• Lorsque vous insérez ou
retirez les piles de l’émetteur,
veillez à l’éteindre en premier.
• Assurez-vous d’insérer
les piles dans l’émetteur
en respectant la polarité
(indiquée sur l’appareil).
Lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas,
il est conseillé de retirer les
piles de l’émetteur et de les
stocker séparément.
• Retirez l’adaptateur secteur
lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.
• Il n’y a aucune pièce réparable
par l’utilisateur à l’intérieur de
ce produit et l’ouverture du
boîtier peut vous exposer à un
choc électrique. L’ouverture
du boîtier annule la garantie à
moins d’être effectuée par un
centre de service agréé.
• Utilisez un chiffon doux et
sec pour nettoyer le produit.
Pour une tâche difcile, il
est acceptable d’utiliser un
chiffon légèrement humide
avec de l’eau. N’utilisez jamais
de solvant ou de produit
chimique volatil pour nettoyer
ce produit.

FONCTIONNEMENT DU RÉCEPTEUR
Branchez l’adaptateur secteur du secteur à
l’entrée d’alimentation CC.
Connectez le câble audio de
la prise de sortie à l’entrée du
mélangeur ou de l’amplicateur.
Pour synchroniser le récepteur avec
un émetteur, assurez-vous que les
deux sont sous tension. Appuyez
sur le bouton SYNC de l’ampli-
tuner jusqu’à ce que vous voyiez le
symbole d’association et que vous
entendiez un bip.
Maintenant, appuyez deux fois sur
le bouton POWER de l’émetteur
(micro). L’indicateur de micro
clignotera pour vous faire savoir
que le jumelage a commencé.
Lorsque le témoin du micro cesse de
clignoter et que le bip retentit, vos appareils
sont jumelés.

OPÉRATION DE SÉLECTION
DE CANAL
Appuyez sur les boutons UP ou
DOWN pour choisir la chaîne que
vous voulez.
DÉPANNAGE
Dans des conditions normales, vous ne
devriez avoir aucun problème à utiliser votre
microphone sans l numérique Gemini GDX.
Cependant, si vous avez des difcultés,
veuillez suivre les conseils ci-dessous.
Pas de son:
• Vériez que le récepteur est sous tension et
que le niveau de charge du microphone est
acceptable.
• Assurez-vous que l’audio entre le récepteur
et votre mélangeur/enregistreur/etc. est
connecté.
• Assurez-vous que le gain et le volume du
récepteur sont tous deux afchés.
• Re-coupler le microphone au récepteur.
Mauvaise qualité audio ou interférence:
• Passez à l’un des 16 canaux disponibles.
• Vériez qu’il y a une ligne de vue claire
entre le microphone et le récepteur.
• Assurez-vous que vous êtes dans la portée
opérationnelle du récepteur.
• Vériez que les antennes sont correctement
déployées.
• Éteignez/débranchez tous les appareils de
chauffage par induction ou à micro-ondes à
proximité.

VERWENDUNG UND
PFLEGE
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich
Empfänger und Sender in
Sichtlinie zueinander benden.
• Stellen Sie den Empfänger auf
eine stabile Oberäche, wenn
Sie ihn benutzen.
• Diese Ausrüstung ist nicht
wasserdicht. Achten Sie
darauf, dass es während des
Gebrauchs und der Lagerung
vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt ist.
• Vermeiden Sie es, das Gerät
direktem Sonnenlicht oder
einem Magnetfeld auszusetzen.
• Achten Sie beim Einsetzen
oder Entfernen von Batterien
aus dem Sender darauf,
dass Sie die Batterien zuerst
ausschalten.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie
die Batterien in den Sender
einlegen und dabei die richtige
Polarität beachten (am Gerät
markiert). Wenn Sie das Gerät
nicht verwenden, sollten
Sie die Batterien aus dem
Sender nehmen und separat
aufbewahren.
• Entfernen Sie das Netzteil,
wenn es nicht verwendet wird.
• Das Gerät enthält keine Teile,
die vom Benutzer gewartet
werden können. Wenn Sie
das Gehäuse öffnen, können
Sie einem elektrischen Schlag
ausgesetzt werden. Das
Öffnen des Gehäuses führt
zum Erlöschen der Garantie,
sofern dies nicht von einem
autorisierten Servicecenter

• Verwenden Sie ein weiches,
trockenes Tuch, um das
Produkt zu reinigen. Bei
einem schwierigen Fleck ist
es akzeptabel, ein mit Wasser
leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch zu
verwenden. Verwenden Sie
niemals irgendeine Art von
Lösungsmitteln oder üchtigen
Chemikalien, um dieses
Produkt zu reinigen.

BETRIEB DES EMPFÄNGERS
Schließen Sie das Netzteil
vom Stromnetz an den
Gleichstromeingang an.
Schließen Sie das Audiokabel
von der Ausgangsbuchse an den
Mixer- oder Verstärkereingang an.
Um den Empfänger mit einem
Sender zu synchronisieren, stellen
Sie sicher, dass beide eingeschaltet
sind. Drücken Sie die SYNC-
Taste am Empfänger, bis Sie das
Paarungssymbol sehen und einen
Signalton hören.
Drücken Sie nun zweimal die
POWER-Taste am Sender
(Mikrofon). Die Mikrofonanzeige
blinkt, damit Sie wissen, dass die
Kopplung begonnen hat. Wenn die
Mikrofonanzeige aufhört zu blinken und der
Piepton ertönt, sind Ihre Geräte gekoppelt.

Wählen Sie mit den Tasten UP oder DOWN
den gewünschten Kanal.
FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Unter normalen Bedingungen sollten Sie Ihr Gemini
GDX Digital Wireless Mikrofon problemlos bedienen
können. Sollten Sie jedoch Schwierigkeiten haben,
folgen Sie bitte den folgenden Tipps.
Kein Ton:
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Empfänger mit Strom
versorgt wird und das Mikrofon einen akzeptablen
Akkuladestand hat.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Audio zwischen dem Receiver
und Ihrem mixer/recorder/etc. Ist verbunden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Verstärkung und Lautstärke
für den Empfänger beide aufgedreht sind.
• Koppeln Sie das Mikrofon erneut mit dem Empfänger.
Schlechte Audioqualität oder Interferenzen:
• Wechseln Sie zu einem anderen der 16 verfügbaren
Kanäle.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass zwischen Mikrofon und
Empfänger eine freie Sichtverbindung besteht.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie sich innerhalb der
Reichweite des Empfängers benden.
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Antennen richtig eingesetzt
sind.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät von allen Induktionsheizungen
oder Mikrowellengeräten in der Nähe aus.

All Gemini products are designed and
manufactured to the highest standards in the
industry. With proper care and maintenance,
your product will provide years of reliable

LIMITED WARRANTY
A. Gemini guarantees its products to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship
for one (1) year from the original purchase
date. Exceptions: Laser assemblies on CD
Players, cartridges, and crossfaders are
covered for 90 days.
B. This limited warranty does not cover
damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse,
abnormal use, faulty installation, improper
maintenance or any repairs other than those
provided by an authorized Gemini Service
Center.
C. There are no obligations of liability on the
part of Gemini for consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with the use
or performance of the product or other
indirect damages with respect to loss of
property, revenues, of prot, or costs of
removal, installation, or reinstallation. All
implied warranties for Gemini, including
implied warranties for tness, are limited in
duration to one (1) year from the original date
of purchase, unless otherwise mandated by
local statutes.
RETURN/REPAIR
A. In the U.S.A., please call our helpful
Customer Service Representatives at (732)
346-0061, and they will be happy to give you
a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and
the address of an authorized service center
closest to you.
B. After receiving an RA#, include a copy
of the original sales receipt, with defective
product and a description of the defect. Send
by insured freight to: Gemini and use the
address provided by your customer service
representative. Your RA# must be written on
the outside of the package, or processing will
be delayed indenitely!
C. Service covered under warranty will be
paid for by Gemini and returned to you. For
non-warrantied products, Gemini will repair
your unit after payment is received. Repair
charges do not include return freight. Freight
charges will be added to the repair charges.
D. On warranty service, you pay for shipping
to Gemini, we pay for return shipping within
the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Canada, Bahamas, and the Virgin
Islands will be charged for freight.
E. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return of your
product.
Under normal circumstances your product
will spend no more than 10 working days at
Gemini. We are not responsible for shipping
times.
