Please read and retain for future reference.
• Ensure the appliance is in placed on a horizontal, even and stable surface.
• Verify that the mains voltage is the same as that indicated on the rating plate
on the appliance before use.
• Make sure that you always use a grounded wall socket to connect the appliance.
Never use the extention cord as power connection.
• Always remove the plug from the wall socket when the appliance is not in use.
• Remove the plug from the wall socket by pulling the plug, not the power cord.
• Make sure that the appliance, the power cord and plug do not make contact
with water.
• Make sure that the appliance, the power cord and plug do not make contact
with hot surface, such as a hot hob or naked ame.
• Check the appliance’s power cord regularly to make sure it is not damaged.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by an electrical technician or a person with
similar qualication, in order to avoid any hazards.
• Make sure that the appliance has sufcient space around it (refer to Page 4 in
details), the steam nozzle must not be covered or blocked when use.
• Never use the appliance in the vicinity of ammable material.
• Certain part of the appliance may get hot, such as air outlet. Do not touch
these part to prevent scalding yourself.
• Use this appliance solely in accordance with these instructions.
• This appliance is for household use only, not for commercial purpose.
• Remove all packaging material from the appliance before use.
• This appliance shall not be used by children of 0 to 8-year old.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 8-year old and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, but only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by children.
• Have any repairs carried out solely by a qualied electrician. Never try to

• Do not pick up the appliance if falls into water. Remove the plug from the
socket immediatedly. Do not use the appliance again.
• Do not move the appliance while its switched on.
• Be very cautions when removing the plate during or after operation from the
cavity as the temperature inside can be very high. It is highly recommended
to use oven mitts.
• Please ll the tank with
distilled/ltered water
before usage.
• Water will be evaporated in 45-50 minutes. Please ll the
distilled/ltered water
to tank when the tank is empty.
• Please be careful of the heat surface on the glass door and the appliance
during operation. DO NOT touch the appliance and glass door directly to
avoid scalding.
• To avoid scalding by the hot steam, please open the door at a 30-degree
angle for 1-2 seconds to allow steam to escape and water glop on the glass
door to drip off to drip tray before opening the door completely.
• Metals are not allowed to put inside the water tank.
• If use detergents, please make sure to clean the inner cavity completely.
• Clean the appliance thoroughly after use (please refer to “Cleaning and Maintenance”
section.
• Before cleaning or moving the appliance, please unplug the appliance and
take out the water tank. Otherwise there is a risk of water overow and damage
this appliance. In order to avoid any risk. Do not take out the water tank before
unplug the appliance.
• Dischange the water in drip trip after every operation and cleaning nished.

Details
For making Chinese style cake e.g. turnip cake, water chestnut cake, etc. Please use
“DIY” setting to adjust the desired time and temperature. The “DIY” setting allows the
users to adjust the temperature and time according to food types.
For a crispy result on the surface of chicken, try to add some honey / vegetable oil on it
and use the “BAKE” function (DIY mode) for few more minutes.
For MEAL setting under “STEAM” function can be used to cook rice while the MEAL setting
in “BAKE” and “STEAM + BAKE” functions can only be used for reheating rice or food.
For BUN setting under “STEAM” function can be used for reheating Chinese dim sum
bun. Please always defrost the buns before use in “STEAM”, “BAKE” and “ STEAM +
BAKE” functions.
For CAKE setting under “STEAM” function can be used for reheating cake.

After each operation, user must clean the water in the drip
tray and put back to the appliance for next use.
Plug into the power source to hear the “beep” sound,and press and hold the “Power
”
button for 2 seconds to switch on the appliance, the “STEAM” function icon will
keep ashing.

otate the “Function knob” to select the “STEAM”, “BAKE”, “STEAM+BAKE”,
“DEFROST”, “WARM” or “FERMENTATION” functions. Press the “Function knob”
once to conrm one of the function and enter into the food menu for further selection.
The appliance has default the required cooking temperature and running time for all
functons. (Except the DIY Cooking mode in “STEAM”, “BAKE” and “STEAM+BAKE”
functions) Please refer to “Function menu Temperature and Running time” section
on page 6 for details.
Press “Start” button after selected the food menu / DIY setting. Then the
appliance will start cooking.

2. Makes the air to cycle in the cavity, quickly circulation.
3. It produces more even heat all over the food by air.
4. Convection Hot Steam provides faster cooking in many cases than regular radiant
types of oven and gives food a more crispy and golden colour on the surface.
• Read all of the instruction included in this manual.
• Make sure that the appliance is unplugged.
• Remove any packaging material and promotional labels before using the
appliance for the rst time. Wash the Grill Rack & Grill Plate in warm soap water
before rst use. Thoroughly dry, then assemble. Position the appliance on a rm
level table or bench. There is always 50cm distance from top side and 10cm
distance from left, right and back side of the appliance and the surroundings.
The steam nozzle must not be covered or blocked when use.
You may notice a slight odour from the main unit on rst use. This is
normal and expected for the rst operation.
After re–assembling the appliance, we recommend that you run it at the highest
temperature (230˚C) with “BAKE” function DIY mode for approximately 15 minutes
to eliminate any packing residue that may remain after shipping. This will also
remove all traces of odor initially present.

1. Rotate the “Function knob” to select “STEAM” / “BAKE” or “
STEAM+BAKE”
function. The specic LED light on screen will ash while selecting.
2. Press the “Function knob” to enter the DIY cooking mode or food
interface of preset menus.
3. Rotate the “Function knob” to select the desired food menus / DIY
cooking mode.
4. When entered the DIY cooking mode under “BAKE” / “STEAM+BAKE”
function, rotate the “function knob” to adjust the required Temperature
from 80 to
230 degree and from 80 to 125 degree under “STEAM” function
and then press the “function knob” again to adjust the required Running
Time from 5-120 minutes.
5. When selected other food menus except DIY cooking mode, rotate the
“function knob” to select the running time out of three different default
time range per menu. Please refer to the Page 6 “Function menu temperature
and running time” list in details.
6. Press “Start” button to conrm all settings and the appliance starts
cooking, the timer will start counting down the process.
7. Once the timer nished counting down, the appliance will beep ve times
and stop operation. Press “Cancel” button to resume to stand-by mode.
8. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Cancel” button .
The appliance will resume to stand-by mode.

The appliance has default temperature for “DEFROST” / “WARM” and
“FERMENT” functions.
4. Press “Start” button to start “DEFROST” / “WARM” or “FERMENT” function,
the timer will start counting down the process.
5. Once the timer nished counting down, the unit will beep ve times and
stop operation. Press “Cancel” button to resume to stand-by mode.
6. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Cancel” button . The appliance
will resume to stand-by mode.
For STEAM / STEAM + BAKE / AUTO-CLEAN function, there will be steam
pumping sound from the appliance and this is normal.

When using STEAM/STEAM+BAKE/Auto-Clean function, the drainage valve
in the bottom of inner cavity shall be closed. During the usage, condensed water
will be accumulated in the bottom. Once use Steaming function, and after the appliance
has completely cooled down, you should open the drainage valve to discharge
water to the drip tray, and then pull out the drip tray carefully and pour off the water.
The Steam Oven will only start operation when the
door is completely closed to activate the safety switch at
the frame of inner housing (see provided image). User
should close the door completely to ensure the safety
switch works properly if the machine cannot be operated.
- To achieve the best cooking result, please try to avoid opening the door during
cooking operation.
- If you open the door during cooking operation and close the door within 30 seconds,
the pre-set cooking program will be continued.
-In any cases, to open the door over 30 seconds during cooking operation, please
press the “ Power/ Start/ Pause” button once to pause the process before opening
the door. To continue the cooking program after closed the door , please press
the “ Power/Start/ Pause“ button again to start the previous setting continuously.
Please place the grill tray or grill rack on the sides of the inner wall. To avoid
covering the drain valve, DO NOT place the grill tray or grill rack on the bottom of
inner cavity.
Do not place any container/dish on the bottom of inner cavity but can place the
grill tray or grill rack on the sides of the inner wall to avoid blocking the drainage valve.
1. When the water rell light indicator is ashing and there are 5 beep sounds,
ll up the water tank as described as follow:
2. Hold the water tank handle and take out the water tank from the appliance vertically.
3. Open the water tank cover.
4. Fill the distilled/ltered water but not ll over the Max. marking line. (MAX:
850ml)
5. Close the water tank cover and put the tank back to the appliance.
6. Press “Start” button , the water rell light indicator will go off. The oven will
working on.
Fill the distilled/ltered water before using Steam, Steam + Bake and Auto-
Clean functions. (MAX: 850ml)
When installing the water tank, make sure it is in correct position.
Safety

1. The use of steam function, the machine and the water pipe will produce scale,
requiring every month for scale cleaning. Descaling in the two steps as listed below.
2.
Suggest to use the suitable scale detergents and follow to the dilution instructions of the
packaging. Please make sure to use at least 600 ml distilled/ltered water into
water tank.
3. Press “Auto-Clean” button to enter the Auto-clean function.
4. Press “Start” button to start the Auto-clean function, the timer will start
counting down when operation.
5. Once the timer nished counting down, the unit will beep ve times and “ ” LED
display screen will keep ashing. Press “Cancel” button to resume to stand-
by mode.
6. After the appliance has completely cooled down, wipe the interior of unit with a
damp cloth. Pull out the inner steam nozzle cover and wash with water then wipe
with a damp cloth. Then put back into the original steam nozzle location. Open
the drainage valve to discharge water to the drip tray, and than pull out the drip
tray and pour off the water.
1. It is required to run the Auto-clean function after every cooking operation to remove
the smell after cooking. Fill in at least 600ml distilled/ltered water to water tank.
(Maxium: 850ml) before starting the Auto-clean function

The default run time is
30 minutes at 100 degree temperature per steam operation.)
2. Press “Auto-Clean” Button to enter the Auto-clean function.
3. Press “Start” button to start the Auto-clean function, the timer wil start
counting down.
4. Once the timer nished counting down, the unit will beep ve times and
stop operation. Press “Cancel” button to resume to stand-by mode.
5. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Cancel” button . The appliance
will resume to stand by mode.
6. After the appliance has completely cooled down, wipe the exterior and interior
of unit with a damp cloth. Pull out the inner steam nozzle cover and wipe with
a damp cloth. Then put it back into the original steam nozzle location.
Turn off the appliance, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before
cleaning. Wipe the exterior and interior with a damp cloth. Wash the Grill rack and
Grill Plate in warm soap
water
, ensure they are completely dry before storing.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or similar material to clean the
whole appliance and accessories. Ensure each part is cleaned before and after use.
During the cleaning process, it is normal for steam and water droplets to
spray out of the steam nozzle.

7. Cleaning the water tank completely, pouring into a tank of distilled/ltered water
(at least 600ml) and put the tank back into the appliances.

安全指引 - 操作期間

製作中式糕點如蘿蔔糕,馬蹄糕等,請使用自設煮食程式(DIY)調節所需的時間及溫度。
用戶可以根據不同的食物,在自設煮食程式(DIY)調節時間及溫度。
若要增加雞皮表面的香脆口感,可於食物表面上塗些蜜糖 / 食用油,再用“BAKE烤焗”
功能(DIY自設煮食程式)多烤數分鐘便可。
當使用“STEAM蒸煮”功能中的Meal膳食程式可以蒸煮米飯,而“STEAM+BAKE蒸+
焗”及“BAKE 烤焗”功能中的Meal膳食程式是用於翻熱米飯及食物的。
“STEAM蒸煮”功能中的“BUN”包點程式是針對中式包點的翻熱。請先解凍包點,
才選用“STEAM蒸煮”,“BAKE烤焗”及“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能。
“STEAM蒸煮”功能中的“CAKE”蛋糕程式是針對西式糕點的翻熱。

使用說明
首次使用前
- 請先詳閱本說明書
- 確保本機電源仍未連接,把所有包裝移除,第一次使用前用暖肥皂
水
清洗烤架
及烤盤,待乾後把本機組裝好,把本機放在平坦的枱面上使用。請保持最少每
邊 10 厘米及頂部 50 厘米的空間距離。不可阻礙或覆蓋本機排氣口及入氣口。
注意:第一次使用時可能會有一些異味,這是正常的。
待機模式:連接電源後,按一下 “電源/啟動/暫停” 按鈕 ,以進入待機模式。
- 把本機組裝好後,建議使用“BAKE烤焗功能(DIY模式)”並調到最高溫度 230
度運作15 分鐘以消除可能殘留包裝物料餘下的異味。這樣可將除去最初存在的
所有氣味。
關於360度熱風對流
- 360度熱風對流設計,是利用熱風把熱力快速傳遞到食品上(蒸和烤)。對流加
熱一般比傳統加熱方式快捷及循環,使食物外脆內嫩和使食物顏色均勻。
開啟本機:
把電源線插入電源插座便聽到“咇”一聲。然後長按2秒 “電源/啟動/暫停” 按鈕
以啟動本機,啟動本機後“STEAM蒸煮”功能標誌燈將閃動。
功能選擇:
以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇功能目錄上的“STEAM蒸煮”、“BAKE
烤焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”、“DEFROST解凍”、“WARM保溫”
及“FERMENTATION發酵”功能。 選定其中一項功能後,按一下“功能旋
鈕” 確認並進入17項食品目錄及DIY自選煮食程式功能。
本機已將17項不同的食品目錄功能預設所需的溫度及時間 (而“STEAM蒸煮”
、“BAKE烤焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能內的“DIY”

除外)。相關的煮食溫度及時間詳情,可參閱本說明書第15頁的“功能目錄相關溫
度及時間表”部份。
完成選擇食品目錄功能後,再按一下“啟動”按鈕 以啟動功能,本機便開始
已選定的煮食功能。
重要注意事項:每次使用後,清理盛水盤內水份並放回機身內。
注意:當使用蒸煮 / 蒸+ 焗 / 自動清洗功能時,將會有蒸氣抽水聲音由本機發
出,這是正常現象。

“STEAM蒸煮”、“BAKE烤焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能:
1. 以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇功能目錄上的“STEAM蒸煮”
、“BAKE烤焗”或“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能,相關功能顯示燈將閃
動。
2. 按一下“功能旋鈕” 進入17項食品目錄及DIY自選煮食程式。
3. 以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇食品目錄或DIY自選煮食程式。
4. 當選擇“DIY” 功能時,按一下“功能旋鈕” 。然後轉動“功能旋鈕”
以選擇溫度範圍由 80 至 125 度 (於STEAM蒸煮功能) 及 80 至 230 度 (於
BAKE烤焗及STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤功能) 。
5. 當選擇其他功能時,轉動“功能旋鈕” 改選運作時間,每個功能預設3個
不同蒸煮時間,請參閱第15頁“功能目錄相關溫度及時間表”。
6. 按一下“啟動”按鈕 以開始煮食功能,運作時間將開始倒數。
7. 當運作時間完成倒數後,將有五聲“咇” 聲響起,按“取消”按鈕 進入待
機模式。
8. 可按“取消”按鈕 取消已選擇功能,本機將進入待機模式。
“DEFROST解凍”、“WARM保溫”及“FERMENTATION發酵”功能:
1. 以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇功能目錄上的“DEFROST解凍”
、“WARM保溫”或“FERMENTATION發酵”功能,相關功能顯示燈將閃
動。
2. 按一下“功能旋鈕” 以進入其中一個選定功能。
3. 以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇運作時間。本機已預設溫度 “DEFROST
解凍”、“WARM保溫”及“FERMENTATION發酵”功能,不需調校。
4. 按一下“啟動”按鈕 以開始所選功能,運作時間將開始倒數。
5. 當運作時間完成倒數後,將有五聲“咇” 聲響起,按“取消”按鈕 進入待
機模式。
6. 可按“取消”按鈕 取消已選擇功能,本機將進入待機模式。
注意:使用STEAM蒸煮 / STEAM + BAKE蒸+烤 / Auto-Clean自動清洗功能時,
蒸焗爐內腔底部的排水閥必須關閉。在使用過程中,水份將積聚在底部。一旦
使用蒸汽功能,請待本機完全冷卻後,才打開排水閥將水排到盛水盤,然後拉
出盛水盤並把水倒掉。
注意:
-為達到最佳煮食效果,在烹煮過程中,請盡量避免打開機門。
-如果在烹煮過程中打開機門,並在30秒內關閉,之前的烹煮程序將會繼續執行。
-如果在烹煮過程中,需要打開機門超過30秒,請先按一下“電源/啟動/暫停”
按鈕來暫停烹煮過程才打開機門,在關門後請再按“電源/啟動/暫停”按鈕一
次,以繼續啟動之前的烹煮程序。

自動清洗功能 :
清潔和保養
1. 必需每次烹煮後,使用“自動清洗”功能。清洗前需注入最少600毫升
蒸餾
水/過濾水
到水箱。(MAX: 850毫升)才開啟預設自動清洗程式 (預設蒸氣溫度為
100度,時間30分鐘),進行清潔。
2. 按一下“自動清洗”按鈕 選擇自動清洗模式。
3. 按一下“啟動”按鈕 以開始功能,運作時間將開始倒數。
4. 當運作時間完成倒數後,將有五聲“咇”聲響起,按“取消”按鈕 進入待
機模式。
5. 可按“取消”按鈕 取消已選擇功能,本機將進入待機模式。
6. 待本機完全冷卻後,
可使用濕布清潔本機的內及外部,拉出蒸氣口塞咀並使
用濕布清潔,完成後放回蒸氣出口。
在清潔前,把本機的插頭拔除和待本機完全冷卻,用濕布抺主機的機身內部及
外部。烤架及烤盤可以用清潔劑清洗,收藏前所有配件都必須乾爽。
注水提示燈及注水方法
1. 當注水提示燈 閃動及發出五聲“咇”聲響起時,按以下步驟注水。
2. 手持水箱頂蓋把手垂直拉出水箱。
3. 打開水箱頂蓋。
4. 注入
蒸餾水/過濾水
,請勿超過水箱上的最高注水線 (MAX LINE) (MAX: 850
毫升)。
5. 關下水箱頂蓋並放回機內。
6. 按下“啟動”按鈕 注水指示燈將熄滅。
注意:
使用“STEAM蒸煮”,“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”和“AUTO-CLEAN自動
清洗”前,請先注入足夠的蒸餾水/過濾水,水量為不超過MAX: 850毫升。
注意:裝回水箱時,必須安裝到位才可操作。
注意:切勿直接放器皿/食物於爐內底部煮食,烤盤及烤架需放置在內壁兩側的
凹位上,以避免遮蓋排水閥。
注意:蒸焗爐僅只會在爐門完全關上並按動在機身框
架上的安全開關(參見圖片)才能開始運行。如果蒸
焗爐關門後耒能啟動,用戶應檢查此安全開關與爐門
是否完全緊貼關上。

水垢清潔 :
1. 使用蒸汽功能,機器和水管會產生水垢,每月需要清洗及除污垢以避免水垢

出盛水盤,將水倒掉。
第二步是除垢後清洗水箱
7. 清洗水箱方法,倒入乾淨的水 (蒸餾水/過濾水) (至少600毫升) 進水箱中,再放
回本機的水箱位。
8. 重覆以上“第一步”第3至6點,徹底清潔本機內腔。
