Note:
Charge device for at least 1 hour before
using it for the first time.

HOW TO OPERATE(MANTIS ONLY):
Press the On/Off button.Allow approximately
15 seconds for device to warm up till Ready appears.

Clean gemstone with a dry clean tissue or
jewerly cloth

Perform test on mounted stone, hold the jewelry
with one hand and the tester with other hand.

To test loose gemstone , place the gemstone on the metal
stone rest and hold it with one hand while holding the
tester with the other hand.

HOW TO SELECT DIFFERENT MODES:
- Press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds
to enter the mode selection page.
- Short press the button to toggle the arrow pointer for
the 3 modes: Left Hand, Right Hand & IR.
- When the arrow is pointing at the desired mode,press
and hold the button for > 1 second to select the mode.
- When the IR function is activated, a * is shown on the LCD.
Press and hold On/Off button for 5 seconds
on the MANTIS until the IR LED light up

is a clear path between IR transmitter and receiver
Select the color on the BLEU if necessary

inactivity.

TERMS & WARRANTY:
- Gemlogis Mantis Tester is covered by a 12-month Factory Warranty.
- Defects in material and workmanship are covered under this warranty with the exception of the probe tip.
- Warranty will be void by unauthorized repair, misuse, modification, alteration, tempering, accident damage,
negligence or improper use.
- Warranty period takes effect from the date of original purchase.
- Original invoices must be shown in order to exercise the terms of factory warranty.
- In the event that this model is no longer available or has been discontinued but warranty coverage is applicable,
at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, an equivalent device may be substituted in place of the defective model.
- The purchaser shall incur the cost for postage insurance and handling for all warranty covered and non-warranty
covered repairs.
- Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer, Jubilee Diamond Instrument Ltd, or any of its subsidiaries,
distributors or third parties be liable for any direct or indirect damages, resulting from the use of this instrument.
