Testing Fall Detection
Fall detection can be tested by dropping the Fall Button from a height of 4 feet.
The Fall Detect Button can take up to 20 seconds to interpret the movement and determine if an actual fall

Important Safety Information
The Fall Detect Button does not detect 100% of falls. If you are able, please press the Help Button when
you need assistance.
The Fall Detect Button will work approximately 300 feet from the Mobile Device or 600 feet from the Base

NOTE: The Fall Button will beep 3 times every hour when it has reached low battery,
and will eventually turn off if the power becomes too low.
The battery on a single charge can last up to 45 days. When the fall button reaches low
battery status, the visual indicator will flash red, briefly, every minute, and beep 3 times once
an hour. When the fall button reaches a critically low battery status, the device will emit a 5
second long beep, followed by a 5 second long red light, and then completely shut down.
