1 Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise

1.1 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die UV-Licht-Bürste ist zum Abtöten von Bakterien und zur Ent-
fernung von Staub, Keimen und Hausstaubmilben aus Matratzen,
Polstern und Teppichen vorgesehen. Die UV-Licht-Bürste darf
VORSICHT!
Sie können verletzt werden, wenn Sie diese Hinweise nicht beachten.
WARNUNG!
Sie können schwer oder tödlich verletzt werden, wenn Sie diese Hinweise nicht beachten.

ausschließlich in Verbindung mit einem passenden Invictus Hand-
gerät aus der X-Reihe verwendet werden.
Das Gerät ist nur für die Verwendung im Haushalt vorgesehen. Es
ist nicht für den gewerblichen oder industriellen Einsatz geeignet.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur mit Original-Zubehörteilen, andern-
falls beschädigen Sie das Gerät und beeinträchtigen die Geräte-
sicherheit.
Nutzen Sie das Gerät nur wie in der Anleitung beschrieben. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestimmungswidrig.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen und beachten Sie die nachfolgend aufgeführten Sicherheits-
hinweise. Bei Nichtbeachtung bestehen erhebliche Unfall- und
Verletzungsrisiken sowie die Gefahr von Sach- und Geräteschäden.

GEFAHREN FÜR KINDER UND BESTIMMTE PERSONENGRUPPEN
Das Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, von Personen, Erwachsenen
wie Kindern, mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder praktischer Erfahrung mit
Haushaltsgeräten benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden
durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt
oder erhalten von ihr unmissverständliche Anweisungen, wie das
Gerät zu benutzen ist.

GEFAHREN BEIM UMGANG MIT ELEKTROGERÄTEN
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Netzstecker oder Netzkabel
beschädigt sind, wenn es fallen gelassen oder anderweitig be-

schädigt wurde. Lassen Sie das Gerät nur von einem qualifizierten
Techniker warten bzw. reparieren. Von unqualifizierten Personen
ausgeführte Reparaturen können Verletzungen oder schwerwie-
gende Störungen verursachen.
Das Gerät, den Netzstecker und das Netzkabel niemals in Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen. Stromschlaggefahr!
Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen, ist sofort der Netzstecker zu
ziehen. Niemals versuchen, das Gerät aus dem Wasser zu ziehen,
während es am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist. Stromschlaggefahr!
Das Gerät muss bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht, vor dem Zusam-
menbau, vor dem Auseinandernehmen und zum Reinigen stets
ausgeschaltet und vom Stromnetz getrennt werden.

GEFAHREN WÄHREND DER VERWENDUNG DES GERÄTES
Das Gerät nur in trockenen Innenräumen verwenden und lagern.
Das Gerät nicht in Räumen verwenden, in denen sich leicht
entzündliche Substanzen oder giftige sowie explosive Dämpfe
befinden.
Berühren Sie das Gerät, das Netzkabel und den Netzstecker nicht
mit feuchten Händen. Stromschlaggefahr!
Prüfen Sie das Gerät vor jeder Inbetriebnahme auf Beschädigun-
gen. Verwenden Sie kein beschädigtes Gerät oder beschädigte
Zubehörteile.
Nach Gebrauch des Gerätes die UV-C-Lampe ausreichend abküh-
len lassen. Verbrennungsgefahr!
UV-C Strahlen sind schädlich für Augen und Haut. Legen Sie nie
die Hand unter das Gerät, während es in Betrieb ist. Schauen Sie
nicht in die UV-C-Lampe. Verletzungsgefahr!
Blockieren Sie NIEMALS die Infrarot-Sensoren auf der Unterseite
des Gerätes.
Saugen Sie keine brennenden oder glühenden Gegenstände

3 Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
Überprüfen Sie das Set auf Vollständigkeit und eventuelle Transportschäden. Bei Beanstandungen
kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundenservice.
Entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial sowie evtl. am Produkt befindliche Etiketten, die zum Transport-
schutz oder zur Werbung dienen.
4 Anwendung
Hinweis: Eine detaillierte Beschreibung des Invictus-Handgerätes finden Sie in der Gebrauchsanleitung
des jeweiligen Akku-Staubsaugers.
Verbinden Sie die UV-Licht-Bürste mit einem Handgerät aus der Invictus X-Reihe (Abb. 1).
Setzen Sie die UV-Licht-Bürste flach auf die zu reinigende Fläche (Abb. 2).
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie den An-/Ausschalter am Handgerät betätigen.
Die UV-Licht-Bürste kann sowohl mit als auch ohne Boost-Modus verwendet werden.
Bewegen Sie das Gerät gleichmäßig über die zu reinigende Fläche.
Die Infrarot-Sensoren auf der Unterseite der UV-Licht-Bürste erkennen, ob die
Bürste auf einer Oberfläche aufliegt. Sobald die Bürste von der Oberfläche
abgehoben wird, schaltet sich die UV-C-Lampe automatisch aus. Dann erlischt auch
die Kontrollleuchte auf der Oberseite.
5 Reinigung und Pflege
Hinweis: Detaillierte Reinigungshinweise für das Invictus-Handgerät finden Sie in der Gebrauchsanleitung
des jeweiligen Akku-Staubsaugers.
Trennen Sie die UV-Licht-Bürste zum Reinigen vom Handgerät. Drücken Sie dazu den orangenen
Entriegelungsknopf.
Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse, indem Sie es mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
VORSICHT!
Erstickungsgefahr
Kinder können sich in der Verpackungsfolie verfangen oder ersticken!
Halten Sie Kinder vom Verpackungsmaterial fern.
ACHTUNG!
Zum Reinigen des Gehäuses keine scharfen oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
Sie könnten die Oberfläche beschädigen.
WARNUNG!
Irreversible Verletzungen durch Stromschlag
Schalten Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung oder Benutzerwartung aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Gerät niemals unter fließendes Wasser halten und nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.

Die Bürstenrolle kann zur Reinigung aus dem Gehäuse entnommen werden.
Entfernen Sie die Bürstenabdeckung mit Hilfe der beiden Clips (Abb. 3).
Heben Sie die Bürstenrolle mithilfe der kleinen Griffmulde auf der linken Seite heraus (Abb. 4).
Mit einer Schere alle Fäden oder Haare von der Bürstenrolle entfernen. Bei Bedarf können
Sie die Bürstenrolle unter fließendem Wasser mit einem milden Spülmittel reinigen.
Lassen Sie die Bürstenrolle vor dem erneuten Einbau vollständig trocknen.
Achten Sie beim Wiedereinsetzen der Rolle auf die korrekte Positionierung. Achten
Sie dazu auf die entsprechenden Aussparungen. Setzen Sie die Bürsten-
abdeckung wieder auf und rasten Sie sie ordnungsgemäß ein.
6 Fehlerbehebung
WARNUNG!
Irreversible Verletzungen durch Stromschlag
Schalten Sie das Gerät vor Behebung von Störungen aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
Das Gerät nie öffnen und nicht versuchen, mit Metallgegenständen in das Innere zu gelangen.
Problem Mögliche Ursache Lösung
Gerät funktioniert nicht Akku ist nicht aufgeladen. Laden Sie den Akku des Handge-
räts auf.
Das Handgerät ist nicht
korrekt mit der UV-Licht-
Bürste verbunden.

Je dunkler die Farbe, desto weniger
Licht wird reflektiert. Auf einer schwarzen
Oberfläche wird so wenig Licht
reflektiert, dass die Infrarot-Sensoren
evtl. nicht korrekt funktionieren.
Die Infrarot-Sensoren auf
der Unterseite sind
verschmutzt.
Reinigen Sie die Sensoren
vorsichtig mit einen Wattestäb-
chen.
Die Bürstenrolle blockiert Größere Teile wurden
unvollständig eingesaugt.
Zuviel Haare haben sich
um die Bürstenrolle
gewickelt.
Versichern Sie sich, dass die Rolle
nicht durch Gegenstände blockiert
wird. Entfernen Sie die Rolle und
reinigen Sie sie.

Verpackung
Das Verpackungsmaterial ist wiederverwertbar. Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung umweltgerecht
und führen Sie sie der Wertstoffsammlung zu.
Elektrogeräte
Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne zeigt an, dass dieses Produkt nicht zusammen
mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Entsorgen Sie elektrische und

The UV light brush is designed to kill bacteria and to remove
dust, germs and house dust mites from mattresses, upholstery
and carpets. The UV light brush may only be used in conjunction
with a suitable Invictus handheld device from the X series.

commercial or industrial use.
Only use the appliance with original accessories, otherwise you
will damage it and impair its safety.
Only use the appliance as described in the operating instructions.

practical experience with household appliances, unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive

Never allow children to play with the appliance. Store the appli-
ance and power cable out of reach of children and animals.
Keep the packaging material away from children – risk of suf-

DANGERS WHEN HANDLING ELECTRICAL DEVICES
Do not use the device if the mains plug or power cable are dama-
ged, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way. Only
have the device serviced or repaired by a qualified technician.

If the device falls in water, unplug it immediately. Never try to
remove the device from the water while it is connected to the

The device must always be switched off and disconnected from
the mains if left unattended, Before assembly or disassembly and

DANGERS WHILE USING THE DEVICE
Only use and store the device in dry, indoor areas.
Do not use the device in rooms containing easily combustible
substances or toxic/explosive fumes.
Do not touch the device, power cable or mains plug with wet
hands. Risk of electric shock!
Check the device for damage Before each use. Do not use a
damaged product or damaged accessories.
After using the device, allow the UV-C lamp to cool sufficiently.
Danger of fire!
UV-C rays are harmful to eyes and skin. Never place your hand
under the device while it is being used. Do not look into the UV-C
lamp. Danger of injury!
NEVER block the infrared sensors on the bottom of the unit.
Do not suck up burning or glowing objects (cigarettes, hot ashes,
etc.) or flammable or easily flammable liquids. Danger of fire!

3 Before first use
Check the set to ensure that it is complete and no damage has occurred in transit.
Remove the packaging material and any stickers attached to the product for protection during transit or
for advertising purposes.
4 Use
Note: A detailed description of the Invictus handheld device can be found in the
Instruction manual of the respective battery-powered vacuum cleaner.
Connect the UV light brush to a handheld device from the Invictus X series (Fig. 1).
Place the UV light brush flat on the surface to be cleaned (Fig. 2).
Switch on the device by pressing the on/off switch on the handheld device.
The UV light brush can be used with or without boost mode.
Move the device evenly over the surface to be cleaned.
The infrared sensors on the underside of the UV light brush detect whether the
brush is resting on a surface. As soon as the brush is lifted from the surface, the
UV-C lamp automatically switches off. The control light on the top also then goes out.
5 Care and cleaning
Note: Detailed cleaning instructions for the Invictus handheld device can be found in the Instruction
manual of the respective battery-powered vacuum cleaner.
Disconnect the UV light brush from the handheld device for cleaning. To do this, press the orange release
button.
Clean the housing by wiping it with a damp cloth.
NOTE!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents to clean the housing. They could damage the surface.
WARNING!
Irreversible electric shock injuries
Switch off the device Before cleaning or user maintenance and unplug the power cord.
Never hold the device under running water or immerse it in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
Danger of suffocation
Children can get caught or suffocate in the packaging film!
Keep children away from the packaging material.

The brush roller can be removed from the housing for cleaning.
Remove the brush cover using the two clips (Fig. 3).
Lift out the brush roller using the small recessed grip on the left side (Fig. 4).
Use scissors to remove all threads or hairs from the brush roller. If necessary,
you can clean the brush roller under running water with a mild detergent.
Allow the brush roller to dry completely Before reinserting.
When reinserting the roller, make sure it is positioned correctly. Pay attention to
the corresponding recesses. Replace the brush cover and snap it into place properly.
6 Troubleshooting
WARNING!
Irreversible electric shock injuries
Switch off the device Before troubleshooting and unplug the power cord.
Never open up the device and never try to get inside using metal objects.

may not function correctly.

the underside are dirty.
Carefully clean the sensors with a
cotton swab.
The brush roller blocks Larger objects were partly
sucked in. Too much hair
has wrapped around the
brush roller.
Make sure that the roller is not
blocked by objects. Remove the
roller and clean it.

Packaging
The packaging material can be recycled. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally
friendly way and take it to your recycling site.
Electrical appliances
The symbol with the crossed out dustbin means that this product cannot be disposed of in the
household waste. Electrical waste should be taken to a local acceptance point.
You can obtain further information about the disposal and recycling of this appliance
from your municipal utility company, the retailer where you purchased it or the

N‘utiliser et ne ranger l‘appareil que dans des espaces intérieurs secs.
Ne pas utiliser l‘appareil dans les pièces où se trouvent des
substances inflammables ou toxiques ainsi que des vapeurs
explosives.
Ne pas toucher l‘appareil, le câble secteur et la prise avec les
mains mouillées. Risque de choc électrique !
Vérifiez que l‘appareil n‘est pas abîmé avant chaque utilisation.
N‘utilisez pas le produit s‘il est endommagé ou que les acces-
soires sont endommagés.
Après avoir utilisé l‘appareil, laissez la lampe à UV-C refroidir
suffisamment. Risque de brûlures !
Les rayons UV-C sont nocifs pour les yeux et la peau. Ne placez
jamais votre main sous l‘appareil lorsqu‘il est en marche.
Ne regardez pas dans la lampe à UV-C. Risque de blessure !

3 Avant la première utilisation
Vérifiez que tous les accessoires sont bien présents dans l‘emballage ainsi que les éventuels dommages
dus au transport.
Retirez les emballages ainsi que les éventuelles étiquettes situées sur le produit servant à la protection
lors du transport et à la publicité.
4 Utilisation
Remarque : Vous trouverez une description détaillée de l‘appareil portatif Invictus dans le mode d‘emploi
de l‘aspirateur sans fil concerné.
Raccordez la brosse à rayons ultraviolets à un appareil portatif Invictus de la
gamme X (Fig. 1).
Placez la brosse à rayons ultraviolets à plat sur la surface à nettoyer (Fig. 2).
Allumez l‘appareil en appuyant sur l‘interrupteur Marche/Arrêt de l’appareil
portatif. La brosse à rayons ultraviolets peut être utilisée en mode Boost ou non.
Déplacez l‘appareil uniformément sur la surface à nettoyer.
Les capteurs infrarouges situés sous la brosse à rayons ultraviolets détectent si la
brosse repose sur une surface. Dès que la brosse est soulevée de la surface, la
lampe à UV-C s‘éteint automatiquement. Le voyant de contrôle situé en haut
s‘éteint alors.
5 Nettoyage et entretien par l’utilisateur
Remarque : Vous trouverez des instructions de nettoyage détaillées pour l’appareil portatif Invictus dans
le mode d’emploi de l‘aspirateur sans fil concerné.
Débranchez la brosse à rayons ultraviolets de l’appareil portatif pour le nettoyer. Pour ce faire, appuyez
sur le bouton de déverrouillage orange.
Nettoyez le boîtier en l‘essuyant avec un chiffon humide.
ATTENTION
Risque de suffocation
Les enfants peuvent se prendre dans le film d‘emballage ou s’étouffer !
Tenez les enfants à l‘écart des emballages.
MISE EN GARDE !
N‘utilisez pas de détergent agressif ou abrasif pour nettoyer le boîtier.
Cela risquerait d‘endommager la surface.
AVERTISSEMENT !
Blessures irréversibles dues à un choc électrique
Éteignez l‘appareil avant le nettoyage ou la maintenance, puis débranchez le cordon d‘alimentation.
Ne maintenez jamais l‘appareil sous l‘eau claire et ne le plongez pas dans l‘eau ou dans tout autre liquide.
