In this way, the light color and the brightness can be set differently for each control unit
in the later step.

The Zigbee device is not
recognized
Power supply interrupted
Make sure that the power supply is
guaranteed.
The lights should be on.
No connection to the WiFi
Check the WiFi connection from your
smartphone or tablet.
No Zigbee hub available
A so-called Zigbee hub is required to
control the Zigbee lights. This can either
be already integrated in your smart

hub (e.g. Philips Hue Bridge) must be
installed.
Zigbee Hub is not connected to the
home network
Ensure the connection to the home
network. This should also be displayed
in the APP used.
Software out of date
Check whether new updates are
available for your smart home system,
the Zigbee Hub, or the APPs used and
install them.
Smart home system is not compatible
Check whether the Zigbee smart home
system is compatible. Additional
hardware or software may have to be
installed.
Control unit is already connected to a
remote control
Reset the device to factory settings
(see point 7.1)
After that, you can connect it to the
remote control again.
