Notice Before Use
1. Do not place the appliance on a hot surface.
2. Remove the main plug from the wall socket;
- if problems occur during making coffee; and
- before cleaning the appliance.
3. Do not allow the main cord to come into contact with hot surface.
4. Use the appliance out of reach of children. Prevent them from pulling on the main cord.
5. Never use the appliance if the main cord plug or the appliance itself is damaged.If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualied person in
order to avoid a hazard.
6. Do not use appliance for purposes other than its intended household use.
7. Do not pour any water into the appliance once the appliance has been turned on.
8. The heating plate is hot when in operation. Do not touch-risk of severe burn!
9. To ll the water tank use fresh cold water only.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
11. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, ofces and other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.
13. Clean the coffee maker immediately after use. Do not immerse the coffee maker in any liquids.
Before plugging in the appliance,check the electrical rating shown on the rating plate corresponds with your
house electrical supply.

Before rst use
For a perfect taste, carry out 2 or 3 boil processes with fresh water (without coffee). Once all the water has passed through, switch
off the appliance and let it cool down for 5 minutes. Then repeat the process with fresh water.
Making coffee
1. Fill the water tank with the required quantity of water. Ensure that the water level is not lower than the minimum mark and
not higher than indication “MAX”. Use fresh, cold water only. The number of cups can be read on the water tank.
2. Insert lter paper size “1X4” for the rst use and ll in the desired quantity of ground coffee.
3. Switch on the appliance. Wait until the brewing process is nished and the funnel has run empty.
Making more coffee straight away
If you have made one cup of coffee and wish to make some more straight away, please switch off the coffee maker and allow at
least 5 minutes for it to cool down. Then you can rell the water tank.
Clean
1. Always remove the main plug from the wall socket before cleaning the appliance.
2. Never immerse the appliance in water.
3. You should clean it with a damp cloth.
4. The carafe, the lter, and the funnel can be washed in hot soapy water.
Descalling
1. Descale your coffee maker regularly.
2. Operate the appliance as described. However, now use ordinary vinegar to ll the water tank and do not ll the funnel with
ground coffee.
3. After descaling let the appliance work twice more with only water to rinse away the vinegar and scale remainders.

household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return
your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact
the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product
for environmental safe recycling.

為達致最佳效果，首次使用前以清水（不含咖啡）煲煮兩至三次。清水全部流出後，請關機及冷卻五分鐘。然
後再以清水重複上述步驟。
如何製作咖啡
1.於水壺注入所須清水。確保水位不低於及不高於最低及最高標誌。請僅使用新鮮冷水。冷水量標示於水壺。
2.如首次使用過濾網時，請放入1X4大小的瀘紙，以及放入適宜的咖啡粉份量。
3.開機後，待製作過程完成及咖啡全部滴盡。
如何續杯
如你已製作咖啡並希望續杯，關機及讓咖啡機冷卻五分鐘後便可重新於水壼注水。
如何清潔
1.清潔咖啡機前必須拔除插頭。
2.咖啡機不能浸水。
3.僅可以微濕的布清潔。
4.玻璃杯、漏斗及過濾網可用熱梘水清理。
如何除垢
1.咖啡機應定時除垢。
2.請按指引操作，然而，除垢時可在水壺中注入醋（不要在漏斗於咖啡粉）。
3.除垢後，以清水沖洗兩次，以清洗醋及餘下污垢。

Warranty Terms &
Conditions
Under normal operations, the product will
receive a 1-year full warranty provided by
German Pool (effective starting from the
date of purchase).
1. Customer who fails to present original
purchase invoice will be disqualified
for free warranty.
2. Customer should always follow the
operating instructions. This warranty
does not apply to:
- labour costs for on-site installation,
check-up, repair, replacement of
parts and other transportation costs;
- damages caused by accidents of
any kind (including transport and
others);
- plastic parts and accessories;
- operating failures resulted from
incorrect voltage, improper operations
and unauthorized installations or
repairs.
3. This warranty is invalid if:
- purchase invoice is modified by
unauthorized party;
- product is used for any commercial or
industrial applications;
- product is repaired or modified by
unauthorized personnel, or
unauthorized parts are installed;
- serial number is modified, damaged
or removed from the product.
4. German Pool will, in its discretion,
repair or replace any defective part.
5. This warranty will be void if there is
any transfer of ownership from the
original purchaser.
