注意事項
1. 在使用設備前請仔細閱讀全部指引。
2. 在使用本產品前，確認產品所標明的使用電壓，是否與接地插座電壓一致。
3. 禁止讓孩童使用本設備。不要把設備及其電源線放置在孩童可觸及的範圍內。
4. 身體上、感官上、精神上有障礙或缺乏相關操作經驗的人士須於正確的指導和監管下使用
設備。使用者須知悉設備的安全使用方法，以及可能會產生的危險。
5. 禁止讓孩童玩耍設備。
6. 如果電源線被損毀，必須到生產商、其服務代理商或專業技工處更換，以免發生危險。
7. 在更換配件或在靠近可轉動機件前，請先關閉設備。
8. 本設備擬於家居及以下類似環境使用：
-商場、辦公室和其他工作場所的員工廚房；
-農舍；
-酒店、旅館和其他住宿環境中供客人使用；
-住宿加早餐旅館。
9. 為了避免觸電，請不要將打蛋器放在水中或其他液體中。
10.操作設備時請保持雙手乾爽。

傷害或損毀打蛋器。

13.在清洗打蛋器前將打蛋／搓麵棒移除。
14.不要長時間持續運作打蛋器，以免摩打過熱。每個檔位的連續工作時間必須低於5分鐘，
而加強按鈕的連續執行時間必須少於1分鐘。
15.不要用打蛋器攪拌過硬的食材。
16.非生產商推薦或銷售的配件，使用時可能會引致火災，觸電或其他傷害。
17.不要讓電源線接觸熱的表面(包括爐灶等)。
18.不要讓電源線懸掛在桌子或櫃檯的邊緣。
19.如電源線損毀、設備失靈、或以任何行為損毀設備後不能操作打蛋器，請將設備送返附近
獲授權的服務站檢測、維修或作出機電方面的調整。
20.不要在戶外使用本設備。
21.若本產品有任何問題，切勿自行拆卸、修理或改裝，以免造成自身傷害。如要維修，請聯

操作說明
速度 描述
1 攪打 用於製作糖霜、鮮奶油等。
2-3 發打 可將牛油及糖打至滑順；也可攪拌未烹煮的糖及甜品等。
4 混合 將液態食材打至醬汁的最佳速度。
5 拌入或混合 適用於散裝及乾燥的食物，如麵粉、牛油及馬鈴薯。同時也適用於混合蛋
糕、曲奇及糕餅等，亦可用於打蛋。

電動打蛋器的使用
清潔
1.將打蛋棒(7)或搓麵棒(8)插入打蛋器的孔內，如圖2。
2.插上電源。
3.握著打蛋器把手，將打蛋／搓麵棒放入需要攪拌的食材裡。
4.啟動打蛋器，選擇所需攪拌速度。打蛋器即開始攪拌。
5.當完成攪拌時，將速度按鈕推至「0」。
6.等到打蛋／搓麵棒停止轉動，按退棒鍵(1)，此時配件自動釋放。在更換配件前，或在靠近
轉動機件前，請先關閉設備。
7.需要提高攪拌速度時按加強按鈕(2)。
8.當結束攪拌的時候拔掉電源插頭。用水清洗打蛋／搓麵棒，抹乾後與機身一併放在盒子裡。
1.不要將主機放在水中，只能用乾布擦拭。
2.使用後用水清洗器皿、搓麵棒和打蛋棒。
3.用布擦乾整機及配件，存放在盒子裡。

Notice Before Use
1. Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
2. Before plugging in the appliance, check that the electrical rating shown on the rating plate.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualiedpersonsinordertoavoidahazard.
7. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
8. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as :

12. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the whiskers/ stirrers
during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, or damaged to the mixer.
