 重要說明
為安全起見，初次使用產品前請先細
閱本說明書，並保存說明書，以便作
參考之用。
本產品只供家居使用。請必須依照本
說明書內的指示安裝及操作。
1. 必須由專業註冊氣體技工安裝此爐具。
2. 請確保爐具使用範圍內通風良好，避
免室內缺氧。
3. 於長時間使用時，請打開窗戶或開啟
抽風設備，確保室內空氣流通。
4. 使用爐具後請檢查所有控制鍵有否扭
回關閉位置。
5. 如爐火於使用中意外地被吹熄，安全
閥會自動切斷氣源，於一分鐘後才可
重新點火。
6. 煮油或脂肪時請特別小心控制爐火，
因此類食物很容易因過熱而搶火。
7. 使用爐具時，請勿使用噴霧劑或壓縮
氣體等，以免發生危險。
8. 於點火後檢查爐火是否平均正常，拿
走煮食器皿時，先把爐火調小或關閉。

IMPORTANT
For safety purpose you should read the
instructions carefully before using the appliance
for the rst time. Save the instructions for future
reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use
and may only be installed and operated in
accordance with these instructions for use.
1. The cooking range must be installed by
licensed technicians.
2. Ensure that the cooking range is used
with good ventilation. Avoid using it in an
environment with insufcient oxygen.
3. During long period of use, open windows or
turn on the exhaust fan to ensure good
ventilation.
. Check that all control knobs have been
switched to “Off” position after use.
5. If the ame is blown out during use, the
safety valve will cut off gas supply.
Ignite again after at least 1 minute.
6. Take extra care when cooking oil or fat.
High temperature of oil or fat may cause
re hazard.
7. To avoid hazard, do not use spray or
compressed gas when the cooking range is
in use.
8. After ignition, check if the ame is even and
normal. Switch to “Small Flame” or “Off”
before taking the cooking utensil away.

9. 請勿放置任何吸熱墊等物品於爐架
與煮食器皿之間，避免對爐具造成
嚴重損壞。
10. 請勿取出爐架配用其他鑊架等，以
免令爐面過熱損壞。
11. 請勿用過大或過重之煮食器皿壓於
爐架上，以免損壞爐架及令過多熱
量反射回爐面，造成損壞。
12. 把煮食器皿穩固放於爐架正中位
置，避免傾側。
13. 如需維修或更換零件，請與本公司
維修部聯絡，並必須使用原廠配
件。在保養期內，如因人為損壞、
錯誤或不恰當使用爐具而導致之損
壞，本公司會收取零件及維修費用。

9. To avoid damage to the cooking range, do
not place any hot mat between the range
rack and the utensil.
10. Do not use range rack other than the one
provided. Otherwise, the range surface
will be over-heat and damaged.
11. Do not use over-size or over-weight
cooking utensils. Or it will cause
excessive heat to be reflected back onto
the range surface.
12. Place the cooking utensil steadily on the
range rack. Do not tilt it.
13. Contact the Service Department of
German Pool for repair and parts
replacement. During guarantee period,
German Pool may charge for spare parts
and service fees if the damage is caused
by misuse or improper installation.

注意:
所有爐具須由合格專業註冊氣體技工
進行安裝、內部調試及接駁喉管。用
戶切勿自行安裝或維修。
點火步驟
按下按鍵啟動點火器，把按鍵從「●」
位扭向大火符號位置（參見圖1），當
爐頭點起爐火後才放手，爐頭便可開
始使用。如爐火突然熄滅，把按鍵旋
向「●」位置，最少等一分鐘後方可
再點火。
 煤氣型號
GP7 : 熱量輸入數值 7.0 kW
GP9 : 熱量輸入數值 7.2 kW
石油氣型號
GP7 : 熱量輸入數值 7.6 kW
石油氣供氣率 = 542 g/h
GP9：熱量輸入數值 6.6 kW
石油氣供氣率 = 471 g/h
Points to Note:
All cooking ranges must be installed,
commissioned and connected by licensed
technicians. Do NOT install or repair the
cooking range yourself.
Ignition
Press ignition button, turn button from “●”
to “Large Flame” position (Fig. 1). Release
button when it is ignited. The cooking range is
then ready for use.
In the event of the burner flames being
accidentally extinguished, turn the burner
control to Off “●”and do not attempt to
reignite the burner within at least 1 minute.
For Towngas Models
GP7: Nominal Heat Input 7.0 kW
GP9: Nominal Heat Input 7.2 kW
For LP Gas Models
GP7: Nominal Heat Input 7.6 kW
Nominal L.P.G. Rate = 52 g/h
GP9 Nominal Heat Input 6.6 kW
Nominal L.P.G. Rate = 71 g/h

操作提示
為使每組爐頭能達到最高效能及避免浪
費燃料，請注意下列事項：
1.煮食器皿大小應與爐頭配合(參見
圖2)。
2. 煮食器皿最大為240 mm，最小為
150 mm。
3. 食物用大火煮滾後可把火力控制按鍵
扭向較小火，便可保持滾熱。
4. 爐火控制鍵可於大、小火符號之間
調校。
5. 必須使用平底鍋。
6. 切勿在煮食爐具下面放置易燃物體或
發熱裝置。
7. 切勿用錫紙覆蓋爐具的盛水器。
Operating Tips
In order for the burners to achieve the
maximum performance with the minimum
gas consumption, please bear in mind the
following:
1. Use a pan with relevant size on each
burner (Fig. 2).
2. Use cooking utensils with the maximum
size of 20 mm and the minimum size
of 150 mm.
3. Turn to “Large Flame” to bring to boil.
Then turn to smaller flame to maintain
boiling.
. Flame can be adjusted between “Large
Flame” and “Small Flame”.
5. Only flat-based vessels should be used.
6. Do not place any inflammable objects or
heat-generating installation underneath
the cooking range.
7. Do not use aluminum foil to cover up
the spillage pans.

清潔與維護 CARE & MAINTENANCE
清潔爐具
1. 待爐具冷卻後方可清潔。
2. 玻璃爐面及不銹鋼爐面
‧ 清潔玻璃面及不銹鋼爐面時，請
用海綿及混有溫和清潔劑之清水
洗抹。
‧ 切勿使用粗糙鋼絲或腐蝕性清潔
劑，以免損壞爐具表面。
3. 爐頭及爐架
‧ 爐頭及爐架可取出清洗，但必須
用海綿或溫和清潔劑清洗，完全
抹乾後放回原位，並檢查爐頭氣
孔有否被阻塞。
‧ 安全閥及電子點火感應頭須保持
清潔，確保最高效能。
氣體開關
1. 須由專業技師潤滑氣體開關掣。
2. 如氣體開關硬化或損壞，請聯絡本公
司維修。
Cleaning
1. Clean the appliance only after it has
cooled down.
2. Glass Surface and Stainless Steel Surface:
‧ Use a sponge with mild detergent
solution to clean the glass or
stainless steel surface.
‧To avoid damage to the range surface,
do not clean with steel-wire brush or
corrosive detergent.
3. Burners and Racks:
‧ These parts can be removed to make
cleaning easier. Burners must then
be washed with a sponge and soapy
water or with mild detergent, wipe well
and put them back. Make sure that the
ame-dividing ducts are not clogged.
‧To ensure optimum efciency, keep the
safety valve and ignition sensor clean.
Gas Taps
1. Lubrication of the taps must be carried
out by specialized personnel.
2. In case of hardening or malfunction of
the gas taps, contact the Customer Service
Department of German Pool.

Warnings
The gas cooking range must be installed by
licensed technicians. Otherwise, German Pool
will not be responsible for any damages.
a. Prior to installation, ensure that
the appliance is adjustable according
to the local distribution conditions
(nature of the gas and gas pressure).
b. The adjustment conditions for this
appliance are stated on the label (or
data plate).
c. This appliance is not connected to
evacuation devices for combustion
products. It shall be installed according
to the relevant regulations. Particular
attention shall be given to the ventilation
requirements.
d. The use of a gas cooking appliance
produces heat and moisture, so it is
essential to ensure that the kitchen is well
ventilated. Keep natural ventilation
windows open or install a mechanical
ventilation device (mechanical extractor
hood). Prolonged intensive use of the
appliance may call for additional ventilation,
for example opening windows or increasing
the level of mechanical ventilation
where present.
Room Ventilation
Give the kitchen the amount of air required for
regular gas combustion and for the room to keep
well-ventilated – the volume of which must not be
less than 20m³. Air must naturally ow through
permanent opening in the walls of the room. These
openings must vent the fumes outdoors and their
section must be at least 100cm², and ensure that
they may never be blocked. Indirect ventilation by air
drawn from an adjacent room is also permitted, in
strict compliance with any local regulation in force.

所有爐具必須由合格專業註冊技工安
裝，切勿自行安裝，否則一切後果本
公司概不負責。
a. 安裝前必須確保煮食爐具可因應當
地供氣情況(氣體類別及壓力)進
行調校。
b. 本煮食爐具的調校須知已標註在標
籤上。
c. 本煮食爐沒有接駁至燃燒產品撤離
裝置，應按照有關條例安裝並應特
別注意空氣流通之有關要求。
d. 使用氣體煮食爐時會產生熱氣及濕
氣，廚房必須保持空氣流通。可開
啟自然風窗口或安裝抽氣或排氣裝
置。長時間不斷使用氣體煮食爐，
需提供額外的通風設備，如打開窗
戶或使用有效的通風裝置。
房間內通風
保持正常氣體燃燒及有關房間通風所需
之空氣量，體積必須不少於20m³。空
氣應自然流經房間內的固定窗戶或通風
口。窗戶或通風口面積最少為100cm²，
並確保不被阻塞。通風系統須符合有關
法例，亦可接受從隔鄰房間抽取空氣的
間接通風系統。
