Operation Instructions Operation Instructions
Storage of Wine
• The storage zone is mainly intended to ensure the storage of your wine under the best conditions.
• The temperature of the storage zone has been set at 12°C by default upon leaving the factory,
and this temperature is suitable for the storage of most wine products.
• The wine is provided with a complicated nature due to its length of treating process. To express
its best feature, a specic environment is needed. Although all wine products are manufactured
at the same temperature, they need to be preserved and tasted under different temperature
conditions due to their special features.
• Generally speaking, there is no absolute temperature for storing wine; however, to ensure drinking
quality, wine should be stored at a set temperature over a certain period of time.
Guidance on Arrangement of Wine Bottles
• To enable the wine to be matured peacefully and continually within the storage term, this product
is equipped with professional shelves for layered storage, to avoid any resonance due to stack-up
of wine bottles and maintain the smooth ventilation inside the cellar.
• This product can store a maximum of 24 bottles (calculated as per the diameter of 75mm and the
height of 320mm), and this quantity will vary with the bottle sizes and arrangement.
• The shelf of each layer can be pulled out to a certain extent to facilitate the accessing of the
bottle.
• To avoid damaging the door seal, the door should be fully opened before drawing out each layer
of shelf.
• Make sure the bottle is fully sealed before storage.
• If the product will not be used for an extended period of time, it is recommended to disconnect
the power supply, carefully clean it, and open the door to let it air dry completely, in order to avoid
frosting and mildewing which may otherwise produce odour.

• When unplugging the product from the power source, DO NOT pull on the cable.
• The dust on the condenser (the metal mesh on the back of the cellar) should be cleared every two
years.
• The product interior should be thoroughly cleaned every year.
• In humid environment or during rainy weather, dew may condense on the product surface,
especially on the external surface of the glass door. This is caused due to the contact with the

Troubleshooting Technical Specication
Problem Reason and Solution
Odour in the cellar
Cellar produces a
liquid-owing sound
Cellar produces a
snapping sound during
operation
• A new cellar may give off the smell of the foaming agent or plastic.
This is normal, and such smell will dissipate over time.
• Check whether there is any spoiled drink inside the cellar.
• Any odorant drink should be tightly sealed in plastic bag.
• The cellar should be cleaned on a regular basis.
The sound is generated from the owing of the refrigerant inside the
circulating pipeline of the refrigerating system. This is normal.
This is the sound generated in the startup of electric components, such
as the relay and thermal protector, during start or stop of the cellar. This
is normal.
This is caused by the mutual ne movements of various kinds of
materials due to the inconsistent thermal expansion and contraction
arising out of abrupt changes of the cellar cavity temperature when the
cellar is being started or stopped. This is normal.
WARNING!
If error remains, please contact Customer Service & Repair Centre. DO NOT disassemble oven unless
by a qualied technician.
