Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

GENERAL SAFETY
The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within the triangle
is intended to warn you to the presence
of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• This appliance is intended for private household use only.
It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this kettle for anything other than its intended purpose, and only
use it as described in this manual. Do not use the kettle to boil anything other
than water. Any other use is not recommended and may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
• Do not use the kettle without water in it to avoid damaging the heat elements.
The elements must be completely immersed (unless concealed).
Should you accidentally allow the kettle to operate without water, the boil-dry
protection will automatically switch it o. In such a case, allow the kettle to
cool before filling with cold water and reusing it.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• When using the kettle, it must be on a stable, secure, dry and level surface, out
of children’s reach, to prevent damage or injury from the kettle overturning.
• DO NOT operate the kettle under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• Lift the kettle o the power base to fill it. Never fill the kettle while it sits
on its base or while it is switched on to avoid spillage on the connector. If the
power base unit becomes wet, unplug it before wiping it dry.

• Do not overfill the kettle to avoid splattering and ejection of boiling water.
Make sure the water level is between the minimum and maximum levels.
• Position the kettle so the spout is directed away from you.
• Before switching on, make sure the kettle is located properly on the power
base and the lid is securely closed, otherwise it may not switch o.
• Do not leave the kettle unattended when the power is turned on.
• Ensure the kettle is switched o before removing it from the base.
Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
• Always unplug the kettle from the outlet when it is not in use. To disconnect,
turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the wall. Grip the
plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
• CAUTION: Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.

• Do not touch any part of the kettle housing when it is in use. The surfaces get
hot. Only touch the handle. Do not put any part of your hand or body near the
kettle when it is turned on.
• Take care when handling the kettle after use. The inside surface which conceals
the heating element is subject to residual heat after use. Water can also remain
hot for a considerable time after boiling and can present a scald hazard.
• WARNING: Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling. Keep the lid closed
while the water is boiling and straight afterwards. Scalding may occur if the lid
is removed while the water is heating up. Be careful when opening the lid for
refilling when the kettle is hot.
• While water is boiling, or just after the water has finished boiling, avoid contact
with the steam from the spout.
• Use extreme caution when moving the kettle containing hot water. Always take
care when pouring hot water. Tilt the kettle slowly and carefully without tipping
it too fast.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND POWER CORD HANDLING
• Before connecting the kettle to the power supply, make sure your
outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the voltage indicated on
the appliance rating label and your outlet socket is properly earthed. If this is
not the case, do not use the kettle.
• Do not use any other appliance at the same time on the same electrical circuit
as it may overload the circuit and blow the fuse or breaker.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, power
base or the kettle itself in water or other liquid. Do not expose the electrical
connections to water.
• Only use the kettle with the power base provided. Do not use the power
base to power any appliance other than this kettle.
• Avoid spillage on the connector.
• Do not kink, bend, squash, strain or damage the power cord and protect it
from sharp edges and heat. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or benchtop. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. The cord should be run in
such a way that there will be no risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently.
• Do not use an extension cord with this kettle.
• Do not pick up or operate the appliance if the power supply cord, plug, power
base or kettle housing is damaged, or after it malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
• A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard. In case of damage, contact our after
sales support centre for advice.
This appliances is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments
The appliance must not be immersed.
if the kettle is overfilled, boiling water maybe ejected.
CAUTION: Do not operate the kettle on an inclined plane, Do not operate the
kettle unless the element is fully immersed

Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
• When unpacking the appliance, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new appliance is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
• Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the appliance and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
• CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.

1. Place the unit on the level surface.
2. To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base and open the lid by pressing
the lid release button, fill with the desired amount of water, and then close
the lid.
The water level should not exceed MAX marks or sit below MIN level. Too little
water will cause the kettle switching off before the water has boiled.
NOTE: Do not fill the water over the maximum level, as water may spill out of
the spout when boiling. Ensure that the lid is firmly in place before plugging
the power outlet.
3. Position the kettle on the power base.
4. Connect the plug into a power outlet. Press down the On/Off switch, the
indicator will light up. Then the kettle will start to boil the water, once the
water is boiled, the On/Off switch will be off automatically.
You can shut off the power by lifting On/Off switch at any moment during
boiling water. If you want to boil water again, only press down the On/Off
switch directly to restart the kettle.
NOTE: Ensure that the On/Off switch is free of obstructions and the lid is
firmly closed, the kettle will not turn off if the switch is constrained or if the lid
is opening.
5. Lift the kettle from the power base and then pour the water.
NOTE: Operate carefully when pouring the water from your kettle as boiling
water may result in scald, besides, please do not open the lid while the water is
boiling, and position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle.
6. The kettle will not re-boil until the On/Off switch is pressed down again.
The kettle may be stored on the power base when not in use.
NOTE: Always disconnect the power supply when not use.

7. The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
8. Insert the plug in 220-240V~ power source.
9. Choose function you need from below:
Function 1: Press “on/off” button, heating the water to 100 degree
Function 2: Press “on/off” button firstly, then press “+/-” button to select the
temperature (40-55-70-85°C) you need. Water can be heated to
100 degree firstly and kept at the temperature you chose.
Function 3: Press “+/-” button firstly to select temperature (40-55-70-85°C)
you need, then press “on/off” button. Water can be heated to
and kept at the temperature (40-55-70-85°C) you selected. To
implement this function, please make sure using purified water.
Every function finished, there will be alerting sound.
If you need to stop the heating, please press the “on/off” button.

Working with your mobile device, using your home Wi-Fi
network router to communicate with your product and
control it.
CONTROLLING THE SECURITY CAMERA REMOTELY IS
VERY SIMPLE. YOU WILL NEED:
- Android smartphone or tablet, or an Apple iPhone or iPad
- Internet connection at your home
- Wi-Fi network router set up at home.
You must also have the Germanica Smart Home App installed
or updated on your smartphone or mobile device. This app is
available from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Working with your mobile device, using your home Wi-Fi
network router to communicate with your product and
control it.
CONTROLLING THE SECURITY CAMERA REMOTELY IS
VERY SIMPLE. YOU WILL NEED:
- Android smartphone or tablet, or an Apple iPhone or iPad
- Internet connection at your home
- Wi-Fi network router set up at home.
You must also have the Germanica Smart Home App installed or up-
dated on your smartphone or mobile device. This app is available from
Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

In order to do this, make sure you have the GERMANICA SMART HOME
App installed or updated on your mobile device, your Wi-Fi router is
switched on and your mobile device connected to your home
Wi-Fi network.
On your mobile device, tap on the GERMANICA SMART HOME app (1).
It will open and take you to the Login Page (2).
Download and install: GERMANICA SMART HOME App.
Available on Google Play Store and App Store
Make sure the product is powered.
Then you can start the setup process to connect your
kettle to your GERMANICA SMART HOME App

Before you log in, please press SIGN UP and register your account
using an email address. (3 and 4).

Once entered email address, tap
GET VERIFICATION CODE and
an email will be sent your email
address with a verification code.
Enter this code.
Now you can enter a password
for your account.

IMPORTANT
Before you can control your product remotely, you must reset
the Wi-Fi module on the unit.
To do so please follow on screen or below instructions:
1. Make sure the kettle is plugged into power outlet
and powered.
2. Select Wi-Fi network then enter in the password to
connect. (9)
Note: Make sure to select 2.4GHz
5GHz Wi-Fi Network will not work with this app.
3. On the unit, press and hold the (power) button for
5 seconds.
4. Now that you have held power button for 5 seconds,
On the Germanica Smart Home app “Reset the device first”
page (10), tick the box indicated (11) and press next.
