Before using the appliance for the rst time, remove any promotional materials
and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free
of dust. If necessary, wipe over with a damp cloth. For best results, pour a
teaspoon of vegetable oil on to the upper and bottom non-stick cooking plates
before connect to power source. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel
and wipe off any excess oil.
When the appliance is heated for the rst time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is
normal with many heating appliances. This does not affect the safety of your appliance.
• Insert the power plug into the power socket. You will notice that the power indicator
will light up. The ready indicator will be switched on when the appliance has
finished pre-heating and will be switched on and off during heating.
• The cooking plates will become very hot. Do not touch the cooking plates or
edge of the plates.
• Allow the appliance to pre-heat until the ready indicator goes on. This indicates
that the cooking plates have reached the correct temperature for cooking.
• For best results, spray the cooking plates with a cooking oil before using. This
will assist in the removal of the egg wafe after cooking.
• Divide mixture into plate holes to around 70% full.
• Gently close the upper/bottom housing and reverse the unit by holding the
handle for heating evenly. Shake gently to let the mixture go through around
both cooking plates. Do not shake too hard to make the mixture to run off the
cooking plates.
• Allow to cook for approximately 5 - 8 minutes or until golden color. Recommend to
keep the egg wafe 1 minute more to get the better result.
• Gently remove the egg wafe from the cooking plates. Place the egg wafe in
a curve shape for cooling. Then the egg wafe is ready to serve when the
surface of wafe turns crisp.
• To remove egg wafe, always use a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a
sharp object or metal, as this will damage the non-stick surface of cooking plates.
Before using the appliance for the rst time, you should become familiar with all
of the parts. Read all Instructions and Safeguards carefully.
