• Make sure the voltage in your outlet is the same as the voltage indicated on
the appliance’s rating label.
• Unplug by grasping the plug – do not pull on the cord.
• Do not use your appliance with an extension cord.
• Do not lock the handle lift of the machine during cooking.
• Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used by children
or inrm persons.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and

concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
• Children shall not play with this appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by unauthorized person.
• Never leave an appliance unattended while in use.
• Do not use an appliance for any purpose other than its intended use.
• Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas ame, electric element or any
other appliance.
• Do not let the power cord of an appliance hang over the edge of a table or
bench top or touch any hot surfaces.
• Do not operate this appliance if it has been damaged in any manner. In order
to avoid the risk of an electric shock, never try to repair an appliance yourself.
Take it to an authorized service station for examination and repair.
• Do not use it in outdoors or for commercial purposes.
• Unplug the appliance when nished using.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Clean the upper and bottom cooking plates with a damp cloth or sponge, do
not clean the plates under the water or immerse them into the water.
• Slightly grease the upper and bottom cooking plates with a little cooking oil.
• Pay attention to prevent water / any liquid running into the appliance.
 

Before using the appliance for the rst time, remove any promotional materials
and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free
of dust. If necessary, wipe over with a damp cloth. For best results, pour a
teaspoon of vegetable oil on to the upper and bottom non-stick cooking plates
before connect to power source. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel
and wipe off any excess oil.
When the appliance is heated for the rst time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is
normal with many heating appliances. This does not affect the safety of your appliance.
• Insert the power plug into the power socket. You will notice that the power indicator
will light up. The ready indicator will be switched on when the appliance has
finished pre-heating and will be switched on and off during heating.
• The cooking plates will become very hot. Do not touch the cooking plates or
edge of the plates.
• Allow the appliance to pre-heat until the ready indicator goes on. This indicates
that the cooking plates have reached the correct temperature for cooking.
• For best results, spray the cooking plates with a cooking oil before using. This
will assist in the removal of the egg wafe after cooking.
• Divide mixture into plate holes to around 70% full.
• Gently close the upper/bottom housing and reverse the unit by holding the
handle for heating evenly. Shake gently to let the mixture go through around
both cooking plates. Do not shake too hard to make the mixture to run off the
cooking plates.
• Allow to cook for approximately 5 - 8 minutes or until golden color. Recommend to
keep the egg wafe 1 minute more to get the better result.
• Gently remove the egg wafe from the cooking plates. Place the egg wafe in
a curve shape for cooling. Then the egg wafe is ready to serve when the
surface of wafe turns crisp.
• To remove egg wafe, always use a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a
sharp object or metal, as this will damage the non-stick surface of cooking plates.



• Always remove the plug before cleaning.
• The cooking plates are coated with non-stick cooking surface, therefore little cleaning
is required. Simply wipe cooking plates over with a damp cloth after used.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Before next use, grease the cooking plates for easy removal of cooked donuts.
• Always unplug the appliance before storage.
• Always make sure the appliance is cool and dry before storage.
• To minimize storage space in your kitchen, the appliance can be stored vertically.



零件標識
使用說明書
首次使用本機前，請先熟悉機器的各個零件。
請仔細閱讀本說明書和操作指南。
首次使用前，將所有包裝材料移除，檢查烤盤是否已清洗乾淨，沒有灰塵。有需
要的話，使用濕布擦拭。開機前，在上及下烤盤內倒入一小茶匙植物油。用吸油
紙擦拭整個烤盤並擦掉多餘的植物油以達致最佳效果。
本機第一次加熱後，會散發輕微的氣味和煙霧，這是正常現象。並不會影響本機
的正常運作。
- 將插頭插入電源插座，電源指示燈亮起，表示本機開始加熱。
- 本機加熱或使用後，切勿直接觸摸烤盤及烤盤邊緣，避免受傷。
- 預熱本機，直到運作指示燈亮起。這表示烤盤已經達到可以烘烤的溫度。當本
機加熱時，運作指示燈會亮起和熄滅。
- 使用前最好在烤盤上噴灑點食用油，這樣在烘烤後便於清理烤盤。
- 將混合完成的食材倒入一個個的烤盤孔內。建議將食材倒進每個烤盤孔內至大
約 7 成滿。
- 輕輕蓋上蓋子後，抓緊把手並翻轉本機，可輕輕搖晃本機，讓食材均勻粘上烤
盤兩面。動作不宜過大，以免食材從烤盤內溢出。
- 雞蛋仔大約需要烘烤5-8分鐘或變成金黃色。建議完成後拔除電源再等1分鐘後
打開，效果更佳。
- 慢慢把完成品挑出，彎彎地放在碟上，放涼一會待表面變得鬆脆即可趁熱享用
- 使用塑膠勺或木勺來清理烤盤, 請勿使用尖銳或金屬器具，否則會對烤盤的不
粘表面做成損壞。

保存方法
- 儲存前請拔除插頭。
- 儲存前確保本機已冷卻並且是乾的。

清洗和護理
- 清洗前請拔下插頭。
