THIS PRODUCT IS FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY!
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be
followed to reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, and injury to
persons or property. Read all instructions before using.
1. IMPORTANT: Do not tip over. During transportation, the
incline angle of the cabinet should not be over 45°.
Do not turn the ice maker upside down, as this may damage
the compressor.
2. ONLY FRESH, CLEAN WATER CAN BE USED IN THIS
APPLIANCE. THE USE OF JUICES, MILK, SODA, AND THE
LIKE MAY DAMAGE THE UNIT.
3. Do not operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord.
4. Connect to properly polarized outlets only. No other appliance
should be plugged into the same outlet. Be sure that the plug is
fully inserted into the receptacle.
5. Do not run cord over carpeting or other heat insulators. Do not
cover the cord. Keep cord away from high trafc areas.
6. We do not recommend the use of an extension cord, as it may
overheat and cause a re.
7. Unplug the ice maker before cleaning.
8. Exercise caution and use reasonable supervision when appliance
is used near children. Do not let children operate this appliance.
9. Do not clean your ice maker with ammable uids. The fumes can
create a re hazard or explosion.
10. For indoor use only. Do not leave this appliance in places of either
extreme cold or hot temperatures.
11. Do not place the appliance near any source of heat or open ame.
12. Do not place any items on top of this appliance.
13. Never install or place the ice maker where there is a lot of
moisture or where water can splash on it.
14. Do not operate the appliance after either the side or back panels
have been removed.
15. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Call our toll-free number for replacements or returns.
16. Remove all packaging plastics and other materials from the unit
before operating.
17. Wash all removable accessories before using for the rst time.

No user-serviceable parts inside. A short cord is provided to re-
duce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a
long cord. An extension cord may be used with care; however, the
marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of this appliance. The extension cord should not be allowed
to drape over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over.

with a polarized plug, in which one prong is wider than the other.
This plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only
in one direction. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a qualied
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

HOW TO OPERATE
ON/OFF: Press to power unit on or off.
ADD WATER:
This light will turn on along with a continuous beeping sound when
the water level is too low. You will need to add water to the Water
Reservoir and press the 'ON/OFF' button to restart the Ice maker.
ICE FULL:
The red light will turn on and there will be a long continuous
beep when the ice has reached the maximum capacity of the
storage cabinet. Remove the ice; wait for a minute, and the ice
maker will start working again.
CONTROL PANEL: BEFORE USING
1. Remove all exterior and interior packaging.
2. Clean your ice maker before using. Make sure the unit is off and
unplugged from the outlet.
3. Open the cover and pour the water/vinegar mixture (2 cups water/
¼ cup vinegar) into the water reservoir.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the water level in the water reservoir is not
over the Ice Basket.
4. Close the top lid.
5. Plug the ice maker into the electrical outlet. The ice indicator will
blink green.
6. Press “ON/OFF” on the control panel to begin the ice making cycle.
7. Throw away the ice from the rst several cycles and drain the water
from the reservoir.
HOW TO OPERATE
1. The machine normally produces 9 cubes of ice with each batch.
Expect it to take 20 minutes to make the rst batch. After that, it
takes approximately 10 minutes to make each batch.
NOTE: For the rst 3 cycles, the ice may be small and irregular in size.
2. Close the lid, and plug the unit into the electrical outlet.
3. Press “ON/OFF” on the control panel to begin the ice making cycle.
IMPORTANT
• Find a location for your ice maker that is protected from direct
sunlight and other sources of heat (i.e. stove, furnace or
radiator).
• Place the ice maker on a level surface and make sure that
there is at least 8” of space between the back and sides of your
ice maker and the wall, and also 8” from the top of the unit.
• Allow the refrigerant uid to settle for several hours before
plugging in the unit, if the unit has been moved.
• The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.
4. While the icemaker is on, regularly check the “Add Water” indicator.
If the water pump can’t inject water, the ice maker will stop
automatically and the “Add Water” indicator will be on. Turn the unit
off using the “ON/OFF” button, then ll it with water right up to the
bottom of the Ice Basket. Allow 3 minutes for the refrigerant to
settle. After the refrigerant has settled, press the “ON/OFF” button
again to restart the ice making cycle.
NOTE: if no water is pumped up to the water tray over two cycles, but
there is enough water in the water tank, please unplug the
silicone stopper and let several drops of water run out.

5. When the ice basket is full, the “ICE FULL” indicator light will turn on.
At this point, you should remove some of the ice with the scoop.
6. Press “ON/OFF” button to stop the machine.
PLEASE NOTE:
• This unit is not a freezer, it will not keep the Ice frozen permanently.
The ice will eventually melt and as it melts, the internal temperature
of the unit will rise and the ice maker will begin making ice.
You have the option of removing the ice as it is once again formed
and bagging it to store inside your freezer.
• When you remove the ice basket full of ice, it is recommended that
you shake the basket over the sink to remove any excess water,
before storing the ice in the freezer.
• If the room temperature is over 100°F; the ice maker will not be able
to function and make ice properly.
*BEFORE USING YOUR ICE MAKER, IT IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED TO CLEAN IT THOROUGHLY.
1. Remove the ice basket.
2. Unplug the water drain stopper to drain out all water inside.
3. Clean the exterior and interior of the ice maker regularly with a mild
detergent solution and warm water.
4. Dry the interior and exterior with a soft cloth.
Note: Make sure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembling your
unit. Insert the water stopper back into the ice maker.
6. When the machine is not in use, unplug the water stopper to drain
water completely from water reservoir.
MOLD CAN FORM IF MOISTURE GETS TRAPPED INSIDE OF THE
UNIT. PERIODICALLY, DRAIN ALL WATER FROM THE UNIT AND DRY
THOROUGHLY BEFORE STORING.
• The ice maker should be cleaned on a regular basis.(See PAGE 7).
• It is necessary to have an adequate ventilation space around the
ice maker in order to sustain proper performance, dissipation of
heat, maintain efciency, and low power consumption.
• To attain proper performance, be sure to plug the appliance into a
properly grounded 110/60Hz outlet.
• To avoid heat damage to the power cord, please ensure that it does
not come in proximity or in direct contact with the compressor of the
ice maker.
• Please avoid installing the ice maker in a location where the
appliance will come in contact with water or moisture, to minimize
the buildup of rust on the metal parts.

Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material
and workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace,
at its option, defective parts at no charge, provided the
product is returned, freight prepaid with proof of
purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2-4 weeks for return shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse,
abuse or neglect on part of the owner.
Warranty is also invalid in any case that the
product is taken apart or serviced by an
unauthorized service station.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights
and they may vary from state to state.
