WARNINGS:
• Be careful when opening the lid immediately aer the water
has boiled; the steam coming out of the kele is very hot.
• DO NOT use the kele to heat anything other than water.
• DO NOT ll the kele beyond the maximum level. If the kele
is overlled, boiling water may be ejected and cause injury.
• DO NOT operate the kele if water is below the minimum
level.
• DO NOT ll the kele when it’s posioned on the power
base. Dry any water on the boom of the kele before
placing it onto the power base.
• This kele is only to be used with the power base provided.
• DO NOT use this appliance within reach of a bath or a sink or
any vessel containing water or liquids.
• Close the lid unl a click is heard so that steam is directed
away from the handle.
• Never open the lid while the water is boiling.
Ne: This kele is equipped with boil-dry protecon. It will
automacally switch o if it is accidentally switched on
when there is no water in it.

USING THE KETTLE
Before rst use, follow the direcons below to bring fresh water to a boil.
Pour out the hot water and thoroughly rinse the kele. It is now ready for
use.
1. Make sure the kele is OFF and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove the kele from the power base.
3. Press the lid release buon to open the lid and ll the kele with the
desired amount of fresh water (between MIN and MAX on gauge).
4. Close the lid and place the kele on the power base.
5. Plug the power base into an electrical outlet and push down the power
switch. The light will come on to indicate the kele is heang.
6. When the water comes to a boil, the kele will automacally switch OFF.
7. Use care when pouring hot water.
1. Turn o and unplug the kele.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Li the lter out of the kele. Wash it with clean water and replace.
4. DO NOT use abrasive brushes or pads, or harsh cleaning soluons.
5. Wipe the exterior of the kele with a damp cloth, as needed.
6. Over me, hard water may cause calcium deposits in the kele. To clean
these deposits from the the kele:
A. Fill the kele with 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water to cover
deposits. Let the vinegar soluon sit for at least 1 hour.
B. Empty the soluon from the kele. Wipe o any remaining
deposits with a damp cloth.
C. Fill the kele with clean water, bring to boil and then discard the
water.
D. Repeat this process as needed.
7. DO NOT immerse any cord, plug or electrical appliance into water.
8. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly before reassembling and using
this appliance.

WARRANTY
Ginny’s warrants this product free from defects in material and
workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, Ginny’s will repair or replace, at its opon,
defecve parts at no charge provided the product is returned freight
prepaid with proof of purchase to Ginny’s. Allow 2–4 weeks for return
shipping.
This warranty does not cover improper installaon, misuse, abuse or neglect
on part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is
taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service staon.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and they may vary from
state to state.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND
CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE
