BATTERY PROTECTION:
1) Select the function by pressing the key .
2) Set the car battery protection level during coolbox operation by means of the keys .
- 10,6 V
- 10 V
- minimum protection (Warning: this setting may run your car battery flat)
3) Confirm the entry by pressing the middle key.
PROGRAMMABLE SWITCHING ON FUNCTION:
1) Select the function by pressing the key .
2) Set the timer with the number of hours to go before start through the keys .
3) Confirm the entry by pressing the middle key.
ALARM INDICATIONS:
1) Battery down (car battery threshold trip)
2) The fan does not operate properly or is blocked by a foreign body
3) The Peltier member does not operate properly
In the event of an alarm, press the middle key to actuate the RESET function;

6 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Warning!
Before cleaning the electrobox, disconnect the power cable from the mains socket or the cigarette lighter socket.
• Caution!
Never clean the appliance under running water.
• Do not use corrosive detergents or rough objects for cleaning purposes.
• Clean the coolbox inside and outside from time to time with a wet cloth.
• Protect the cooling lid from penetrating liquids, sand or dust.
7 TROUBLE-SHOOTING
The coolbox does not operate and the
display unit does not go on (if connected to
the cigarette lighter socket).
PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
The coolbox does not operate when it is
connected to the 230 V household mains,
and the display unit does not go on.
The fan turns but the coolbox does not
cool.
Water forms inside the coolbox during
operation.
The vehicle cigarette lighter does not
receive voltage.
Ventilation slots are partly or thoroughly
obstructed.
The coolbox has been operating for a
long time, which causes the formation of
condensate.
Battery low: immediate actuation of the
automatic lock-out device provided for this
model.
In many motor vehicles, switching on
the dashboard is required to operate the
cigarette lighter.
The cigarette lighter socket fuse is blown.
The built-in power feeder is faulty.
Replace the fuse (fig.3) with another one
equal in type. Read the technical rating
printed on the fuse.
The vehicle fuse is blown.
The AC power cable is faulty.
Replace the fuse according to the instruc-
tions provided by the vehicle user’s manual.
Replace the cable with a new original one.
Check both internal and external ventilation
slots. Move the coolbox to a place where it
can be more ventilated.
Dry up excess water with a cloth, ensuring
that the coolbox is disconnected.
Wait a few hours before switching it on
again.
Start the car engine or unplug the coolbox
from the cigarette lighter socket.
