Stabilizing Trailer Quick Stand

WARNING:
Improper or careless use of this product might result in death or serious personal
injuries sustained by the operator and bystanders
• Failure to read and understand this manual before using or servicing a trailer
stabilizing stand is misuse. Any person who will use or maintain this product must
be familiar with all instructions and warning in this manual.
• DO NOT perform maintenance on or repair a loaded (in use) trailer stabilizing stand.
• DO NOT use this product unless all labels are in place and legible.
• DO NOT use a stabilizing stand if it is damaged in any way.
• ONLY use the stabilizing stand on compact, level surfaces (i.e. concrete) that are
even and level. This product will not stabilize trailers parked on enever or sloped
ground.
• ONLY Qualified maintenance personnel should maintain and repair this product.
• DO NOT modify a trailer stabilizing stand in any way.

Stabilizing Trailer Quick Stand
Specications
Instructions
The Stabilizing Trailer Quick Stand is intended
to be used to support the end of a semitrailer
when the cab is disconnected from the trailer.
The trailer must be located on a at, stable
surface.
Do not lift loads using the stabilizing stand.
Only use the stabilizing stand with static loads.
Before use:
• The jack must be entirely and stably
supported before loading.
• The trailer wheels must be properly
immobilized to resist creep or roll.
• The surface on which the stand will be
used must be even, level, and compacted
to prevent the jack from sinking into the
ground.
• Conrm the underside of the trailer is sound
where the stand will contact it. If the point of
contact is not secure, the jack might break
the trailer.
• DO NOT EXCEED THE LOAD RATINGS.
Secure and chock wheel
of trailer.
Place the stand in the
center of the stabilizing
stand.
Place light weight on foot
stand. Rotate the han-
dle counter clockwise to
disengage the pin and
allow the stand height to
change.
Allow the stand to rise
to the height of the
trailer. Replace the pin
in the nearest hole. The
trailer is now stabilized.
To remove the stand,
remove the pin and press
down on the foot stand
to lower the stand. Once
stand is lowered, replace
pin. Pull and roll the stand
out of the way before mov-
ing the trailer.

Maintenance
Inspect the following BEFORE EACH USE:
• Visible damage to the screw, base, loading pin, or screw hubs
• Free movement of the top surface
• Inspect the base and area for oil leaks
Inspect the following MONTHLY
• Screw Threads - All screws should be secured and all nuts should be tightened.
• Lifting/Lowering mechanism - Mechanism should operate smoothly.
• Quick Stand Frame - Examine the frame for cracked welds and metal fatigue
• Wheels, Axels, and, Wheel Bearings- Inspect for losseness, excessive wear, or
damage. Check alighment
• Handle Grips - Ensure grips are not damaged, loose, or missing.
• Labels - The stand should be labled at all times. Replace any table that is damaged
or not easily readable.
Periodically inspect and clean labels to maintain legibility. Replace any label that is
damaged or not easily readable.
