4Do not use this apparatus near water.

8Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or
grounding-type plug: a polarized plug has two blades
with one wider than the other.
A grounding type plug has two blades and a third
grounding prong.
The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your
safety.
If the provided plug does not t into your outlet,
consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete
outlet.
• Do not expose this apparatus to drips or splashes.
• Do not place any objects filled with liquids, such as
vases, on the apparatus.
• Do not install this apparatus in a confined space such
as a book case or similar unit.
• The apparatus draws nominal non-operating power
from the AC outlet with its POWER or STANDBY/ON switch
not in the ON position.
• The apparatus should be located close enough to the
AC outlet so that you can easily grasp the power cord
plug at any time.
• The main plug is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
• If the product uses batteries (including a battery pack
or installed batteries), they should not be exposed to
sunshine, fire or excessive heat.
• Caution should be taken when using earphones or
headphones with the product because excessive sound
pressure (volume) from earphones or head- phones can
cause hearing loss.
9Protect the power cord from being walked on or
pinched particularly at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.
10 Only use attachments/accessories specied by the
manufacturer.
11 Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or
table specied by the manufacturer, or sold with the
apparatus.
When a cart is used, use caution when moving the
cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-
over.
12 Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or
when unused for long periods of time.
13 Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel
only.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has been
damaged in any way (such as when the power cord or
plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects
have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been
exposed to rain or moisture) and in any case when the
apparatus does not operate normally or has been
dropped.

The Gold Note proprietary Dual Chokes Design
perfectly lters the signal voltages in order to
eliminate all the possible electrical pollution
coming from the AC power system.
The PSU-10 uses its massive power supply to shield
the PH-10 phono stage from electro-magnetic
interferences thus insulating it effectively from the
AC power system.
The large, ultra-clean power enhances super low
noise, greater dynamic, better resolution and ner
details for a more realistic high-end audio
performance and pure audio pleasure.
PSU-10 has been engineered with the best quality
audio-grade components to enhance the
performance of PH-10 and improve even further
your system: with the dedicated external power
supply you will get the very best music experience
out of your LPs.
For PSU-10 we have chosen a dual choke design
powered by a double inductor driving the negative
and positive high current stages and featuring and
inductive lter on the analogue stage.
The PSU-10 can deliver high quality power using 4
transformers 3 of which are dedicated exclusively
to the pure power supply and with 1 separated
transformer dedicated to the inductive lter and
the two chokes.
The PSU-10 is a super inductive & chokes power supply designed exclusively for the PH-10 phono stage.

QUICK START
1 - turn OFF the MASTER SWITCH on PH-10
2 - turn OFF the MASTER SWITCH on PSU-10
If you need to turn OFF the MASTER SWITCH of the PSU-10:
PSU-10 is designed to work in "slave mode" with PH-10 so you only need to turn the MASTER SWITCH ON and
the PSU-10 will be controlled by PH-10.
Every time PH-10 goes into STANDBY (the unit is OFF with the LED ON) the PSU-10 will do the same and you
don't need to turn the MASTER SWITCH OFF.

Installing the PSU-10 is simple and takes only a few simple steps:
1 - Turn OFF the MASTER SWITCH on the PH-10 and remove the AC power cord
2 - Connect the PSU-10 to the AC power outlet using the supplied power cord
3 - Connect the PSU-10 to the PH-10 using the supplied cable (from PSU OUT on PSU-10 to the PSU port on
PH-10)
4 - Turn on the MASTER SWITCH on the rear panel of the PSU-10 and then on PH-10
IMPORTANT!
In order to use the PSU-10 you will need to update the rmware of your PH-10.

CORRECT PLACEMENT OF PSU-10
To achieve the best performance DON'T place the PSU-10 on TOP of the PH-10.
The correct placement of the PSU-10 is on the LEFT SIDE of PH-10 and at a reasonable distance.
Avoid placing the PSU-10 too close to the PH-10 if possible.
