1. Connect the Tubes:
In the Package Box 1 and 2 you nd 45x45mm Tubes
6 x 150 cm = 4ft 11in = Label E
6 x 125 cm = 4ft 1in = Label A
2 x 120,5 = 3ft 11in = Label B
2 x 111 cm = 3ft 7in= Label C
2 x 130 cm = 4ft 3in = Label D
also you have
7 Flat Prole Steel connectors to connect the Tubes together.
You rst connect this Tubes with the Tube Connectors!
So you have tubes of the below sizes ready to install.
You can see on the Sketch on Sketch Pages later in this docuiment where the Tubes are Finaly
located
3 x 300 cm / 9ft 10in = 150 cm + 150 cm Tubes = Use Tube E+E
2 x 250 cm / 8ft 2in = 125 cm + 125 cm Tubes = Use Tube A + A
2 x 245,5 cm / 8ft 1in = 125 x 120,5 cm Tubes = Use Tube A + B
2 x 130 cm / 4ft 3in = 130 cm Tube = Tube D
2 x 111 cm / 3ft 7in = 111 cm Tube = Tube C
Now you are ready to build the GSK Golf Box.

2. Sidewall Setup:
Build this 2 Times for 2 Sidewalls:
Build the Sidewalls as shown with the 90° Angle connec-
tors attached in each corner, as shown in the picture.
Reference on the Sketch Side View, how it nally should
look.
It does not matter how you install the 90° Angle Connec-
tors, inside or outside facing.
The distance on the top side to side is 120 cm / 3ft 11in
The distance on the ooor side to side is 130 cm / 4ft 3in
You need following Tubes:
1 x 250 cm = 8ft 2in
1 x 245,5 cm = 8ft 1in
1 x 111 cm = 3ft 7in
1 x 130 cm = 4ft 3in
4 x 90° Connectors plus Screws
Please see the pictures and Sketch how to connect the 2
Sidewalls Bars to each other.

Please use now the delivered Velcro Tape and stick it as in the picure on the Sidewalls please see
the Sketch and the Pictures for your Reference.

Now lift the sidewalls and connect with one 300 cm / 9ft 10in Tube on the Floor with both Side-
walls as Shown in the 3 D Sketch Plan, and connect it with the 2 Angle Connector, the Angle
Connectors should mounted parallel to the Floor, as in the Picture below.
The Sides with the Velcro must face inside the Box
The Sidewalls should now stand themselves.

TOP Tubes Mount:
Put 2 x 300 cm / 9ft 10in Tube on the Top of the Box and Connect this as well with Angle Con-
nectors to the side walls.
See the Pictures and the Sketch 3D for Reference how the Tubes should be mounted.
Put Velcro Tape on the Top Tubes
Both Top Tubes Facing inside = Down to the Floor for 291 cm with Velcro
Back Tube where the Screen is mounted - Side Facing to ceiling for 300 cm with Velcro

Fabric Install
Sidewalls:
There are 2 Sidewalls, each dedicated to its own side.
Use the Velcro to put the Fabric on to the Sidewalls, start from the top and then stretch it out
downwards.
The “Flausch” Velcro facing inside the Box has to be on the side where the Screen is mounted.
Repeat that on the second side as well.

Impact Screen NEW Version 2020 (within the EU from July 2019)
VELCRO on the LEFT and RIGHT POLE - facing away from the Player on the Back the Vel-
cro Hookband to the Alumium
So you can x the Sides of the Impact Screen to the Frame
Top / Upper Side:
Use the Hammerscrews approx 25mm Long, and 8 mm NUT, for the Fixed mount of the Impact
Screen on the Top Bar. Hammerscrew through the Eyelet and mounting with the Nut.
The Postion of the Screen is direclty full width of the Box, as you see in the Picture Below.
Stretch then the screen and screw it on the Top Bar, so it is on Top as Flat as Possible.
Left / Right Sides:
Now velcro the Sides to the left and right Poles that already have the Loop Velcro on the Alumini-
um Tubes. Start from the Top and End up at the Bottom to have perfect Flat Screen.
Lower Latch:
Now Connect with the Black Fast Fix and through the Eyelets - the Screen and the Sidewalls so
the Lower Latch of the Screen stays in Place. (Pic 1 on this page)

Roof
Now Install the Roof, the Latch must face towards the Impact Screen.
The Latch must be velcroed to the Roof before Putting it on the Poles.
See the pictures for an detailed install of the screen.
The Roof latches should prevent high Shots from hitting the top post and/or leaving the box itself.

Screen will be screwed xed to Top Bar with Hammerscrews and Screw Nut
On the left and Right POSTS use VELCRO HOOKBAND to x the Screen to the Sides.
Position the Screen (width of Box - 2 cm) centered full width of the Box .
