Waarschuwingen en veiligheidsinstructies
Let erop dat het verpakkingsmateriaal niet in handen komt van kinderen. Zij kunnen erin stikken!
Lees voor gebruik de gebruiksaanwijzing nauwkeurig door en bewaar deze zorgvuldig!
• Dit product is enkel voor privégebruik bestemd. Commercieel of professioneel gebruik doet de
garantie teniet. De leverancier kan niet aansprakelijk gehouden worden wanneer het product
gebruikt wordt voor iets anders dan aangegeven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing.
• Het wordt aanbevolen om het in het begin 5 minuten te gebruiken, en nadat de
• nek zich heeft aanpast, de gebruikstijd in te stellen naar je persoonlijk comfort en behoeften.
• Dring aan op dagelijks gebruik. In het begin is het aanbevolen om 2 tot 3 keer per dag te gebruiken
gedurende 10-30 minuten per keer. Het is normaal dat sommige mensen ongemak ervaren tijdens het
eerste gebruik. Dit is een correctief reset proces.
• Wanneer het verwarmingskussen niet goed functioneert, gevallen of beschadigd is, gebruik het dan
niet langer.
• Haal het product niet uit elkaar, repareer en herstel het product niet.
• Laat het verwarmingskussen nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer het aangesloten is op stroom. Als je het
product niet gebruikt, zet het product dan uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
• Trek niet aan het snoer om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen.
• Verplaats het verwarmingskussen niet door aan het snoer te trekken en draai het snoer niet.
• Controleer zowel netsnoer als stekker regelmatig op tekenen van schade of slijtage. Als hier sprake
van is, laat reparaties enkel uitvoeren door gekwaliceerde professionals.
• Blijf wakker tijdens gebruik van het product.
• Dit product is niet geschikt voor kinderen en moet buiten bereik van kinderen gehouden worden.
• Wanneer je zwanger bent, maak geen gebruik van het verwarmingskussen.
• Maak geen gebruik van het verwarmingskussen wanneer je lijdt aan de volgende
gezondheidsproblemen: gevoeligheid voor warmte, bloedcirculatieproblemen, spataders, koorts,
bloeduitstortingen of blauwe plekken, wonden of andere huidbeschadigingen, huidirritatie,
ontstekingen aan spieren of pezen of enig letsel.
• Raadpleeg een arts voordat je het verwarmingskussen gebruikt als je een pacemaker, kunstmatige
gewrichten, nekallergieën, ongeïdenticeerde huidknobbels of elektronische implantanten hebt,
onverklaarbare pijn hebt of een medische behandeling ondergaat.
• Wanneer je pijn of ongemak ervaart tijdens gebruik van het product, stop dan onmiddellijk met
gebruik en raadpleeg een arts.
• Reiniging van het product: zorg voor het reinigen dat het verwarmingskussen niet aangesloten is op
stroom. Reinig het met een lichtvochtig doekje en droog daarna grondig met een theedoek. In geen
geval mag het verwarmingskussen op stroom aangesloten worden voordat het volledig droog is.
• Dek het verwarmingskussen niet af als het aanstaat. Leg nooit een deken of kussen ertegenaan. Dit
kan tot brandgevaar, een elektrische schok, persoonlijk letsel of schade aan het product leiden.
• Gebruik geen olie of lotion op de huid voor of tijdens gebruik van het verwarmingskussen.
• Zorg ervoor dat het verwarmingskussen niet nat wordt en gebruik enkel wanneer het droog is.
• Laat het verwarmingskussen niet in contact komen met vloeistof dan ook.
• Houd het verwarmingskussen uit de buurt van vocht, hitte en ruimtes waar de temperatuur hoog is.
• Raak het verwarmingskussen niet met natte of vochtige handen aan.
• Gebruik het verwarmingskussen niet vlak voor het slapen omdat het door de stimulatie moeilijk kan
worden om in slaap te vallen.

Gebruik
Verwarmingskussen installatie
Plaats het verwarmingskussen op
de onderkant van de nekstretcher
in de richting van de achterste rand.
Sluit de USB-kabel aan op de USB-
adapter, powerbank, of PC.
(De USB-adapter is inbegrepen)
(5V=1A lader/DC USB-ingang)
Strek het verwarmingskussen via
de onderzijde van de nekstretcher
naar het midden en plak het
klittenband vast. (Zorg ervoor
dat het verwarmingskussen op de
halswervelkolom ligt)
Sluit de USB-kabel aan
op de aansluiting van het
verwarmingskussen.

te schakelen en druk
vervolgens nogmaals om
de temperatuur aan te
passen.
• Het bedieningspaneel voor het warmte element heeft drie temperatuuropties.
De temperatuur gaat van laag (15 °C) naar gemiddeld (30 °C) en vervolgens naar hoog
(60 °C).
• Het heeft de functie om na een bepaalde tijd op de gemiddelde en hoge temperatuur over
te schakelen naar een lagere temperatuur. Het warmte element schakelt automatisch uit
na 180 minuten.
1. Na gebruik van 30 minuten van de hoge temperatuur, zal het automatisch overgaan
naar de gemiddelde temperatuur.
2. Na gebruik van 60 minuten van de gemiddelde temperatuur, zal het automatisch
overgaan naar de lage temperatuur.
Bijvoorbeeld:
1. Na gebruik van 30 minuten van de hoge temperatuur of na 60 minuten van de
gemiddelde temperatuur, zal het automatisch overgaan naar de lage temperatuur voor
90 minuten en na deze tijd wordt het warmte element automatisch uitgeschakeld.
2. Na gebruik van 60 minuten van gemiddelde temperatuur, zal het automatisch overgaan
naar de lage temperatuur voor 120 minuten en na deze tijd wordt het warmte element
automatisch uitgeschakeld.
3. Na gebruik van 180 minuten van de lage temperatuur, zal het warmte element
automatisch worden uitgeschakeld.

• Haal het product uit de USB-kabel voordat je het schoonmaakt.
• Gebruik een zachte, vochtige doek en niet-schurende schoonmaakmiddelen.
• Dompel het verwarmingskussen niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen en houd het uit de
buurt van oplosmiddelen en agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen.
• Bewaar het verwarmingskussen op een droge, schone plek. Bewaar het verwarmingskussen
niet in extreem hoge of lage temperaturen.

Verwarmingskussen werkt niet Controleer of alle kabels correct aangesloten zijn en/of de
stekker in het stopcontact zit.
Het verwarmingskussen slaat
tijdens het gebruik uit
Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen is het verwarmingskussen
zo ingesteld dat het automatisch stopt na 180 minuten.
Controleer of de stekker nog in het stopcontact zit en
de kabels goed aangesloten zijn. Als het bovenstaande
niet werkt: schakel het verwarmingskussen uit en wacht
een uur zodat het kan afkoelen. Het verwarmingskussen
schakelt automatisch uit bij oververhitting. Als het
verwarmingskussen blijft uitschakelen, gebruik het dan
niet en contacteer voor advies.

Warnings and Safety Instructions
Please make sure the packaging material does not get into the hands of children. They may suffocate!
Read the operating instructions carefully before use and keep them in a safe place!
• This product is for private use only. Commercial or professional use voids the warranty. The supplier
cannot be held liable if the product is used for anything other than as indicated in these instructions.
• It is recommended to use it for 5 minutes at rst, and after the
• neck has adjusted, adjust the usage time according to your personal comfort and needs.
• Insist on daily use. In the beginning, it is recommended to use 2-3 times a day for 10-30 minutes at a
time. It is normal for some people to experience discomfort
• during initial use. This is a corrective reset process.
• If the heating pad is malfunctioning, dropped or damaged, do not use it any longer.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or restore the product.
• Never leave the heating pad unattended when connected to power. When you are not using the
product, turn the product off and unplug it.
• Do not pull the cord to unplug it.
• Do not move the heating pad by pulling the cord or twist the cord.
• Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear. If there are, have repairs done
only by qualied professionals.
• Stay awake while using the product.
• This product is not suitable for children and should be kept out of children’s reach.
• If you are pregnant, do not use the heating pad.
• Do not use the heating pad if you suffer from the following health problems: sensitivity to heat, blood
circulation problems, varicose veins, fever, bruises or bruises, wounds or other skin damage, skin
irritation, inammation of muscles or tendons or any injury.
• Consult a doctor before using the heating pad if you have a pacemaker, articial joints, neck allergies,
unidentied skin lumps or electronic implants, unexplained pain, or are undergoing medical treatment.
• If you experience pain or discomfort while using the product, discontinue use immediately and consult
a physician.
• Product cleaning: before cleaning, make sure the heating pad is not connected to electricity. Clean it
with a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly with a tea towel. Under no circumstances should
the heating pad be connected to power before it is completely dry.
• Do not cover the heating pad when it is on. Never place a blanket or pillow against it. This may cause a
re hazard, electric shock, personal injury, or damage to the product.
• Do not use oil or lotion on the skin before or while using the heating pad.
• Do not allow the heating pad to get wet and use only when dry.
• Do not allow the heating pad to come into contact with any liquid.
• Keep the heating pad away from moisture, heat, and areas where the temperature is high.
• Do not touch the heating pad with wet or damp hands.
• Do not use the heating pad just before sleeping because the stimulation may make it difcult to fall
asleep.

Operating Instructions
Heating pad installation
Lie on your back and relax
your body
Bend your knees 90 degrees and place
both hands next to your head
Place the Neckstretcher
under your neck
Stay relaxed for 8 to 10
minutes
Place the heating pad on the
bottom of the neck stretcher
toward the back edge.
Connect the USB cable to the USB
adapter, power bank, or PC.
(The USB adapter is included)

Stretch the heating pad through the
bottom of the neck stretcher to the
center and stick the Velcro.
(Make sure the heating pad lies on the
cervical spine)
Connect the USB cable to the
connector of the heating pad.

Control panel
• The control panel for the heat element has three temperature options. The temperature
goes from low (15 °C) to medium (30 °C) and then to high (60°C).
• It has the function to switch to a lower temperature after a certain time at the medium
and high temperature. The heat element automatically turns off after 180 minutes.
1. After using 30 minutes of high temperature, it will automatically switch to medium
temperature.
2. After using 60 minutes of the medium temperature, it will automatically switch to the
low temperature.
For example:
1. After using 30 minutes of the high temperature or after 60 minutes of the medium
temperature, it will automatically switch to the low temperature for 90 minutes and after
this time, the heat element will automatically turn off.
2. After using 60 minutes of medium temperature, it will automatically switch to low
temperature for 120 minutes and after this time, the heat element will be automatically
turned off.
3. After using 180 minutes of low temperature, the heat element will automatically turn off.

• Unplug the product from the USB cable before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaning agents.
• Do not immerse the heating pad in water or other liquids and keep it away from solvents and
harsh cleaning agents.
• Store the heating pad in a dry, clean place. Do not store the heating pad in extremely high or
low temperatures.

Heating pad does not work Check that all cables are properly connected and/or
plugged in.
The heating pad turns off during
use
For safety reasons, the heating pad is set to stop
automatically after 180 minutes. Check that the plug is
still in the socket and the cables are properly connected.
If the above does not work: turn off the heating pad and
wait one hour for it to cool down. The heating pad turns
off automatically if it overheats. If the heating pad keeps
turning off, do not use it and contact for advice.
