Hooking Up
- - - - X
This part is critical . If there
are 2 of you please double
check each other. You MUST have
the towball handle down and pin
placed in. If you cant place
the pin in, it's not properly
down. Wind up or adjust so it
drops onto the ball correctly.
Plug the trailer lights in and
test. Make sure jockey wheel is
up and gas is OFF. Place
jockey wheel handle on top of
drawbar not hanging down towards the road. It will catch and bend on
driveways if it is. When unhitching please ensure the wheel chocks are
in place to prevent the GoPod for rolling away from you. It is
important that chocks are used every time you are unhitched even if
the ground looks flat. Remove them once you are hooked back up again.

start gas flow. While gas knob is
pushed and turned press the clicker.
It might take quite a few goes to
get it alight. Check out this you

valves off after use. Always turn
gas off for travel.

The Engel Fridge
- - - - X
The Engel fridge is a 30 liter and
very efficient. Have it set to 4c
for refrigeration and to prevent
your salads from being frozen. The
fridge will run on 12v power from
the battery or if you are plugged
into mains power it will run on
240v. Keep the lid latch latched to
keep the cool air in.
Using the Awning
- - - - X
The awning is simple to use. Watch
this video. Please use the guide
ropes to secure the poles and pack
away if windy. If its raining, pack
away or drop one leg down lower than
the awning mount on the GoPod to
drain it away from the door or it
can run inside.

GoPod Power
- - - - X
GoPod 91 is fitted both 12v and 240v. The 12v is a battery supply and
the battery is charged by a battery charger powered by solar or 240v.
When you get your GoPod you have about 24 hours to get your GoPod
charging by either means. If you are free camping plug your solar
blanket in during the day to keep the battery charged or if you are at
a caravan park you will want to plug into the 15amp power. If you
happen to be at home, we recommend using the 10amp adaptor as you will
not be able to plug in your 15amp lead into your home. The 15amp to
10amp adaptor is located in the toolbox.
