Base Cabinet Assembly Instructions

TOOLS/MATERIALS NEEDED HARDWARE

1. Apply glue to inside of face frame
2. Insert side panels from the end of face frame

3. INSERT BOTTOM PANEL BETWEEN LEFT & RIGHT SIDE PANELS
4. Secure each SIDE panel with bracket and ½” screw

5. ATTACH TOE KICK PANEL WITH BRACKET AND ½” SCREW

6. Attach back panel
7. FASTEN back panel with (2)- 1” screwS AT BOTTOM OF CABINET

9. Insert top frame boards
8. APPLY GLUE TO INSIDE TOP FRAME
10. FASTEN TOP FRAME BOARDS TO BACK PANEL USING (2)- 1” SCREWS

11. Attach corner braces with ½” screws
12. Insert soft close door hinges and fasten with 5/8” screws

13. Apply corner bumpers to inside door
14. Attach door to frame using ¾” round head screw

15. Insert shelf clips to side panels
16. PLACE SHELF ONTO SHELF CLIPS

1. Insert back of drawer to one side
lining up dovetail joints
repeat for other side of drawer
2. Use a rubber mallet to gently secure

3. Insert drawer bottom into grooves
4. Attach drawer front

5. Fasten drawer slide bracket with (2) ½” screws
6. Insert drawer slide rail into bracket

7. Fasten slide rail to front of frame with (1) 5/8” screw
repeat for other side
8. Attach drawer clips to bottom front of drawer box
with (2) 5/8” screws

9. Place drawer onto slide rails
10. Lock slide rail into drawer clips

11. Apply corner bumpers to inside drawer
