LP Gas grill modelsaredesignedforuse witha
standard20lb.LiquidPropane Gas (LPGas) tank,
notincluded withgrill. Never connectyourgasgrillto
an LPGastank thatexceedsthiscapacity.Atankof
approximately12inchesindiameterby18-1/2inches
highisthe maximumsizeLP Gas tanktouse. You
mustusean "OPD" gastankwhichoffers alisted
Overfill Prevention Device. Thissafetyfeature
preventstank frombeingoverfilled whichcan cause
malfunctionofLPGastank,regulatorand/orgrill.
Never connectan unregulated LPgastanktoyour
gasgrill.The gasregulatorassemblysuppliedwith
yourgasgrillisadjustedtohave anoutletpressure
of11"watercolumn(W.C.)forconnectiontoan LP
gastank.Onlyuse theregulatorandhose assembly
suppliedwithyourgas grill. Replacementregulators
and hose assembliesmustbethose specifiedby
the Manufacturer.
HaveyourLPGasdealercheckthe release valve
afterevery fillingtoensure itremainsfreeofdefects.
AlwayskeepLPGastankinuprightposition.
Do notsubjecttheLP Gastank toexcessiveheat.
NeverstoreanLPGas tankindoors. Ifyoustore
yourgasgrill inthe garage always disconnectthe
LPGastankfirstandstoreitsafelyoutside.
LP Gastanksmustbestoredoutdoors inawell-
ventilatedareaandoutofthereachofchildren.
DisconnectedLPGas tanksmustnotbestoredina
building,garageoranyotherenclosedarea.
Theregulatorand hoseassemblycanbeseenafter
openingthe doors (ifapplicable)and mustbe
inspectedbeforeeach use ofthegrill.Ifthereis
excessiveabrasion orwearorifthehose iscut,it
mustbereplacedpriortousing the grillagain.
Never lightyourgas grillwiththelidclosedor
beforecheckingtoensurethe burnertubesarefully
seatedoverthe gas valveorifices.
Never allow childrentooperateyourgrill.Do not
allow children orpetstoplaynearyourgrill.
The LPGastankmustbeconstructedand marked
inaccordancewiththeSpecificationsforLP-Gas
Cylindersofthe U.S.DepartmentofTransportation
(D.O.T.)ortheNationalStandardofCanada,CAN/
CSA-B339,Cylinders,SpheresandTubesfor
Transportation ofDangerousGoods;and
Commission,asapplicable.
The LPGastank musthaveashutoff valve,
terminatinginan LPGas supplytankvalveoutlet,
thatiscompatiblewithaType1tank connection
device.TheLP Gastank mustalsohaveasafety
reliefdevice thathasadirectconnectionwiththe
vaporspace ofthetank.
The tank supplysystemmustbearrangedforvapor
withdrawal.
TheLPGas tankusedmusthaveacollar
toprotectthetankvalve.

Do notstoreaspareLP-Gas tank underornear
thisappliance.
Neverfillthetankbeyond80percentfull; and
Iftheinformation in"(a)"and "(b)" isnotfollowed
exactly,afirecausing deathorseriousinjurymay
occur.
