It is important for your safety that you read all instructions before using this appliance. Always exercise basic safety
precautions, including the following:
1. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this operation manual.
2. The Nacho Warming Station must be properly installed before using it. Follow the installation and precautions
carefully.
3. Only connect to a electrical outlet with the correct electrical supply and proper grounding to reduce the risk of shock
and fire. Do not cut or remove the grounding pin. If you do not have a three-prong electric receptacle outlet available,
have a certified electrician install a proper outlet. DO NOT use a wall receptacle that is not properly grounded.
4. DO NOT abuse cord by pulling it from the wall. Always grasp the plug firmly and pull straight out from the outlet.
Immediately replace worn power cords, loose plugs and power outlets. If the supply cord is damaged, contact the
manufacturer or its service agent or a qualified repair service .

Shipper Inspection
Upon receiving this piece of equipment immediately inspect outer shipping container for damage. Report any damage to
outer box to carrier. Unpack the Nacho Warmer and inspect for damage. Report damage to carrier and manufacturer.
Check box to insure all pieces are included. Read the warranty information included in this booklet for RMA instructions.
Proper Location
The Nacho Warmer is a freestanding design for use on a stable counter or table top. It should not be placed in a built-in
or recessed area. It should not be place on cloth or leather material. To ensure that your Nacho Warmer works to the
maximum efficiency it was designed for, keep it in a location where there is proper air circulation and proper electrical
outlets. Choose a location where the Nacho Warmer will be at least 10” away from other equipment and will not be
exposed to direct sunlight. The Nacho Warmer is designed for indoor use only. It should not be operated in a damp or
wet environment. It should not be placed near sinks, swimming pools, showers or hot tubs/jacuzzi.

It is Recommended that you allow 12” above Nacho Warmer for easy loading. Allow a minimum of 5” on each side of
unit.

Operating Instructions
Model: Voltage: AC 120V-60Hz Wattage 150GNP Nacho Chip Warming Station
Use only NEC section 210-52 duplex receptacle rated at a minimum of 15 amps, properly grounded. Make
sure this appliance does not exceed circuit load recommendation when paired with other appliances.
Always avoid using an extension cord because of potential safety hazards in certain conditions. If it is
necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug with
No. 14 AWG minimum size wire and rated not less than 15A / 125V. Never cover cord with any material or
carpet, rugs, cloth or paper. Keep cord out of traffic area. keep children away from electrical appliances and
outlets. Do not allow pets or animals to chew on cords. If cord is damaged in any way discontinue use
immediately. Unplug this unit before cleaning or repair. Only authorized service personnel should open panels
or replace parts. Use only OEM replacement parts. For more information contact

Electrical Requirements
The Nacho Warming Station is a top loading appliance. Remove the easy to use plastic lid for filling. We suggest you
keep the warming unit at least 2/3 full for the most pleasing look. Refrain from pouring chips from bag or box to avoid
chip breakage and pouring in crushed chips and crumbs caused by manufacturing and shipping. Filling is best
accomplished by hand. We recommend you wash your hands with soap and water and use rubber food safe gloves to
handle chips. Gently transfer chips from bag or box to Nacho Warmer by cupping both hands and scooping up chips
and setting them into the unit. At least once a day turn unit off and allow 15 minutes to cool, clean crumbs and broken
chip from unit. Scrape crumbs across holes located on floor of unit. Remove and empty maids drawer. Be sure to replace
drawer before resuming operation.
Plug in and turn unit on. Heating strips in the bottom panel will keep chips warm and ready to serve. The mini flood lamp
located in upper corner provides a bright pleasing appetizing look to fresh nacho chips. The heat from the lamp adds to
the warming of the chips and keeps the air dry to prolong freshness of chips.
Abide by local food handling regulations. Serve chips from back fold down door using the scoop provided with this unit.
Keep door shut when not serving to keep chips warm and fresh. Do not allow children or un-informed person in or
around this unit. Avoid touching bottom or floor of this unit while in operation. It may be hot.
Do not use appliance for anything other than the indicated usage.
Cleaning
Before cleaning this unit unplug from electrical outlet and allow unit to cool for at least 15 minutes. Do not use abrasive
cleaning agents, steel wool or abrasive cleaning pads on stainless steel surface. Do not use Abrasive cleaning agents,
steel wool or abrasive cleaning pads on printed graphics on door and on glass panels. Do not submerge unit in water or
spray water into unit. Use only brush or plastic scraper to move crumbs and food debris from unit floor.
Clean unit using mild food safe dish soap. Rinse with a water dampened sponge. Clean glass with a food safe glass
cleaner.
Dry with soft towel. Allow Nacho Warming Station to thoroughly dry before loading chips. Plug in and switch to on.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Customer service and product support are available on-
line at www.greatnorthernpopcorn.com. The Nacho
Warming Station is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year. Our return
policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to return
products, provided it is new, unused and in the original
packaging as received. We highly recommend that the
buyer thoroughly inspect the purchased product before
using it. We charge a 20% restocking charge on all re-
turned items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the
buyer. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30
days from the date of delivery. A credit will be issued af-
ter the item is inspected and accepted. All shipping dam-
ages must be claimed with the designated shipper.
Check the shipping carton damage before signing the
bill of lading. If an item is opened and deemed to be de-
fective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please
contact us at www.greatnorthernpopcorn.com for return
instructions. A Nacho Warming Station RMA is required
when returning defective merchandise. When returning
your order, please include a copy of your order number
with date purchased, your Nacho Warming Station RMA
and the reason for the return. Warranty shall not apply
to: products which are used for a purpose other than
which they were designed for or which have been al-
tered in any way that would be detrimental to the perfor-
mance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, al-
tering, modification or negligence will revoke the war-
ranty.
