2. Working principles and instruction to the unit
Heat pump water heater mainly consists of scroll type compressor, water side heat exchanger,
air side heat exchanger, thermal expansion valve and 4-way valve. In addition, air side heat
exchanger is air-cooled fin heat exchanger and water side heat exchanger external finned copper fan
coil Heat energy of air in air side heat exchanger is sucked by low temp and pressure refrigerant and
then is compressed by compressor into high temp and pressure gas, at last is released into water in
water tank through water side heat exchanger.( hot water in water tank will secondly exchange with
living water in the other copper pipe so that recycled water heated secondly is provided for users
through water circulation system. Hot water in water tank is mainly for heating of air conditioner.
And an additional set of external finned copper fan coil is reserved for solar collection.)This unit is
applicable for hot water supply system whose core is heat pump water heater and can intelligently
provide continuous, reliable, healthy hot water for user. The hot water is usually at 45℃~60℃.It is
widely used in hotel,hospital, school, residence, natatorium and so on.
Working principle: Refrigerant vaporizes by sucking heat energy of air in finned heat
exchanger .After that, it is compressed into high temp and pressure gas after returning into
compressor .The gas releasing heat energy into water in water tank is condensed into middle
temperature and high pressure liquid, which becomes to low temp and pressure gas-liquid mixture
through throttling. Gas-liquid mixture vaporizes by sucking heat energy of air in finned heat
exchanger and return into compressor. In cycles, water in water tank continuously sucks heat energy
