be carried out by an authorised specialist.
• Regularly check the machinery for wear and
tear or damage.
• The regulations of the local power supply
company and the conditions for wet and damp
rooms in accordance with VDE 0100 are to be
adhered to when connecting the equipment.
• Adhere to the country-specific regulations of
the respective country
• Only use unchanged elero original parts.
• Keep people away from the equipment until it
is still.
• When working on the equipment (e.g. mainte-
nance), always separate the equipment from
the electricity supply network.
• Keep children away from the controls.
• The controls may only be installed in such a
way that rain does not get into them.

BiLine Combio RM / RF S / RW
The Combio RM / RF S / RW is suitable for use with tubular
motors for rolling shutters and sun protection equipment.
An intermediate position can be saved with the hand or wall
transmitter. You can also programme a tautening of the cloth for
sun protection systems, and programme a venting position for
rolling shutters (→see transmitter instructions).

Intended use
Alternating current drives can be expanded into a radio-controlled
motor with the radio receiver Combio JA / RM / RW / RF S / MA K.
The Combio JA / RM / RW / RF S / MA K must only be used for
the controlling of rolling shutters and sun protection systems as
well as venetian blinds.
• Pleas note that radio systems must not be operated in areas
where there is an increased risk from interference
(e.g. hospitals, airports).
• The remote control is only permitted for devices and equipment
where a malfunction in the hand transmitter or receiver poses no
danger for people, animals or property or where this risk is coun-
teracted by other safety arrangements.
• The operator does not benefit from any protection whatsoever
against interference from other remote control equipment and
terminal equipment (e.g. also from radio equipment which is cor-
rectly operated in the same frequency range).
• Only connect radio receivers with devices and equipment permit-
ted by the manufacturer.

BiLine Combio MA K
The BiLine Combio MA K is suitable for use with tubular motors
and awnings.
An intermediate position and tautening of the cloth can be saved
with the hand or wall transmitter. (→see transmitter instructions).
The receiver has built-in end-position recognition. After the lower
end-position has been reached, the cloth is tautened automatical-
ly.
When an intermediate position has been saved, no tautening of
the cloth is carried out after movement into the intermediate posi-
tion.
If a tautening of the cloth has not been saved, the end-position
detection is switched off.

BiLine Combio JA for Venetian Blind Drives
The BiLine Combio JA is suitable for use with with sun-blind
drives. The Combio JA has a tilting function for exact turning of
the slats. If the button on the wall transmitter is kept pressed until
the LED goes out briefly, the receiver becomes locked.
With the hand or wall transmitter, an intermediate position and
a turning position can be stored for the slats (→see transmitter
instructions). The turning can only be deleted if an intermediate
position has been saved.
The receiver has built-in end-position recognition. The relay drops
after the end position has been reached. In the case of movement
into the shading position, a turn is carried out after the lower final
position is reached (factory setting after 0.5 seconds).
If an intermediate position has been reached, the end positi

Commissioning of Electronic Motors
1. Commission the drive with the adjustment set of the motor manuf-
acturer and adjust the limit switch in accordance with the motor
instructions.
2. Move the shutter into a central position using the adjustment set.
3. Switch off the mains supply.
4. Connect the Combio to the motor and the lead.
5. Fasten the Combio.
6. Switch the mains supply back on.
7. Enter settings in the transmitter.
8. Check whether the colour commands are carried out correctly. If the
shutter moves in the DOWN direction only briefly not at all, the end
position detection possibly does not function with the type of motor
being used. In this case the end position detection must be switched
off.
Commissioning of Motors with Mechanical Limit Switches
1. Commission the drive with the adjustment set of the motor manuf-
acturer and adjust the limit switch in accordance with the motor
instructions.
2. Move the shutter into a central position with the assembly cable.
3. Switch off the mains supply.
4. Connect the Combio to the motor and the lead.
5. Fasten the Combio.
6. Switch the mains supply back on.
7. Enter settings in the transmitter.
