Change Altimeter Setting: Turn Right Knob to adjust. Press knob to set.
Heading Bug: Turn Left Knob to adjust.
Altitude Bug: Press Right Knob > Turn knob to adjust > Press to set.
Dim Screen: Press Left Knob > Turn knob to adjust > Press to set.
Show PFD, MAP or Engine: Press PFD, MAP or ENG softkey
Show HSI/Change PFD Screen View: Press PFD softkey repeatedly.
Disable PFD View Options: NEXT* > PFD LOCK [ON]
Show FLIR: NEXT* > VIDEO [choose OVRL or FULL]
PFD Terrain Warning Colors: NEXT* > SV [TERRAIN]
Reset Fuel Quantity: From ENG page > Press Left Knob > Turn to select
preset quantity -OR- Highlight ADJ > Press knob> Turn knob to enter
custom quantity.
Display Leaning Functions: From ENG page > LEAN [LEAN]
Change Data Display on ENG Page: (From ENG) > NEXT > DATA [choose]
Set Time Frame for EGT/CHT Graphs: (From ENG) > Press Right Knob
[TIME] > Turn knob to set number of seconds
Zoom Map: Press Left Knob > Turn knob
Change Map Format/Layout: Press MAP softkey repeatedly.
View Radar, Terrain, Winds: (From MAP) > SHOW [choose]
View Winds Aloft: (From MAP) > NEXT* > WINDS > UP/DOWN chngs alt.
Show Fixes & Intersections: (From MAP) > NEXT* > FIX [choose]
View Off-Screen Waypoints: (From MAP) > NEXT* > SLEW
Show Nearest: (From MAP)> NEXT* > NEAR [choose]
Direct-To: (From MAP) > FLIGHT PLAN > > use letter keys > ENTER
Direct-To from MAP: Press Right Knob > Turn knob to select waypoint>
> Press Right Knob to enter
Multi-Leg Flight Plan: (From MAP) > NEXT* > FLIGHT PLAN > SEQ MODE
> ADD > Use letter keys to enter waypoints. Press Right Knob [NEXT] to
move cursor. Turn/Press Right Knob [ENTER]. Repeat until all waypoints are
entered. EXIT to activate flight plan.
Activate Leg: Turn Right Knob to highlight last waypoint of leg. Press SET
LEG to activate leg.
Go Direct to a waypoint in a flight plan: Highlight waypoint. Press GO
DIRECT. EFIS skips waypoints in between, then resumes flight plan.
View Details of waypoint on Flight Plan Screen: Turn Right Knob to
highlight waypoint in list. Press RIGHT KNOB twice.
View Details of anything on MAP Screen: Press Right Knob. Rotate knob to
highlight item on map. Press WPT DETAILS softkey. Note data box
on MAP screen for highlighted waypoints.

Engine/Systems Display Features

Select NAV Source: (From PFD) > GPS or NAV [Choose from the GPS and
NAV (VHF radios) wired into the EFIS.]
Display VOR radial or Localizer on HSI or CDI: Enter frequency into
connected VHF radio. Press PFD > NAV to display on CDI. Press PFD
repeatedly to bring up split screen HSI view.
Tune VOR OBS Course on HSI (PFD split screen): Turn Right Knob.
Tune VOR OBS Course on CDI (PFD full screen): (From MAP) > Turn Right
Knob.
Load Synthetic Approach: Airport must be the active GPS waypoint. (From
PFD) > NEXT* > SAP [ARM] > EXIT. Turn & press Left Knob to select runway.
Press EXECUTE when ready to intercept course.
View Loaded Approach Plate: (From MAP) > NEXT* > PLATE
Load Approach Plate: WPT DETAILS page > PLATE > Turn Right Knob to
select approach. Press VIEW. (Requires approach plates on USB stick)
Set Approach Altitudes: (From PFD) > NEXT * > SET DA -or- SET MISSED
ALT -or- SET PRESET ALT. Turn Right Knob to set altitude > Press Knob to
enter. WARNING: DA is advisory only. A/P does not level off at DA. Repeat
to SET MISSED ALT (missed approach holding altitude).
Missed Approach (autopilot): Press MISSED softkey to climb at runway
heading ground track to preset MISSED (holding) altitude.
Execute Approach (autopilot): Press yellow EXECUTE softkey when cleared
for approach to enable autopilot capture of approach course.
Engage: Turn on external switch servo power and ENGAGE/ DISENGAGE
switch. A/P should hold present pitch and bank. Press red S&L HOLD ALT &
HDG for emergency straight & level flight. Press red 180° ALT HLD for an
emergency 180° level turn to escape IMC.
Heading Mode: Set heading bug. (From PFD) > NAV MODE [NAV]. Press
Right Knob > LAT A/P [HDG]
Track GPS: Set up in HDG mode. Enter & activate flight plan or direct-to.
(From PFD) > Press Right Knob > LAT A/P [ENAV].
Track VOR/LOC: Set up in HDG mode. Enter frequency into connected VHF
radio. Tune OBS Course. (From PFD) > NAV MODE [ENAV]. (From PFD) >
Press Right Knob > LAT A/P [ENAV]
Change altitude: (From PFD) > Press Right Knob > Turn knob to set
Altitude Bug. Press RIGHT KNOB then SET CLIMB IAS/SET DESCENT RATE to
climb or descend at the preset rate -OR- turn RIGHT KNOB to set custom
speed/rate. Push RIGHT KNOB to activate climb/descent.
Show Flight Director: Press Right Knob twice > FLT DIR [ON]
Access Setup Menu: NEXT* > SET MENU
Record a Demo File to USB Stick (manual data logging):NEXT* > DEMO
