Bullet Diameter Warning
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CHAMBERING prior to attaching the GSL suppressor to your
firearm.
GSL P90 suppressors are designed specifically to be .224". Smaller diameter bullets in
pistol calibers may be used, but will not be optimized for the larger diameter of the P90
baffle/end cap combination.
P90 Suppressor Mounts
to detach and attach muzzle devices. It is recommended that you have this done by a
qualified gunsmith.
The GSL P90 Suppressor is designed specifically to be used with the FN P90, PS90 and
FNP90 and is the most effective/efficient
suppressor for those firearm platforms. Because of this, there is only one mount currently
available for it, the GSL QD Bi-Lock
12x1LH Muzzle Brake. Because of the design of the P90 family of firearms, the barrel must
be removed from the receiver in order

Mounting the P90 Suppressor on the FNPS90
4) Check to insure that the suppressor will not rotate after it is seated. Your suppressor is
now both aligned with the bore and ready to be used.
1) Look through the suppressor in order to insure that there are no obstructions, damaged
baffles or a damaged end cap. Shake the suppressor to insure that there is nothing loose
in the suppressor. With an empty firearm, action open, and magazine removed, you are
now ready to install your suppressor.
2) Place the suppressor on the front of the Bi-Lock suppressor mount and rotate the
suppressor until the lugs on the flash hider align with the notches. This can happen in only
one position.
3) After the lugs are aligned, press the suppressor down approximately 3/8” and rotate
clockwise (looking from the muzzle end down) until it will not rotate further. This will be
an approximate 1/4 turn (90°). You are compressing a spring so it will take about 15lbs of
pressure. You will hear and feel the suppressor click into place as it is seated. The
suppressor will pop back forward (away from the firearm) approximately 1/8” as it seats
and locks into place.

Suppressor Mount
CAUTION: Suppressors can gain 7-10° F (or more) per round fired and therefore can be
EXTREMELY HOT to the touch depending upon how many rounds were fired and over
what time frame they were fired. Understand that attempting to remove a hot suppressor
without protection (like welder’s gloves) can cause severe injury. Also, do NOT put your
firearm with the suppressor mounted or the suppressor alone when it is hot, into anything
that can be melted or otherwise damaged by heat of up to 700° F or more. Your
suppressor will cool according to ambient temperature and the initial peak temperature
that your suppressor reached, so plan accordingly.
To remove, reverse the steps outlined on page 6.

8
Cleaning the P90 Suppressor
Cleaning the P90 suppressor is something that we don’t recommend, it is designed to
shoot tens of thousands of rounds through it without the need for cleaning. Shooting
corrosive primed ammunition can cause damage to any metal surfaces including your
barrel and suppressor, so using such ammunition is never recommended. If you choose to
clean, do not use any products with ammonia in them or water, as these are items that
can cause corrosion. The use of 0000 Steel wool or green ScotchBrite to remove any
buildup on the outside of the flash hider/suppressor mount and the inner mating surfaces
of the suppressor. There is no need to ever clean to the level of bright metal, it is a waste
of time and energy. All you are trying to do is to keep these surfaces clean enough so
that it is easy to mount and unmount the suppressor. Again, we do NOT recommend
cleaning. Cleaning debris can get into the chambers and possibly cause damage.
GSL P90 Accessories
The GSL Technology P90 suppressor is designed for a lifetime of shooting. Some
accessories for this suppressor may be found to make it more useful for your specific
needs. The most up to date list will always be found at gsltechnology. com.

attachment and detachment is a pinch point and caution should be taken,
including wearing protective gloves, to avoid severe injury at this pinch

MUZZLE WARNING: The muzzle of the firearm is different when a
suppressor is attached. However, this is still the point where the projectile
exits the weapon system and the muzzle should not cover or sweep any
area the user is not wanting to shoot and kill.
SONIC CRACK WARNING: This suppressor will not protect end-users and
those in close proximity from hearing damage when, and if, the projectile
crosses the sound barrier. Thus, proper hearing (and eye protection)
