•This cart was designed and intended for manual use.
•NEVER attempt to modify this product or subject it to an installation or use for which it was not
designed. Doing so may result in damage and/or serious injury.
•NEVER use this to transport a person.
•NEVER allow other persons to assemble, install or use this product until they have read this manual
and have developed a thorough understanding of how the product works.
•Not intended for use by children. Do not leave children unattended near product.
•ALWAYS thoroughly inspect your product for loose parts and/or signs of damage prior to each use,
installation or removal. NEVER use until any loose parts have been properly secured or damaged
parts have been properly replaced.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Pick up the frame. Slide the axle through
the axle tubing on the lower base frame.
STEP 2: Slide the large axle pin through the
hole in the middle of the axle tubing.
STEP 3: Open the upper frame and use two
2-3/8” D-Pins to lock the frame.

STEP 4: Take one support bar and put it in the outside of the upper frame and the inside of
the bottom frame. Use two 2-3/8” D-Pins to lock it. Repeat this step on the other side.
STEP 5: Slide one sleeve, wheel hub, and washer into the axle, respectively. Then use one
small axle pin to lock the wheel.
STEP 6: Ensure all pins are securely in place. Your cart is now ready for use.
